The most satisfactory hotel among all the hotels I stayed in during this trip. The rooms and services were good. It is worth recommending.

The overall experience was very satisfactory. The hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation and many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Check-in was very efficient, the front desk staff was warm and friendly, and also provided local travel advice.
The room was clean and tidy, warmly decorated, comfortable beds, and good soundproofing, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom was well-equipped, with sufficient water pressure and good quality toiletries. The daily housekeeping was very good and the room was always kept clean.
The hotel's breakfast selection was rich and the ingredients were fresh, whether it was Chinese or Western, it could meet the needs. The gym and swimming pool facilities were also great and relaxing.
The only small suggestion is to improve the Wi-Fi speed, but overall, this stay was very pleasant and I would definitely choose this place again! Recommended to all friends who come to this city for travel or business.

The only thing about the hotel that I felt was deducted was the time I had to wait for the elevator during the peak check-out period in the morning (I usually come back late at night).
My room is on the 21st floor (21/27), which is considered a relatively high floor. I had to wait for more than 15 minutes before I could go to the lobby smoothly after pressing the elevator button. It really doesn’t look like what a hotel elevator should look like... (It is recommended to allow more time for going out/checking out)
Other than that, I am quite satisfied with the hotel room and location.
Uber to Disneyland is around US14-25. The journey is all within 30 minutes~
However, there is no kettle for boiling hot water in the hotel room. There is also a freezer, which is a big advantage. There is also a 24-hour mart downstairs (but Starbucks does not reserve 15 minutes of queuing time in the morning, so you can’t buy it at all)

It didn’t start out well at the beginning. Property is huge but took awhile to check in due to long lines. After getting checked in and going to room on the other side and making it to the 17th floor, realized the key wasn’t working. I had to go all the way back down and wait in line another 30 minutes to address the issue. It was really annoying that I had to wait this long to get help with a simple issue. The room was nice and comfortable and had a great view but I noticed food on one of the pillows. I didn’t bother to alert staff. I just didn’t use that particular pillow. Aside from this, I think the food choices at Descend 21, could be much better. Th fries were overcooked but burger was just ok. Pool area was amazing!!! I could have stayed there all day! Hotel is also in a great area.

This is such a beautiful hotel! My husband and I were here for a business event. The event space was stunning, the food was amazing, and the staff were so friendly and professional. We enjoyed the amenities, like the beautiful pool and hot tub. There is high quality and enjoyable food at the hotel restaurants and store as well. Highly recommend this hotel! We would definitely stay here again.

Shrimp and Grits really impressed me. Came out at the perfect temperature too.
Pumpkin Cheesecake was pretty good. Not too rich, not too light. Well presented.

The food and service were top notch over the 3 days my family and I stayed at the Hyatt.
We ordered almost everything on the menu and were not disappointed on a single item. The best part was the dessert bar! It is an entire display case filled with sweet delights that were great! All of them!
Highly recommended this diner if you are staying at the Hyatt and it is open 24 hours to boot!!

Food was a bit on the bland side. Good sized plates. I would recommend the desserts.

I thought this place had great potential and ate their twice because the lunch-options at the Convention Center next door were limited. While the portions were large, I thought the food was rather bland and way overpriced. The desert-options looked amazing, but didn’t want to spend any more money. Great decor and you had a choice of sitting at the counter. Our service was great at first but then quickly tapered off and we had to flag down our server for refills and check.

The menu items were very tasty and I was glad they offered gluten-free options. However, before going I contacted the Hyatt B-Line Diner via Instagram to verify that they served gluten free pancakes. They said yes, and I was very excited! However, when we went to eat dinner just after 5 p.m., I was told the kitchen would not make my gluten-free pancakes. It wasn't a "dinner item." However, they lunch menu states it is an "all day favorite." That is a lie. If they are going to charge 14.50 for pancakes and call it an all-day favorite, I should be able to get it all day. Also, the coffee shop down the hall serves gluten-free blueberry muffins in the same wrapper as the B-line's regular blueberry muffins but you can't get the gluten-free ones there! The coffee shop closes at 4, so it is impossible to get a good gluten-free desert after 4 p.m. I was glad they offered gluten-free, but it was just at the wrong times.
