The amenities are old and bathroom is not clear the way I’d like. The shower water wasn’t heated up well, and hot water didn’t last long enough for 3 ppl for tow days in row. Parking charge is much higher than some hotels. Won’t return for sure.

Booked this for my bosses. I heard it was split into two buildings, so I assume it was decent since I didn't get any negative feedback.
The price was quite high during the exhibition, but the surrounding area was alright. Orlando is a beautiful city.

Shower space is to small and narrow..
They also chargeed resort fee $30 each night.
And charge for the parking each day $25 , so each day i got $55 additional expense. So It is not good to do shopping with the price listed on the web site.

The bathrooms are dirty and the smell is so bad ! There is a sewer smell all the time! And the water suddenly came out black !!

The room though old but neat and clean. The makeup of room is sub-standard, I travelled with a group of 6, our hotels room sometime is not fully cleaned up, either did not refill tea/coffee, or left the dirty towels somewhere. When arrive at the hotel 3 of us did not have any shower gel refilled. I informed the reception to refill my tea bags (only provide 1 black tea and 1 camomile tea, which other hotels usually provide double of it), but it didn’t happen. Quite disappointed with the sub-standard services.
The worst is I did an online purchase with free delivery to the hotel, I indicated to leave my package at the concierge. To my surprise, the package (delivered by UPS) was dropped off at the UPS center located within the hotel, and it costed usd15 to pick up the package! Exorbitant!

Breakfast is nice, service is good. One day the batheroom door is locked at about 22:00 in the evening, service people come in 10 minutes to open the door.

Five Stars. All the staff were professional and courteous. The room was clean and smelled nice. The location was the best. The amenities were excellent. My daughter loved swimming in all the different pools. We had the greatest time. We definitely will be back.

Best Persian food in town. Big Fan

Went here a couple of times with my wife. Enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. They always have something that I want to try and the food comes out pretty quick as they are not too busy for a touristy area. We are both locals and know where to go for a quick service and good time. They also have a hookah lounge.

It's my wallet I feel sorry for.
The meal was sub par and the place was empty which really should have been a sign.
The drinks were ok so thanks Coca-Cola you did OK.
The waitress was very nice, however this was let down by the fact they failed to keep stock of anything.
Not happy and will not be returning.
Take my advice and find somewhere else.

Great food and service. Being used to Pakistani food, some things don't have as much heat, but just as good and just as filling. The waitress I had was extremely nice and friendly and made the place feel like home.

This restaurant is amazing!! My husband and I are from HOUSTON TX had late drive we decided to try this restaurant out. We arrived 10 minutes before they closed the employee still let my husband and I in she was very sweet she didn't rush us told us to take our time.. after ordering our food it came right away in 10 mins !! The food is delicious and juicy definitely will be coming here again !!

Absolutely amazing. I thought I had had real Italian food before, but I was wrong. Everything here is simply great. Lots of flavor, great service, reasonable pricing. I would recommend making a reservation, it can get pretty busy. If you're in the area, it's definitely worth checking out.

Food was salty. The 1st salad on the menu had no flavor except the few bits of gorgonzola. Even the avocado was flavorless. The service was lacking. Another server was very attentive to his tables but the best thing I can say about out waiters is that they were inattentive and rude. Water was not refilled until it was time for the check. No one asked how my $60 veal chop special was, or if we wanted/needed anything else. Also, maybe wouldnt hurt to mention that the 'special' is twice the price of anything else on the menu. We called for the waiters so loudly other patrons turned around and we were still ignored. No one plate was cleared (except soup bowl) before check was paid. WE WILL NOT GO BACK.

When I come to Orlando for conferences, I make dinner here a priority. But why?
Having trekked the globe and been to quite a few places in Italy, this place keeps it authentic. I've seen reviews for this place by knuckleheads complaining about "slow service", but they don't understand that, in Italy, dinner isn't just about good food... It is about good conversation and enjoying those around you. Dinner is a place to talk and enjoy company as much as it is about great food. So, this place nails it in terms of being authentic. Their food is fantastic and their wait staff make you feel at home (or in Italy). Ciao!

I had a stuffed veal chop, with buffalo mozzarella, mushrooms and a cognac reduction sauce that was to die for! They served fresh baked Italian bread. Unbelievably good service.

Nice ambience in the middle of shopping strip. Proper white table cloths, proper wine and water glasses, attentive service.

I'm not sure why, the main course options are mostly coming on the pile of pasta...

There is a real problem with this subway. The employees are incredibly lazy, they make the sloppiest sandwiches and lack any kind of customer service. Takes at least half hour to get a sandwich any given day/time.

Extremely fast and efficient service. I liked that the manager was there watching to make sure everyone was moving fast. There's a two-way mirror by the register which is pretty weird. That's the only reason I'd give it 4 stars instead of 5.

The staff was quick and friendly even when it got full. Being so close to a tourist attraction you get many travelers. The ingredients looked and tasted fresh and delicious.
