My wife and I tried Beth’s Burger Bar while staying at a nearby condo for a conference. We checked out the menu online, and were really impressed with the large variety of toppings. My wife had the veggie burger with sweet potato fries and I had the morning burger with pepper jack instead of cheddar. Looking at the menu had my taste buds going.

While waiting for my order, I noticed that I had been overcharged...which apparently was due to “pepper mustard” versus regular mustard. Slightly annoying, but not a deal breaker. The cashier seemed indifferent when I told her about the error.

My to go order was made quickly, and I was on my way. Once I got back to the condo, the disappointment began. The fried pickles didn’t even fill the 12 ounce cup, and appeared to have been thawed and re-frozen prior to frying. 3 or 4 were attached in each clump, which meant that the middle of each clump was not cooked. My wife stated the sweet potato fries were tasteless, and despite the cinnamon sugar topping, she didn’t finish them. The portion size of the sweet potato fries was also lacking.

The burgers were...well...interesting to say the least. My burger wasn’t even wrapped properly, and had literally been thrown in the bag sideways. More toppings were on the paper and the bottom of the bag than were on the burger. My wife said that her burger was “OK”, but nothing better than you would find elsewhere. My burger was tasty, and that’s the only reason for 2 stars rather than 1, but the meal was definitely not worth $29.

For a restaurant that prides itself on being better than Five Guys, they could certainly learn a few things from them.

this has to be the worst dunkin donuts. Everybody is rude as if u owe them something. There is 1 employee there, she is African American kinda tall has long hair and wears glasses. she is the rudest employee there by far. She does not smile and she is extremely rude to guest. I would have let her go.

I love Dunkin Coffee but everytime they are so slow!!! Last time I waited 15 minutes and they weren't even busy

I tried to use a promotion where if made a purchase of any item I get a free $2 gift card in return. It's a tmobile promotion that's called "t-mobile Tuesday's" I've used the promotion at this location before. No problems whatsoever. So I know its a participating location. However when I inquired about it this time, the employees had no idea what I was talking about. I asked them if there was a manager available to see if they knew about it. The employees told me there was no manager on dutie. Which is crazy. Any food service or retail establishment should always have a manager on dutie. I asked if there was a way they could call someone to ask. They said no. I asked again if they can call a corporate number or anyone AT ALL. The employee said no there's nothing they can do. I was really disappointed in the service. They didn't even TRY to help me. It's a shame the staff there has no knowledge of ongoing promotions. Don't expect good services at this location. Not going back there again.

Made the mistake of using this Subway a couple of days ago. I am giving 2 stars for the staff who were polite and helpful. The food on the other hand was poor. I had a foot long steak and cheese to go. I ate it within 5 minutes but it was stone cold. There was only a small amount of beef on it and the cheese was hardly visible. Very poor. Not at all worth the money.
