The room was very clean and thoroughly maintained, with attention to every detail. There is one shuttle bus per day from the hotel to Universal and one returning to the hotel. To get to Epic, you need to transfer buses, but it wasn’t too difficult. The return shuttle from Universal to the hotel was at 6:00 PM, which felt a bit early for us, so we took a city bus instead. It was only $2, and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel, so it was very convenient.
The staff were also very kind and friendly throughout our stay.
The room had been renovated, but there was no safe in the room.
The shower, toilet, and sink were all in one room, but it smelled of sewage.
There were small ant-like insects.
