Stayed 3 nights over the holidays. Love the vibe. Very helpful staff. Room was quiet and comfortable. Pool was relaxing-very few kids. Location is excellent and you can walk to South Point if you want. One note. Street is closed in front of the hotel so had to uber a couple of blocks over and also walk with luggage to hotel. No big deal but good for future guests.

This place is amazing!!! I spent a week here for my new moon and had a wonderful time. The hotel really takes care of everything you need to make your stay enjoyable, and the staff is very polite. The location is also great. Loved every minute of it.

Excellent hotel! I'd say you get your money's worth here, with plenty of on-site entertainment and plenty of restaurants and activities within walking distance. There was a great selection of food, drinks, and activities for the whole family. I definitely recommend staying here if you don't mind paying a little extra. Best among the rest!

Check in was ok, but the check out was very disorganized. It seemed to bother the hotel that i wanted a paper bill detailing the parking and other extrq charges. They couldnt wven be bothered to ask if we had a good stay , they basically said checking out ? Then ok bye. ... i had to go back and request a bill which again was bithersome for them.

A good 3.5-4 star hotel. Pool is very basic, no place to hang the towels in the room, gym is limited compared to the pictures but still decent.

Room was nice, bathroom was nice. Staff was great very helpful and friendly. Right in the middle of maimi beach, short walk to lots of restaurants and bars.

We come to SoBe Miami every year and this was our first time to stay at Hotel Victor snd we fell in love with this charming property. The staff was amazing; the location ideal; the pool and day beds overlooking the ocean were a welcomed surprise( and — our room!!!! Wow!!! Crisp, clean, spacious and gorgeous. I was with my son on this trip and will be back again — next time with my husband for a romantic get-away. Also, the room rates were so reasonable and their relationship with neighboring restaurants to receive additional discounts was a total bonus! Thanks for a great stay. We’ll be back! Cheers!

Hotel is definitely showing its age. Staff are friendly, but they need more than one person at the front desk.

not all rooms have a (beach) view, small rooms with very high price, although the guys at the front desk were nice there was one lady (who probably had some personal issues that she was trying to deal with and was very evident when she spoke), she didnt have basic courtesy when checking-in, she was rude.. not worth paying the kind of money they charge to get treated the way she did.. SAD.. not going there again!

Came here for lunch and it was rip off. Tourist trap! The guy took our card and added a tip. He assumed we enjoyed everything when their bathrooms were not functional and our food was not good. No sinks. No toilets that work. I'd rather eat gator again even though it tasted swampy. I'm going to eat at the HIV bus that tours Miami next time where at least i know I'll be disappointed ahead of time. Please shut down this prison mess hall. Give the people a good place to eat instead of trying to get everyone drunk and enjoy trash foods. Quality pays except here it costs

The show was amazing. I waited over an hour for my tenders. I noticed that everyone was getting their food before me. I asked my server twice, and he finally came out and stated that there was a mix up in the kitchen. He offered to have my food out to me really quick, but I would STILL have to pay for the food. After waiting over an hour, and asking twice. No thank you! I actually get to choose where I spend my money. It's one thing to forget about your table, but another to totally not compensate for your mess up. Won't be going back to order food. I will enjoy the shows though!
