The door wouldn’t lock. But maintenance recovered it in a swift manner. The rooms were very cleaned and spacious!

Fantastic room, just wish the wifi was a little better in the hotel. No complaints about the suite itself. Clean, safe and plenty of privacy

The hidden mandatory resort fees was a let down when arriving to the place.

Room wasn’t clean. Gym was not sanitary. With the high resort fees you think it be very clean!

Room was good size. Had a great view. It was like having a small condo with everything you need. Staff was unbelievably awesome. Marilyn, the front desk who checked us in took care of us throughout the whole duration and was absolutely fantastic. Facility lacked activities for kids but if you want something quiet, safe, and roomy this is the place. Would definitely recommend this place.

25.10.2025 Lucy

Everything was great. The shuttle to universal parks were definitely a great factor for us.

Loved the room
Downside was the dryer didn’t work and I didn’t know until I had already washed a load of clothes

23.10.2025 Sarah

Overall it was okay. I appreciated having a stackable washer and dryer and 2 seperate bedrooms and bathrooms. I did not, however, sleep well any of the 4 nights. The pillows were really puffy and the walls must be paper thin. I heard our lovely neighbors at all hours of the night. I heard doors shut, laughing, talking, the tv, toilet flushing.

23.10.2025 Evelyn

Wally was great from the moment we checked in very friendly knowledgeable and helpful. Marlyn was a delight she answered all our questions always very kind. Sincere was the funniest and welcoming. All in all we had a great stay. Would definitely recommend.

Not a good place to stop by and have drinks mainly.I have stopped by on a non bussy week to have some drinks and relax. One single waiter handling the whole restaurant . Haven't measured the drinks he was putting in I have ordered (very less). Will Never recommend or go back again :(

05.08.2016 Daniel

Unpleasant experience. Wasn't busy at all, however service was slow. I don't advise ordering alcoholic beverages, for they more juice and mixers over the consumption of alcohol given the extreme price you pay for them. The calamari was definitely frozen and very rubbery even after being fried. Waitress was a complete moron.. Definitely would fine someone else to go.

Staying in the BW. Walked in on Wed night cuz the sign said Wed Special BOGO Blue Long Islands. "Nope that stops at 7," we were told. It was 8p. Why still have the sign up? Why not put hours on the sign? Looks like they could've used our business...
