Is a huge hotel but not easy to get in and out so need to drive or get a cab if want to go grab a bite instead of dining in the hotel. Room is clean and spacious, bed is comfortable, pool is nice and i enjoyed staying.

My stay was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is beautiful with a great environment. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and hope to stay again soon.

This is a large hotel facility with a nice golf course, so if you play golf this could be a great choice. The rooms are a little dated but clean and so are the overall facilities but the staff are nice. It's almost something out of the 1990s with an older crowd.

This is one of our favourite hotels anywhere. We took our entire three generation family there from the UK a couple of years ago and this year we effectively added a two day stay onto a two week villa rental vacation just so that we could revisit the hotel and play the golf course. We did have a few complaints about two things.
We visited the Italian restaurant’ Cala Bella’ and whilst we enjoyed most of our starters we didn’t really enjoy our main courses with the food feeling pre prepared and warmed up rather than fresh. We sent some back and there was no quibble about taking these off the bill but it was a disappointing dining experience. For that money in a top class hotel everything should be freshly prepared
We felt that some of the charges were excessive, a 20% service charge on a $30 self serve breakfast buffet is scandalous . Similarly $32/day for self parking felt excessive.

Nice clean hotel. More lifts needed for a long corridor. We got room at the end of the corridor and the walk from lift was quite a bit.

This is my second year staying here for business travel! Stay is always great and pricing is reasonable!
We always book a 3 bedroom 2 bath condo and it’s just enough space for 3-4 people. The space is always clean, and you have a full kitchen, dining space, living room, and balcony.
They are doing construction on their pool so just be aware that you won’t have access during construction.

Loved my unit 4862 #406. The pool was under renovation but a short and nice walk to the other pool. Fantastic view of the lake and walking area. Also, a good pool view when it opens could be noisy, though, if you don't have kids. They have elevators or steps. Good close by breakfast and coffee, too. Our unit was nicely decorated. My only issue was that the cleaning people didn't do a good job on the floors. You could see trash particles under the dining table and in the living room. Also, the outside patio furniture was so filthy that it dirtier my white t-shirt, especially in the egg chair, which was wonderful to have. All in all, I would choose this unit and location again.

Wow! I didn't know what to expect when I stopped in. The staff is friendly and the food was good. Interestingly Beth's staff were very attentive and came to our table often to check on us as well as to keep our table tidy.

Great food!! I didn't know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised when our order arrived. The cheese curds were spot on.. better than what we've had around here. I had the morning burger and it was damned tasty. Will definitely go again.

I'm a vegetarian and my boyfriend is not. This place had options to satisfy both. You can build your own burger and choose the type of patty, toppings, cheese and sauce you want on it or you can choose from one of their signature burgers. And of you want a signature bigger but not the hamburger, no problem! They'll sub it, no problem.
I had the Western Burger with A veggie patty and it was so tasty. The BBQ sauce was the perfect amount and although at first I would've like the onion rings that came on the burger to be larger they were actually a good size and my burger stayed pretty much in tack until the end.
The side portions we got were a little on the small side. Not too much but for us just a tad too little. Either way we walked out of there pretty stuffed and satisfied. Definitely going back again.

My wife and I tried Beth’s Burger Bar while staying at a nearby condo for a conference. We checked out the menu online, and were really impressed with the large variety of toppings. My wife had the veggie burger with sweet potato fries and I had the morning burger with pepper jack instead of cheddar. Looking at the menu had my taste buds going.
While waiting for my order, I noticed that I had been overcharged...which apparently was due to “pepper mustard” versus regular mustard. Slightly annoying, but not a deal breaker. The cashier seemed indifferent when I told her about the error.
My to go order was made quickly, and I was on my way. Once I got back to the condo, the disappointment began. The fried pickles didn’t even fill the 12 ounce cup, and appeared to have been thawed and re-frozen prior to frying. 3 or 4 were attached in each clump, which meant that the middle of each clump was not cooked. My wife stated the sweet potato fries were tasteless, and despite the cinnamon sugar topping, she didn’t finish them. The portion size of the sweet potato fries was also lacking.
The burgers were...well...interesting to say the least. My burger wasn’t even wrapped properly, and had literally been thrown in the bag sideways. More toppings were on the paper and the bottom of the bag than were on the burger. My wife said that her burger was “OK”, but nothing better than you would find elsewhere. My burger was tasty, and that’s the only reason for 2 stars rather than 1, but the meal was definitely not worth $29.

Have been here several times and feel like I enjoy it more each time. Everyone there is always super nice, the food is great. Wednesday nights are fun with live music and games for the kids.

Usually okay overall, service is not rude but not overly friendly either. If it is crowded don't bother, they will not get your order right or will take forever and you get cold sandwiches. I have had to return a cold brew twice to get liquid sugar before when it's crowded. Make sure to check your order before you leave.

this has to be the worst dunkin donuts. Everybody is rude as if u owe them something. There is 1 employee there, she is African American kinda tall has long hair and wears glasses. she is the rudest employee there by far. She does not smile and she is extremely rude to guest. I would have let her go.

So I'm not quite sure exactly what happened to everyone else who gave this Dunkin donuts such terrible reviews but I have to say I completely disagree with each and every one of you. The store hours are correct as a matter of fact this particular store opened its doors 3 minutes early. The employee who I assume was the store manager was so very pleasent and got everything I ordered togther in record time. Usually quite a difficult task for anyone at 5am! Nevertheless this was definitely a 5 star experience for me and an AWESOME way to start my BLACK FRIDAY! Thanks again such a wonderful lady !!!

I tried to use a promotion where if made a purchase of any item I get a free $2 gift card in return. It's a tmobile promotion that's called "t-mobile Tuesday's" I've used the promotion at this location before. No problems whatsoever. So I know its a participating location. However when I inquired about it this time, the employees had no idea what I was talking about. I asked them if there was a manager available to see if they knew about it. The employees told me there was no manager on dutie. Which is crazy. Any food service or retail establishment should always have a manager on dutie. I asked if there was a way they could call someone to ask. They said no. I asked again if they can call a corporate number or anyone AT ALL. The employee said no there's nothing they can do. I was really disappointed in the service. They didn't even TRY to help me. It's a shame the staff there has no knowledge of ongoing promotions. Don't expect good services at this location. Not going back there again.

I am the HR manager at a hotel and tried getting lunch ordered from several places for our associates that were working to clean up after the hurricane. Everywhere we called was out of food, needed more notice, or would take 2 hours. When we called this Subway, they took our large order and rushed it gettIng it done in 30 minutes. Once I got there to pick it up, they were fast , friendly and the Manager even carried the food to my car. Great experience.

Made the mistake of using this Subway a couple of days ago. I am giving 2 stars for the staff who were polite and helpful. The food on the other hand was poor. I had a foot long steak and cheese to go. I ate it within 5 minutes but it was stone cold. There was only a small amount of beef on it and the cheese was hardly visible. Very poor. Not at all worth the money.

The food is always fresh, the salads are really nice. Never gets my order wrong and staff are so friendly.Perfect every time. Great value breakfast too. Steak, egg and cheese was very delicious. Excellent service.
