The experience here was fabulous because the service was excellent! Chris checked us in and helped us throughout our stay! We needed the hot tub heat turned up and Chris was quick to send Diego to help. Diego was so friendly and helpful! The room was clean and good views, but the exceptional service pushes this to the next level!

Nice place but I do have a few comments. First we stayed in a disabled villa and was wondering why in the shower shampoos, conditioner and shower gel was so high to reach. When in a wheelchair one can not reach it. My next concern is why there was (apparently) a concert so loud on a Thursday night. It seemed like it was in our back yard. ? The golf course was nice, as well as the pools.

Lovely stay with my family. Great size room and very clean and comfortable. Location is very convenient to shopping and dining and of course the Disney Resorts. Good layout and wonderful golf course views. An efficient holiday if you do not mind cooking or just chilling out with your loved ones. Will definitely return!

I stayed one week with my wife and children, 6 in total for my (early) 65th birthday. The apartment was huge with 3 full bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room. You can easily accommodate 9 people. The master bedroom had a large round whirlpool bad and separate shower room and toilet. The 2 other rooms shared a bathroom. Large kitchen and living room with all necessary furnitures for an extended syay. Nice balcony with round table accommodating 6 people. Nice view towards the lake and golf. Small pool but you could use the facilities from the other properties. Room service was every other day, that was fine. Walmart, Target and Publix closeby but you need a car. Five minutes drive to Premium Outlets Vineland and 10 minutes to Seaworld. Be aware that check-in and checkout is at the adjacent Royal Palms property. Checkout is at 10am but I was glad to receive an 11am checkout. All by all we had a great stay!

Absolutely womderful place for my family to stay. Spacious clean and very affordable for the area.

Overall arrive was great. Free shuttle service was awesome and quick. Outdoor stuff was great- pool areas, grilling, fire pits and sports courts were all used and appreciated. Clean and safe. Our three bedroom unit was okay. The general area looks like it was updated somewhat recently but the two bathrooms were quite dingy and definitely haven’t been remodeled in many years, perhaps more. There are outdated fixtures and grime and evidence of black mold in the shower area. Hopefully they invest in the bathrooms- it was the only disappointing part really. Would go to this resort again but would ask for high floor since we had noise that kept us up. And we would ask for the most update rooms if there are any.

We stayed at Marriott Imperial Palms for the third time and once again we had a great stay. Even during March break, the pools were not overly busy. We loved the sports court and played pickle ball daily. We also enjoyed taking the shuttle to the World Center pool. Marriott keeps the bbq facilities and the pool facilities in great condition! front desk staff were excellent - helpful and very friendly. keep up the great work!
