While driving down the cobblestone street, we missed the turn to the Inn and had to drive around the block again to get to the entrance, but once we did we were pleasantly surprised. After parking , we were met by a male staff member who assisted us into the lobby. Check-in was quick and easy. The gentleman then took us to the entrance of our building and our room entrance. He returned shortly after with two glasses of wine and a plate of hors d’ oeuvres. The room was nicely decorated and presented itself as a quaint apartment. Plenty of bottled water in the kitchen with two ice cream bars in the fridge. Highly recommended stay.

Room was great, loved the size and layout. Amenities in the room were really nice, kitchen with full refrigerator. Excellent customer service, very helpful and accommodating. Kevin was super helpful! Went with a group of 7 and we all had a great experience. Will definitely be back!

The room was big, everything was clean. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. It was very nice that they had appetizers and wine and they even left ice cream in the freezer. It was a very plesant experiemce.

The room was clean and very unique. Everyone on staff was very helpful and friendly. Even though it rained the entire trip...they made our stay wonderful!

Room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was very personable and helpful. Evening wine and snacks was enjoyable and fresh coffee 24/7. Will likely return.

Was a good stay, only negative thing was the 8 month old puppy across the hall barking for 90 minutes when the owners went out. Staff very helpful and enjoyed the parking.

Staff and service was outstanding, room was well appointed and quite unique! Loved the location as well; the balcony looking over River Street and the canal was a very cool feature.

Friendly greeting, free water and soft drinks and coffee all day long. Oversized room comfortable bed and happy hour with wine and simple snacks

The street outside can be a little noisy, but they even provide headphones if the noise continues when you’re ready to go

Oh, and did I mention the ice cream sandwich in your freezer?
