This place is horrible, even my daughter hated it. Upon entering the room it stink really bad. It smell like cigarettes, the linen had a bad odor. I needed a room just for tonight before checking into somewhere else. It actually seems like a drug hotel. Definitely should have followed the reviews. This place is horrible. If you are reading negative reviews on this hotel plllease believe them. Definitely calling corporate Tuesday morning!

This is my second time booking with this property, but never been into it. The first time we were under State of Emergency due to the winter storm so we cannot fly into Orlando, and they never refund the amount. I made a reservation for two weeks later and when we arrived (by 2.40 am) they told us that they were overbooked and they don’t have any other alternative. Everything was sold out nearby and it took us more than 4 hours to find a new accommodation. NEVER MORE

I’m unexpectedly surprised with the services here. I have no expectations at first as it was very cheap but turns out it is quite decent.

Good value to price. We had a 2 queen room on the 3rd floor. Nothing fancy on the outside, but has everything you need to feel comfortable and unwind in the room. Do note that it may smell a musty if you are very sensitive to smell. Because you are so close to the highway, it gets loud especially on pool side, but also for the location, you're not too far from downtown and the highway to move around orlando. Front desk was friendly and breakfast had a good variety. Would stay again

Room service is available every day, and the attitude is good. The location is quite remote, which is more suitable for travelers who drive. There is a bus stop next to it, but only one bus passes by, and it is far from the city.

The hotel doesn’t tell you there is a $100 security deposit until the day of your booking. There was pee in one of the stairwells that smelled like it had been there for days. Maid service barely touched the room. For some reason, the took one dirty towel but left the other, but replaced both towels. They didn’t make the bed, but took the trash liner and took out washcloths but didn’t replace them. And it’s located behind the Orange County jail.

The only thing I can say is the room was clean and the bed and pillows were good. Old motel no toothbrush or toothpaste or slippers. The very small shampoo and conditioner better to bring your own. A microwave and coffee machine was there. The room light is a floor lamp it didn’t work I told them several times nothing was done. The WiFi just never worked even after haven’t the staff activate it and say it was working it wasn’t able to work. The breakfast is not that good the scramble eggs are overcooked like rubber and the fruit is almost spoiled. Toast bagels cereal ok the sausage was ok the potatoes like the eggs are overcooked good luck.
Location across from main highway and you can hear people walking by talking.
So if you need an inexpensive (for Orlando) clean room and comfortable bed it’s ok. But don’t expect amenities.
