This place is horrible, even my daughter hated it. Upon entering the room it stink really bad. It smell like cigarettes, the linen had a bad odor. I needed a room just for tonight before checking into somewhere else. It actually seems like a drug hotel. Definitely should have followed the reviews. This place is horrible. If you are reading negative reviews on this hotel plllease believe them. Definitely calling corporate Tuesday morning!

Pardon our Dust? Really, nothing in the please was new except the hair dryer. The bathroom was filthy, we only were given two hand towels as our linen, the phone did not work, the floors were utterly Nasty. My wife walked from the bed to the bathroom without shoes and went to shower and made the bottom of the tub black. And the floors were sticky. Only good was the bed seemed clean.

Would not recommend, sure it's close to Universal, but did not realize it was next to a prison. The lady who checked us in wasn't very friendly, charged us extra fees even though we already booked online. I paid for the king bed but gave us a queen, saying that's all they had left. But looking through the open windows we saw a King room available and with a modern style room(last photo).
We got a room that was pulled out of the 80s with clunky furniture, and a safe in the washroom, stained towels, roaches that ended up coming home with us. Their 'included breakfast' was just some coffee in the lobby. The list goes on, but it was particularly annoying when the fire alarm would go off after we would take showers, and then waking up to mosquitoes buzzing around us. We killed about 10 of them in one night..

If I could give this hotel negative stars, I would. The hotel itself on the outside looked deplorable, more like a cheap motel and it was litered with trash. Once inside, things did not get better. The lobby even felt disgusting. Once in our room we realized that the air conditioner was not properly working and it would consistently shut off. The room was dirty, the bathroom was dirty. Nothing about this stay was redeemable. Then what they had as a breakfast item was a bottle of water with a fruit cup. At that point I would rather be told there is no breakfast available.

If I could give ZERO star, I would.

I would NOT recommend!! Definitely not what I expected. This shouldn’t be listed under “Hotel / Hotel Resort”, which was the filter I selected. Rooms smelled like urine, towels were cold like they’ve been used, bedding was stained. Overall atmosphere was not it! People walking around near your rooms smoking marijuana. No washcloth, had two cold bath towel and two cold face towel. On top of this mess, paid for both rooms online and at check-in, they really had the nerves to say they require a $100 deposit PER room, as if the almost $700 I paid for 2 rooms/3 nights wasn’t enough. Only reason I did not cancel right at check-in is because there was no other hotels available and we were tired and ready to lay it down, until we actually got to the rooms. Save your money, look elsewhere.. even if it’s a good distance from the area in Orlando you need to be in, find another place, it would be worth the drive. Trust me.

Ladies at the front desk were very friend,but that was the only good thing.I go to my room and the toilet seat was broken. I mean literally sitting beside the toilet. The tub was very dirty. The receptionist did change my room, but it was still not clean. I'm just sleepy. Will NEVER Stay there again.

This place has the feel of staying in the projects. Absolutely filthy. Yeah the staff attitude and customer service and the maintenance goes together perfectly. Never again.

First things first, if you're looking for a nice location to stay at, this is not the place. Right next door to the Orange County Jail, and the hotel reflects that fact. Stayed here for a few days, and things were far from pleasant. Multiple issues in the room, ranging from non-functional TV remote, to lights not working, to a broken bathroom door handle.

Rooms need work cosmetically, really dated. The sheets feel like they should have been replaced almost 10 years ago, tears and holes in them.

Service-wise, we had issues with towels being taken but not replaced.

There is a free wi-fi network, but the speed is exceptionally slow. You're better off using the cell network on your phone.

Overall, you get what you pay for, and I'll be sure to avoid this place in the future.

The continental breakfast was good. Outside of that the building needs help. They took our dirty towels, never gave us clean ones. We got locked out of the bathroom because the door would not open. The pool was closed for maintenance so we couldn't escape the 95 degree Heat. There's also Blood on the bed spread - we didn't find the body! The remote in our room does not go to our TV - I hope someone enjoyed what we were trying to watch! It also would have been nice to have somewhere in the description of the hotel that it is right next door to the Orange County penitentiary. I think most of the people that were staying here already knew that because I'm assuming that they were here to go visit their family next door.
