Amazing location, great views, large apartments,decoration is ok, staff is very friendly, you have the Publix market almost there and restaurants in every corner. The big BUT is: cleanness! The bathtub had hair, the restroom door had a splatter That I really don’t want to know what it was, the toilet paper holder had dust as thick as mi little finger, etc. A restroom reno could be in order. If you just look at it, it seems just fine, but when you start arranging your things....
I went to the gym, which is great and has a lot of options to exercise, still if you see it as a whole it seem clean but then each machine mmmm

Beach towels had to be brought to the beach from the room they weren’t offered at the pool. Only one towel per person each stay. For the price it was good that it had kitchen

My partner and I love this place we’ve been here 3x now and recently took our teen who enjoyed it as well. The staff isn’t on the property so you have to call and leave a voicemail for help

Beautiful spacious Clean very nice rooms however there are no amenities in the suite..the only thing nice are the rooms but there’s no game room fitness center eating area or anything else besides a beach and a pool..there are a lot of restaurants to visit as you walk down Collins ave there’s a great shakes and burger spot down Collins ave.great burgers and shakes..this isn’t south beach this is Miami Beach south beach is a 15-20 min drive and the parking there’s runs around $25-30

Unfortunately, my son got bed bugs from the pull out couch mattress. My daughter and I stayed in the main room and had no issues, but very disappointed because otherwise this was a nice stay.

Very good place near the beach! 🌊☀️ The location is perfect—just a few steps from the water, with a calm and relaxing vibe. Everything was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Perfect spot to enjoy the ocean and unwind. Definitely recommend!

Even bed sheets were not clean
The place was not clean, although it had an amazing view. The receptionist told me they just allowed to go in for cleaning after we leave and as long as we are there they won't come in. He told me the property has laundry and we can wash towels and sheets. I washed the sheets, but the washer was too small for blanket. I just folded it and didn't use it. The bath tub may have black mold by the fastener ( I did not tested it ). There was a towel from previous wash in the washer.＞＞＞ We got sick. and two days after our return we couldn't go to work.I won't book another trip there.

Stayed here for a last minute babymoon with my husband. Very nice atmosphere. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were a little out dated but still very nice. We had a beautiful ocean view over the pool. Really liked the fact that valet was included in our stay because parking anywhere is Miami can be pricey. Family friendly hotel. Only wish they had some vending machines on site or a restaurant to conveniently eat.

The apartment style rooms were very large and had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and Miami Beach. Very neat and clean. Could use a few small upgrades but overall it was a fabulous stay.

This Domino's Pizza has the most insensate, thick headed, simpleminded ignorant person working there by the name of Dominic. He is the most rude person I have ever encountered in the food industry. This man seems to have been raised by wolves as he has no speaking manners, poor hygiene, and looks like a hobo from the street. He has no type of presentation and speaks to customers as he has zero care for his job. It is not customer's fault you are a 50 year old man working at a pizza place. I really hope you see this Dominic. Your co-workers were embarrassed watching the way you were speaking to me. Oh and the only reason I put one star is because I had to in order for me to post this.

Delivery driver (Oscar) couldn't find my place. I had to walk around and find him. My bill was 17.99. I had a 20 and two 1 dollar bills. had a 4 dollar tip for the guy. It was dark and I handed him the cash, he called me back a few minutes after I was in my apt and he claimed I only gave him 2 dollars. Tried to scam me with one of the oldest tricks in the book. I wish I hadn't tipped the guy at all now. What a mutt.

Horrible experience, waited more than 1 hour and didn't even get the pizza. Alex in particular wasn't helpful at all and incredibly rude. Definitely do not recommend coming here. Complete waste of my time.

If you want to eat a cold pizza, two hours later, go ahead and call Pizza Hut on Collins Avenue. It's amazing that we waited two hours, and then, they did not allow us to cancel the order.

I pray that hurricane irma destroys every peice of this place no food business deserves a horrible restaurant like this one. The average McDonald's is 100 times better than this trash.

Never order form here. Worst management. I had a problem with my delivery driver not giving me my pizza that was ALREADY PAID FOR. He said I wasn't cooperating with the payment and left with our food? Called manager and she blew me off even though I had a receipt for my order. Worst Pizza Hut location........

My first pizza did not come exactly on time, but it was a busy time of day. I received a store credit on the spot, no problem. The next week, they delivered the credited pizzas fast and fresh, no tip needed and greeted me by first name. Now that is what I call customer service!

We sat at a table at this restaurant and they told us they refused to serve us because of my husband's tattoos. They gave us no explanation other than they did not want to serve us because of him. We are from KY. He had tattoos, but we just wanted to eat. After a certain hour they didn't want us there. I have pictures and audio if you would like to see and hear.

We ate twice at Venezia over 3 days. Fresh food made to order in Italian and Mexican varieties.
Fajitas, pasta, pizza, and quesadillas are all good.

Ate here three times on vacation. I got the Churrasco, broccoli and fried bananas it was amazing! The breakfast sampler was good as well loved the pancakes and hashbrown the most! The staff is cool just when your finished eating wave them down for the check or go to the bar to pay. They give you your space when you are finish eating so if you are ready immediately take the initiative. :)

This place is disgusting ... they charge 16 usd for a very poorly made and presented breakfast, we order breakfast for two for delivery and received two fried eggs in the same box with 4 cold sausages... nobody can give you accurate information over the phone and the managers nowhere to be seen , I claimed my charge back and still waiting... you are Thieves who are poisoning people !
I hope somebody is seeing this reviews , but seeing the way you take care of your customers I really doubt it!

Take it from one of pizza's biggest FANS, this place has one of the BEST pizzas in Miami. The 5-Cheese is ridiculously good and the ham & mushroom calzone is my ABSOLUTE favorite & my "go-to"!! I've lived in Miami for 5 years and there are a handful of places that come only near the quality of the crust & cheeses Pizza Venezia has. It's a blessing that it's open 24/7. I was shocked by some of the reviews I read that I had to write this one!
