Bottom-line: The only thing keeping this Comfort Inn from being a categorical DUMP is that the housekeeping staff seems to work very hard to keep it clean. I would also say that the hotel engineer does his/her best to repair and optimize things with what appears to be a maintenance budget of ZERO. The hotel is old and rundown. Only the lobby and breakfast areas are maintained, at all. Once you hit the hallways and rooms, things become HORRIFYINGLY busted and missing. Here's a PARTIAL LIST:
- Ice machine was broker. (No sign on it. No power to it. But, it was kept impeccably clean, as to not look broken. Couldn't find another one on the floors. The front desk sent me out to the pool.)
- Hall carpet smelled.
- Lighting fixtures all cracked, yellowed, and glued/taped together.
- All the lamps in my room were dinged, marred, rusty.
- All of the furniture was crumbling and broken.
- Hair dryer was miss, though the bracket was still on the wall.
- The room chair was missing, the front desk refused to let use one of the ones from the eating area, and they said they would bring a new one...and never did.
- The bathtub and shower were completed dilapidated. Drain was corroded out. Showerhead didn't work. Pipe was just coming out of the wall with no trim ring. They are so cheap that they won't even replace a torn shower curtain that is literally falling off the rod. (If not for the great housekeeping, the shower would have been a mildew-coated pit.
- NO TOWEL BARS!
- The ironing board legs wouldn't lock and it wouldn't stand up.
- Closet doors were seized on their tracks and I had to literally bash at it to get it to open.
- Worst of all...the front desk staff was completely worthless. Polite, but unresponsive and you could tell that they just hated their jobs. Did nothing to help me.
There's a whole lot more...but, I think you get the message. This ain't they Hilton. Hell! It's barely Motel6!
The good things? Well, as I mentioned, the room was truly clean. Dilapidated, but clean. Housekeeping appeared to do excellent work. The bed was very comfortable. There was a big, nice TV that actually worked well. Wifi was OK. The AC functioned OK. Breakfast wasn't bad and the breakfast staff seemed to really care about putting out some good stuff. Scrambled eggs, DIY waffles, breakfast sausage links, home fries, cereals, oatmeal packets, yogurt, toast, muffins, coffee, tea, and juices.
If all you want is a cheap, basically clean place to sleep, maybe get a little work done, and have an OK breakfast...this place is minimally acceptable. But, if you want to show your family a nice time or have a bit of above average comfort, this place is the pits! If you want to impress anyone, stay away from this place!

I arrived around 11pm after a long day. Received my key cards went to my room on the 6th floor and the keys didn't work. Took my bags (didn't want to leave them outside my room), went downstairs. told the clerk and she was very nice and responsive. She made new keys and went to my room with me. The 2 new keys didn't work either, someone would need to come the next day and she didn't have another room to transfer me to. Next morning I packed a bag with the thoughts I might not me able to get back in my room for a while. BUT went into the hallway and the door locked (duh) and tried the card again. YEAH it worked...........go figure!!!
Two different carpets in my room as if half of the carpet had to be replaced, water for my shower 1st day was luke warm, 2nd day very hot. The large window looking outside had a white type 'paint' on it to let the light in, but you couldn't see out very 'good'. The curtains didn't cover the window so I hope you couldn't see in.

The hotel was very run down. The room was dirty and bed were broken. The carpets mouldy and the bathroom was falling apart. Strong smell in corridors and room which wasn’t pleasant. The location was good for all the parks and in the heart of I drive.

The person at the front desk couldn't find my reservation it took 20 minutes to get it right. And the rooms (we had 2 rooms) one looked like someone spray painted something on the floor and the rest of the room was still a bit dirty, hair on the sink, beds, and the carpet was so dirty and nasty. Second room was the same except the bathroom tub Faucet would not shut off so it kept running. I told the front desk and said someone was coming to fix it, nobody came. We decided to leave around 11pm. Just couldn't stay there.
