I came here to attend an exhibition. The service was extremely poor, practically nonexistent. We stayed three nights and the towels weren't changed. When we called the front desk to ask for new towels, they said we'd have to pay a $15 service fee.
On the morning of our last day, at 8:00 AM, they asked if we wanted to extend our stay. I said I wasn't sure yet. The front desk staff then gave me a sarcastic remark, asking if we could be sure about 2026. Check-out time was 10:00 AM, but because we were in a hurry to get to the exhibition, we hoped to negotiate for a late check-out at noon (which is the normal check-out time in China). The front desk staff said we had to participate in a conference they organized (to meet KPIs and recruit more people) to extend our check-out time, so we had to check out first. The resort itself was nice, but the service was absolutely terrible! Don't come here!

The receptionists were also very polite!
I was often worried because I didn't understand English, but the staff were very polite and helpful. Even when it was difficult to communicate, they smiled and explained things clearly, which put me at ease. I was able to stay comfortably thanks to their attentive attention to detail, and I'm truly grateful. I would definitely like to use your services again if I have the opportunity.

It looks like a big hotel, but the service is really not up to par. The room service came the next day, but I didn't get up, so they took an hour to come, and then they never showed up again. They recommended two things to me during my stay, the first one was when I checked in, and the second one was a phone call directly to the room one morning. Not a good experience.

I didn’t know what it would be like before I went there. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. I think this hotel has friendly service, delicious food, beautiful environment, and complete facilities. I recommend everyone to book this hotel when coming to Orlando.

Were in this resort for the second time. Unfortunately, painting and renovation work was underway during our stay. But otherwise everything was great.

The resort offers everything you can want, food, entertainment, events, friendly staff and more. The room was very clean, even the cracks in the floor you can tell had been cleaned. The parking was great, because the property is so large you have parking close to any building you need. The rooms are extremely spacious and totally a full apartment vibe. It gave privacy to everyone in my family and made for everyone having a comfortable evening and shower time. The view of the lake was beautiful and the area was so convenient to everything you need. So close to Sea World, and many other restaurants and store. It is an area that is building up with new stuff all around.
