Best possible place I could've stayed. I got here via a corporate conference. Staff was lovely and helpful throughout the event. The hotel is right by the river, easy to walk anywhere. Beds were a bit stiff for my pudgy body but clean and well kept. The lobby is a sight to behold and makes the whole thing feel special. Be sure to check out the garden terrace through the 4th floor. Highly recommended.

Great location very nice and clean hotel. Five star customer service including a call from management to insure a minor issue was taken care of. Wouldn't have expected that from a large chain but it happened. We'll definitely be return customers for sure. Special thanks to the assistant director of operations Tyler McCorkle for great customer service.

Great location, great service, but the rooms are very clearly in need of renovation. You are paying for location here! A pipe burst and the water was out for the entire evening our last night, which was very inconvenient. The air/heat did not seem to respond to the control pad, the beds were not very comfortable, the tub and shower were worse than what I have at home, and the room just really seemed like it had seen better days. That being said, the lobby and amenities were absolutely beautiful, service was fantastic, and you just can't beat the location. But I was very disappointed that the room didn't match the rest of the hotel.

Literally the best part of this hotel is the staff. While in town for a work function I was immediately greeted by Shamar the valet who every time he saw me went out of his way to ensure I was taken care to the fullest extent. My vehicle was ready when needed and taken care of as if it was his own. This is not what I expected as the new normal. When I was attending the the work conference that was being put on by my wife's company the bar tenders Nikki & Crystal were always smiling and eager to ensure all attendees were well taken care of. These staff members should be acknowledged and given raises. Great experience all around.

My 1st time staying at the Hyatt Regency in Savannah, Georgia was a wonderful experience! The hotel was perfectly located next to Riverfront and the Convention Center, which I was able to use the ferry to travel on. The view from the hotel was amazing, especially during the sun setting. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We didn’t have to worry about any loud noises coming from the hallway or from other rooms, and housekeeping was extra careful with our items when tidying up the room.

Two employees that stood out to me was Corey and Joanta. They provided excellent customer service from when I checked in to when I checked out, and provided helpful information to me on this trip. If these two help you, I promise your trip will be smooth for the rest of your stay.
