Found bed bugs in hotel, not getting through to manager to get compensated for all damages that cause due to cleaning out my personal stuff Right way. Avoid this hotel!!!

To charge a resort fee and everything is under construction / closed is crazy. The pool was dirty and not filled all the way along with the pool bar being closed the whole trip tues-sun. Thank god we made friends and were able to use the pools next door. Also we paid for 3 guests in our room to only be allowed 2 beach chairs and have to pay for a 3rd when it’s dead is unreal. The shower creaked every time you move the ac smelled like somthing died inside of it at times. Only one elevator worked and at one point neither did and my poor friend had to climb 10 floors. From pictures and description of hotel it was NOT what we expected at all. Oh and let me not forget the whole place smelled like sewer especially in the elevator

The room and bathroom was not being cleaned. Only the beds were made. The surrounding had a pungent smell. Especially going through the elevator. The front desk gentleman was nice.

Hotel has construction and lots of noice on weekend and Manager Ashleyth told us she will give us refund tolf us as a manger of rge hotel she was unaware about construction but she didnt responded to ******* which she told us to contact for refund since we booked through them.

After much online research, and at the last minute, I finally decided to book the Lexington Hotel in Miami Beach, attracted by the possibility of having both a pool and direct access to the sea.

What can I say... as soon as we arrived, we were greeted by a gentleman at the front desk who proved to be the kindest person of our entire stay. He spoke perfect Spanish—a significant achievement, considering that in the following days, none of the staff spoke Spanish, only English. His warm welcome immediately made us feel welcome, and the smell in the lobby is something I will remember for a long time... truly wonderful!

The hotel is tastefully decorated and located in a very convenient area, with a mini market just 50 meters away where you can find everything. Our room was spacious, well-maintained, with a convenient walk-in closet that allowed us to stow our bags without cluttering up.
Unfortunately, the mini fridge didn't work, which ruined some of the food we had brought: the only real negative.

The bathroom was a bit small for the four of us, and was showing some signs of age, but it was stocked with excellent hair products: shampoo, conditioner, and mousse that smelled amazing!

We were lucky enough to have a room with an ocean view: waking up every morning to the sunrise over Miami Beach and that wonderful turquoise water was truly special. 🌅

The only thing we missed (especially traveling with kids) was the included breakfast, which would have been really convenient.

✨ In conclusion: we'll definitely be back! Despite a few details that could be improved, the experience was beyond positive and we felt at ease.

Made a reservation one month in advance for a brunch special occasion, friends flying in from NYC. I received a phone call to confirm my reservation 2 days before the big day and I am informed they will not be having brunch only a la cart menu. “Are you kidding me, that’s the reason why I picked this place in the first place”. So, obviously I am upset, why didn’t they yell me this a month ago when I made the reservation, not two days prior. So Noe I have to scramble with only 1 day to choose another place... I asked for the GM to call me and he never did..... brunch is good but the professionalism is far from adequate. Thanks for screwing my special brunch day Cecconi’s....

Not nice experience got there no table outside. So they put us in the lobby after 10 min they wanted to move us to another table. Anyways very snobbish place annoying attidue not recommending it for families.

Don't go to this restaurant under any circumstances. They have a terrible service. The waitress insulted us. We were a group of 10 people and the waitress refuses to slip the check at the end. Make sure you do an MBA before to go to the restaurant because you will not relax and get few food for a so expensive price. So please trust me don't go.

My meal tasted ok, but there was extremely little lobster and crab in the lobster and crab tagliatelle. My Mom was served the wrong desert. Overall, it was not worth the price.

Average Italian food with great atmosphere. Food did not live up to the hype. Dessert was okay- first time we didn't care for the chocolate cake, the lemon tart , however was a winner.

Not only is the food amazing, the service was amazing too! We had dinner at the bar and Inna, Christina, Daniel and Alex took care of us so well. Inna’s smile and friendliness is the best. We were more than pleased with our service and would recommend this restaurant because of the delicious food and great atmosphere!

Last night, on our first evening in Miami Beach, my daughter and I had the amazing opportunity to have my birthday celebration at Carrabbas. The customer service was fantastic! The hostess was so kind. Then our amazing waiter, Hardley, was so outgoing and friendly we were glad we started our trip at the Miami Beach Carrabbas! The Chicken Bryan is our favorite and it was as good as ever. The service was incredibly fast and the tiramisu was even better than I remembered! All in all, 6 out of 5 stars! Thank you Carrabbas!

Service here is slow and not very accurate. Our hostess was absolutely great in getting us on the list and seating us. I noticed several customers complaining about wait times (this restaurant can get packed), but the hostess was swift in troubleshooting.

Our waiter was very polite but very slow. It took us over 15 minutes from sitting to ordering drinks. Our waiter may have been new to the restaurant as he had to go to the back of the bar several times to consult on some questions we asked about the Monday menu. He came back later two times to double check what we ordered. I ended up actually receiving the wrong side with my entree and my partner received the wrong salad with hers.

Food was good, if a little lukewarm. The Pasta Weesie was very watery, but the noodles tasted almost homemade. My lasagna was good, if a little salty.

We ordered a quartino of wine, which was very fairly priced for the taste. I did, however, receive a glass with lip marks on the rim. The dishwashers need to be a little more attentive with glassware.

The restaurant itself is beautiful and clean. Service was friendly if a little lackluster. Food was not bad for the price. Not the best Carrabba's I have been to, but one I would consider a second trip to compare.

Prompt welcome, quick service, good range of choices for food and drinks. Has a rich bar with high chairs, so you can have your time before or without food. Has open kitchen and you see all processes. Food is delicious, big portions, very friendly prices. Did not feel like a tourist for a second. It has a hall for the big groups and few more areas with small tables and boots for couples and friends, so you can have your own space. All in all, very pleasant surprise. Should be promoted more.
