There are pros and cons but our stay was good overall. This hotel is convenient to the airport and parking (free btw) and checking in was fast and easy. Staff was excellent. The rooms, carpet, and tiles are quite dated and old which makes it hard to judge cleanliness but the sheets and towels looked great. Our shower was quite odd. It opened to the entire bathroom, handicap friendly maybe. Husband loved how hot the water was. Overall it was an easy and not an unpleasant stopover on our way to greener pastures.

The facilities are outdated, and the Wi-Fi signal is almost non-existent except in the lobby. The only cost-effective aspect is the cheap price.

It was a cheap place to sleep. I knew what I was getting into. It was a bed in a small room with a few working lights.

The homey atmosphere and being on Curtiss Pkwy which is a beautiful street to walk down. The staff if always professional and helpful. The housekeepers are top notch as well! Thank you, Parkway for being consistent.

I paid for a room which has a refrigerator and couch. But there was nothing in the room . Just a small wooden table and bed .
Shower was broken . Toilet seat was broken and hairs in the towel .
Bedsheets was stained and having holes in it . Like some homeless person sleeps there.
Its the most terrible stay i ever had in my life. I don't trust on ******* anymore.

I did not like anything about this property, small towels, not enough lights in the room, parking unsafe, there is not a good thing about this place, don't understand why it's on ******* in the first place, what you see online it's not the same

They don't answer phone calls. Poor customer service. No microwave or small refrigerator.

Arrived in Miami and stayed at a hotel nearby. Not many food options nearby so checked this place out. Food was awesome. Kid friendly. Staff was great. Service was a bit slow but we didn't get there until 9pm. I'm sure some wait staff had left by this time. That's to be expected. Would definitely recommend for out of towners staying near the airport. Not much to look at on the outside but nice inside. Great local joint.

Service is really slow, but they're always packed so it's understandable. The latte pancakes looked nothing like the picture but were delicious nonetheless. Definitely prefer this over Dennys, especially because they have a more diverse menu and larger servings.

We where 5 friends eating breakfast here. The staff was very friendly and fast even tho the restaurant was almost full. The food was good and the free refills of drinks was quick. The price is not bad too. I enjoyed my breakfast here, so did my friends too

You're much better if you walk 50 feet further and go to the KFC...I don't know about you folks in Miami, but I prefer my chicken sandwiches COOKED....NOT RAW...Thanks for turning me off to chicken for the next 2 years McDonald's! !!!!!

Friendly staff and restaurant and bathroom were clean. Not a lot of seating. The technology ordering platform is a joke at this location, they have just one machine to order and it's in a bad location in the restaurant and it's slow / laggy and doesn't respond very quickly. Everyone is forced to use the one self serve kiosk machine. Food tasted good but I probably would not come back to this location. A few people were waiting in line at the cash register and were only told after 10 minutes of waiting that we had to use the self serve kiosk machine. I could tell many people were upset or annoyed at this location.

This Mcdonald’s was doing just fine until a few months ago. The last 5 times I have gone through the drive-thru they have gotten my order wrong. They have been very disorganized lately. I think they need a change in management. I am a local and they will not be getting my buisness any longer until changes are made. It is very frustrating to make it home only to find out that your order is wrong and you cannot eat what they gave you. Avoid this Mcdonald’s and go to the one by the palmetto. It’s a litte bit better.

Very freindly staff. But, the ordering kiosk in the middle of the dining room can't take your digital coupons, and it is difficult to customize your sandwiches. And if you have cash, you must stand in a second line to pay before your order is sent to the kitchen.
And there is a mob around the kiosk.
Nice that they bring your food to you, but you still have to get up to get napkins and straws.

I was forced to use the self order machine. It is not user friendly. The staff was not allowed to check you out directly. I left to use the drive through instead. The person in front of me gave up as well. She just wanted to order a large fry... Not good.

Good service, good food, good prices and very large portions. I ordered General Tsao's Chicken dinner special for $11. Egg drop soup and egg roll were typical for American style Chinese restaurants. Fried rice was better than most with lots of extras in it. Chicken was good and was not overly breaded like it is often made. I could only eat half my entree and was stuffed!

I was hesitant to order here because of all the mixed reviews. Initially after all the reviews I decided not to order, but due to the fact that they are near my area in Miami Springs and I am trying out new places in the area I figured why not give it a shot. They are reasonably priced so I figured to order it for delivery. 30 minutes later and a knock at my door I was surprised to see what fast service and delivery. All the other reviews do not do this place justice and it's such a shame. The portions were huge as I ordered a combination dinner item and it easily can feed two people. The food was really tasty as well. My meal was very fresh and hot as if it had just been prepared fresh from kitchen. The wonton soup was all right but it was a part of my meal the meal itself was amazing and the portions were even better along with the price it was an overall win-win! Ignore all the other reviews and give it a shot. I mean it isn't a five-star gourmet restaurant anyways so I don't know what others expected, but for the hidden gem that it is, it is probably the best Chinese in the area. I would definitely order here again!
