No coffee machine or kettle in the room.
My room keys also stopped working. I came in and she’s on her phone and the one couple was standing far away from her desk. She didn’t like the fact that I interrupted her enjoyable phone time and said “I am helping other customers”. So I waited. After 5 minutes, the customers and her still didn’t start a conversation. She finally solved my problem and she said “keep these cards away from your phone ok? Don’t come back again with the same issue.” Super aggressive.
She should be fired.
The reception staff were super helpful. I left my phone battery charger and they communicated very positively.
The decor of the accomodation was beautiful and I loved the swimming pool
