We only stayed one night there, didn't have a chance to use their amenities. The room we had want facing a very busy street, so it was pretty loud. They have a bar downstairs that is open 24/7 which is very convenient but also is pretty noisy.

Blonde Spanish lady is super rude and unprofessional. Her accent is very heavy; i asked her to repeat what she said which i think it’s reasonable. She raised her voice and said “as I mentioned”. Yes maybe you did mention but I couldn’t understand you.
My room keys also stopped working. I came in and she’s on her phone and the one couple was standing far away from her desk. She didn’t like the fact that I interrupted her enjoyable phone time and said “I am helping other customers”. So I waited. After 5 minutes, the customers and her still didn’t start a conversation. She finally solved my problem and she said “keep these cards away from your phone ok? Don’t come back again with the same issue.” Super aggressive.
She should be fired.

The purpose of the exhibition was to be held, but it was close to the Miami Convention, had many good restaurants, and the beach was just across the street, so it was very nice.

It's ok, but the door lock is too old and the sensor is not sensitive. I have to swipe the card several times to open the door.

The hotel is good, clean, there is a small but good pool. The negative points there is no place to Store the luggage after checkout and there are no chair and sun umbrela available in the beach.

The location was great. Two blocks to the beach. Breakfast, lunch and dinner served everyday in the Tavern Restaurant. Front desk and staff very accommodating. Pool small but adequate. The rooftop lounge was very quiet. Loved the boutique ambience. Bus and trolley one block away to center of south beach museums and shopping. Will return. Highly recommend it.

Very nice hotel, beautiful decor, very nice setting, very well located 3 minutes walk from the beach (the hotel provides towels at reception). There is no parking on site but they will know tell you where to find one 5 minutes away at $8 for 24 hours. The staff is very warm, thanks to Carlos for his kindness, thanks to Omar and Noah for their welcome. They will be able to listen to you and respond to your requests as best as possible. The bedding is comfortable, the rooms are clean and spacious, the swimming pool is pleasant. Friendly rooftop with deckchairs and gym on the 7th floor on the terrace. Very nice welcome at the bar too. 15 minutes by car from Ocean Drive.

I used to eat at the carrabba's near sunset place.. I prefer that one over this one. Service and food were much better.

Last night, on our first evening in Miami Beach, my daughter and I had the amazing opportunity to have my birthday celebration at Carrabbas. The customer service was fantastic! The hostess was so kind. Then our amazing waiter, Hardley, was so outgoing and friendly we were glad we started our trip at the Miami Beach Carrabbas! The Chicken Bryan is our favorite and it was as good as ever. The service was incredibly fast and the tiramisu was even better than I remembered! All in all, 6 out of 5 stars! Thank you Carrabbas!

Service here is slow and not very accurate. Our hostess was absolutely great in getting us on the list and seating us. I noticed several customers complaining about wait times (this restaurant can get packed), but the hostess was swift in troubleshooting.
Our waiter was very polite but very slow. It took us over 15 minutes from sitting to ordering drinks. Our waiter may have been new to the restaurant as he had to go to the back of the bar several times to consult on some questions we asked about the Monday menu. He came back later two times to double check what we ordered. I ended up actually receiving the wrong side with my entree and my partner received the wrong salad with hers.
Food was good, if a little lukewarm. The Pasta Weesie was very watery, but the noodles tasted almost homemade. My lasagna was good, if a little salty.
We ordered a quartino of wine, which was very fairly priced for the taste. I did, however, receive a glass with lip marks on the rim. The dishwashers need to be a little more attentive with glassware.
The restaurant itself is beautiful and clean. Service was friendly if a little lackluster. Food was not bad for the price. Not the best Carrabba's I have been to, but one I would consider a second trip to compare.

Prompt welcome, quick service, good range of choices for food and drinks. Has a rich bar with high chairs, so you can have your time before or without food. Has open kitchen and you see all processes. Food is delicious, big portions, very friendly prices. Did not feel like a tourist for a second. It has a hall for the big groups and few more areas with small tables and boots for couples and friends, so you can have your own space. All in all, very pleasant surprise. Should be promoted more.
