We spent an enormous amount of time preparing for our trip to DisneyWorld, and thank goodness we did. I have a lot of reviews to post and while I'm going to focus primarily on recognizing the outstanding experiences, I will take the time to also point out a few "way over-rated" experiences. The following is a well deserved 5 star review of the Swan Reserve.

So...let's start with the Swan Reserve. Sure it's a relatively new property and has all the look, feel and atmosphere of a high class facility. Happy to say, that they exceed what they advertise.

BTW, I am also lifetime BonVoy Titanium member, but for this trip we booked through Costco Travel, so my status was not recognized until check-in (meaning no special features or updates offered or available prior to arrival).

Like most other 5 star reviews posted about the Swan Reserve, they tend to focus mostly on the facility itself and "Yes" in my opinion they are spot on. However, for my review, I want to focus on the staff who make this hotel work so well. They are the keys to keeping everything working smoothly and seamlessly without negative impact to guests.

I got the chance to meet two of the key Managers at the hotel, Emily Price and Mackai Pardue. You cannot ask for two better people than Emily and Mackai to lead their teams. Consistent total focus and commitment to exceeding hotel guest and customer expectations. Each and every employee we met, were courteous, smiled and constantly asked what they could do to ensure we were enjoying our stay.

We greatly appreciate their commitment and positive impact it had on helping to make our Disney World experience truly memorable.

This hotel! Perfect location. Clean, beautiful rooms with daily housekeeping service. Beds are so comfortable, pillows are perfect. Keurig coffee in each room, fridge, water bottles resupply is endless, chocolates on pillow… Not kidding. Staff is so helpful, accommodating and have so much pride in this hotel. We hosted a wedding here and even that was just perfect. They go above and beyond to make your stay magical. I won’t stay anywhere else.

We originally planned to stay at the Swan but ended up booking the Swan Reserve due to more affordable pricing — and we’re so glad we did! The Swan Reserve is a beautiful, modern hotel that feels brand new. From the moment we booked, the staff went above and beyond. They called us before our arrival to confirm details, surprised us with a complimentary upgrade, and even helped us celebrate our anniversary with champagne and chocolates in our room — such a thoughtful touch!
The location couldn’t be better for a Disney trip — walking distance to both EPCOT and Hollywood Studios, and convenient access to the Disney transportation system.
If you’re a Marriott member looking to stay on Disney property, I highly recommend the Swan Reserve. You get the perfect mix of Disney magic and Marriott service. We’ll definitely be back!

Our stay at the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Everything was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the views were breathtaking, the kind that make you pause and take it all in. The staff went above and beyond to make our babymoon truly special, ensuring every little detail was taken care of so my wife and I could relax and enjoy ourselves.

A very special thank you to Miranda from the Welcome Ambassador team, whose warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made our experience unforgettable. She went out of her way to make us feel celebrated, and it truly meant a lot to us.

The only downside was the bus transportation to the parks. The buses run every 20 to 30 minutes, but not knowing whether you’ll be waiting 5 minutes or 30 minutes can be frustrating, especially when you have time-sensitive plans or park reservations. There is currently no way to track bus locations or schedules in real time through the app, which would make a big difference. If this feature were added, the Swan Reserve would be absolutely perfect for a Disney stay.

We can’t recommend the Swan Reserve enough for anyone looking for a luxurious, peaceful, and heartfelt Disney getaway. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Disney Swan Reserve. The hotel itself is modern, very clean, and the service throughout was excellent. The location is perfect if you’re planning to visit EPCOT or Hollywood Studios—it’s quick and convenient to both.
We booked an EPCOT view room, and while you can technically see the fireworks, the view isn’t the best since most of the show is behind the Swan and ends up mostly blocked. It’s a nice touch to catch a glimpse, but if fireworks are a priority, you’re much better off watching them inside the park.
One thing to note: if you order package delivery, there’s a $5 handling fee if it’s received by the business center, and the cost goes up for any package over 1 lb (yes, they do weigh it). It’s something to keep in mind if you’re planning on deliveries during your stay.
That said, the overall experience at the Swan Reserve more than makes up for it. The hotel feels fresh and upscale, with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The booking page was a bit confusing. I originally wanted to book the Swan Hotel, but the pictures weren't clearly distinguished, so I accidentally booked the Reserve across the street. It's only a few minutes' walk, so it's not a big deal. The Reserve is closer to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. You can take a boat or bus to both parks, with the boat being more convenient (you'll need to catch it at the Swan Hotel). It's a bit further to the other two parks, requiring a bus, but it's still very convenient. The rooms and facilities are good, but there's nothing much outside, which is a bit inconvenient. For shopping, you can use Uber Eats. It would be great if the hotel offered breakfast options; it's hard to find food in the morning when you're trying to make early entry into the parks.

I had originally planned to book for three nights, but somehow I only booked for two, so I had to add an extra night at the next hotel. The hotel facilities are excellent and quiet, and the staff are very friendly and patient. The hygiene and environment are also top-notch. Our suite was 55 square meters and very spacious. There's a convenient ferry service right at the hotel to Disney's Hollywood Studios and Epcot, plus we got to enjoy the benefit of early entry, an hour before opening. All in all, staying at the Walt Disney World Swan Resort was definitely worth it.

The room was clean and tidy, nothing spectacular but perfectly fine. Transportation was fairly convenient, but you still had to go to the Swan & Dolphin to catch a water taxi. The shuttle bus back to the hotel from Magic Kingdom at night was slow.

I liked everything about the swan reserve hotel. Worth the stay!
