Breakfast is the same every day, but the check-in desk is very small. Everyone has to find their own space. If not, they have to eat breakfast in their own room. The air conditioning is quite noisy, and the rooms are too small. There's no locker in your room. Unfortunately, that's a shame.

It was old, but clean, and the breakfast was good. It was close to the airport. It was a great choice for a family stay.

The rooms were spacious and beds comfortable (although doubles, not queen). The breakfast was one of the best I've encountered. It can be hard to find one accommodating of gluten sensitivity, but I had no issue since there were always eggs, a meat protein, yogurt and berries, and fresh cut fruit. They also had oatmeal, toast and a variety of juices. The pool was great although we had to go get towels 3 out of 4 of our days at the pool since there were none left outside and the one time we saw a staff member out there it was to do a quick check on the plants, not the empty towel closet. The laundry was great-2 washers, 2 dryers (although 1 was out of service). I can see why this hotel gets a 3 rating as it is a bit dated and run down only on closer inspection (the tub faucet was falling off, cupboard door on kitchen cabinet rotting mildly, back door of hotel would not always open, etc). However, it met our needs and was kept immaculately clean. I would stay there again.

We stayed here for 2 nights and found staff to be quite rude and unhelpful. I asked the room to be mopped and unfortunately the cleaner didn’t understand and instead she handed me the mop and asked me to clean the room.

The breakfast was very basic and lacking in options. The hotel was small and rooms were generally dark and outdated.

The most important thing was that they charged us 25$ for a movie that my daughter accidentally had pressed and “purchased” this was shocking and I was surprised. This was clearly a trick since my daughter is only 5 and it must have been easy to purchase. The rooms were very noisy too.

The hotel is very close to the west doral shops and restaurants. That was the only positive outcome from this trip and free parking.

No airport shuttle. $40 Lyft to get there. Not the hotels fault, just fyi.

Room was okay. Humid and dark. Heat didn’t work. Smaller room than most Hyatt Places. Thankfully it was clean with comfortable bed. Staff was friendly, breakfast was great.

Great hotel, inside and out was beautiful. I have dogs and the pet area was clean and grass was nice kept. spacious rooms with all we needed. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. After a long day travelling We were also pleased by a great staff that makes our check in process very pleasant and fast.This hotel offers a delightful experience with its stunning interior and exterior design. The attention to detail throughout the property creates a welcoming atmosphere. Guests traveling with pets will appreciate the well-maintained pet area with its lush grassy space. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing ample room to relax. It's a wonderful place to stay whether traveling for business or leisure.
