There was long hair in some of the towels. I was disappointed that there was no microwave. There was a loud noise in the room at 2 am, I reported it but no one got back to me. It was very disturbing.

Really great hotel very close to the South Concourse of the Orlando Convention center. Other concourses has a sky bridge to avoid the sun and rain! The rooms were spacious and clean! Hotel staff are attentive and always helpful. Having a Walgreens next door is also amazing to buy anything you might have forgotten for your trip. Overall a really great hotel!

great spot for a convention! All the facilities were great. Only glitch is the bar service at the pool bar is very very slow. Only one bartender doing everything, line was long and service very slow, too many customers for one bartender

We liked the facilities and polite staff with one exception that the Jacuzzi was over crowded than its limit and somehow dirty water. Overall stay was comfortable.

- They did a nice renovation changing to a soft gray theme but didn't finish, leaving the shower stall and bathroom floor tiles brown. Ruined the effect.

Way overpriced. Food was not very good quality at all, especially for the price. There were only two of us and it took almost an hour to get our entree. Would not recommend to others.

My daughter in law booked her birthday dinner here. It was a Sunday around 8 pm and the restaurant was not too crowded. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The buffalo rib eye was outstanding. We will be back for more of the atmosphere and food?

It was a Monday night, very slow and only 2 tables with a total of 4 people eating. Picture this:
There was a mature lady as a hostess, another tall girl as waitress, one man with a green shirt helping and my waitress which was afro-american. All this people to serve just a couple of tables and it was a total disappointment.
I ordered an onion soup, which was served cold. I told the waitress that it was cold "room temp" and politely asked her to heat it up for me.
15 min later she comes again with a LUKEWARM onion soup which I had to pay but didn't eat. This was the second time, she had to now it was not right and if she didn't, then she should not be working there.
Ok no problema, I let it go. But after waiting another 18 minutes she show up with my entree, "free range chicken". It was also cold, just the top part was a little warm.
Who likes to eat cold? Not even in a shelter...
Because I didn't eat the chicken either, just had a few bites, I ordered dessert. Apple tart / pie with vanilla ice cream. The ice cream was good, the apple piece was old. It was made with puff pastry and it seems like it was several days old because it was dry and hard. I am taking my time to write this review, in case somebody cares about it. There is so many people that would appreciate to work there and earn good money.
This crew who is working there right now do not deserve to be there because they just do not care. Well probably was only the waitress that was taking care of me who doesn't care. But hey, nobody has any control on her? The chef? Manager? Captain?
Ultimately, who is responsible for serving me cold food?

Food is awesome, but the service can be improved a whole bunch! The people who serve you and answer the phone have a sense of entitlement and are just plain don't care! But the food is fresh and awesome!

The food was way overpriced for the quality of food. Our meal came out to $85.00 for 2 adults and 1 child. The liquor drinks tasted like virgins and the crab clusters and lobster tacos were way too salty. We will not be returning to this red lobster anymore, the one on vine street taste way better.

Had a wonderful dinner and the waitress was excellent. Food was fresh and delicious. Restaurant was very clean. Every worker there greeted us.

Went in for a banana royale but they were out of bananas. The tables were dirty even though the place wasn't busy. When we asked a team member for a towel to wipe our table down, they came over instead and spot cleaned for us. My daughter however, did enjoy her chocolate ice cream with sprinkles.

According to their menu they should have Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate and when I ordered the guy says that they do not have it. This is an issue with dunkin donuts no matter where everytime I go. Every location. Always on the Menu but they never seem to have it.

This is one of the best Dunkin Donuts, I've ever visited. I stop in every morning that I'm working in the area. The staff is attentive and helpful. My coffee is always made exactly as I request it. Thanks Chris and Jackie. I appreciate you guys very much.
