The hotel's location is excellent and very convenient. Getting around is also a breeze. Since this hotel just opened in 2025, the facilities are still in great condition.

Perfect location. Rooms clean and beds comfy. Great breakfast but should have included in package. Daily charge very expensive. Naive about the daily resort charge which made it a very expensive stay, you’re not made aware until check out. Great holiday though. Will be back but better prepared for hidden charges

Loved our stay at this hotel. They upgraded us to an ocean-view room. Make sure to book rooms inside the tower to ensure the rooms are not dated. The lobby area, restaurants and the access to beach were amazing. The only things we didn't appreciate were that the pool beds were all occupied (with towels!) from 7 AM, making it impossible to find a bed next to the pool. Also, the beach chairs and umbrellas were for rent, which I find absurd for a hotel at this price point and located next to the beach. But, overall, the staff were amazing at suggesting attractions and excursions, they granted our request for a late checkout, and the location of the hotel could not have been better. We really enjoyed our stay.

Feet away from actual beach .. ocean water very WARM, FRESH feeling.

Balcony was closed due to “safety
reasons” -sucked

If you walk/drive down towards HONOLULU ZOO there’s actual MAN MADE rock boarder .. where KIDS can swim freely … WAVES BLOCKED BY ROCKS.

Remember to WEAR SUNSCREEN/ be in the shade .. HAWAII IS HOT/humid

Might look like it’s going to rain but with a HUMID FEELING. (Warm)

Big disappointment. Paid extra for the balcony room, balcony out of order. I understand it's for my safety, but I was going to surprise my wife with an epic balcony room for our 10 year anniversary, and they waited all the way until check-in to tell us it's off limits. Never starting here again.

We stayed a few months ago. Location is excellent and the hotel is very pretty to look at, but I won't be going back unless there's some major major changes. We got a nice room, but many people were smoking near us on their patio which ruined it. We couldn't spend time outside and smoke was coming in from the window. While the security was super friendly and tried really hard, they couldn't do much about it. I was also not impressed with their very expensive breakfast - the quality was just not there. The concierge I spoke with was really unhelpful when I asked about making reservations for tea and was in a hurry to leave at the end of her shift. The sheets were polyester and not breathable and were very hot and uncomfortable to sleep in especially with Hawaii's coral-friendly mineral sunscreen that doesn't wash off. They also ruined my luggage during storage after check-out and couldn't figure out how. We still enjoyed our vacation, but I will be looking to stay somewhere else next time.

This is a picture of the receipt. Very cryptic and confusing. Food was above average but we left very unsatisfied due to bad drinks and poor service.

Ponderosa quality at a Ruth's Chris price. Lousy over salted steak with bland, paste-like rice. However, beautiful view, the same view that you can get downstairs at Dukes. If you are starving and must eat immediately, go to Dukes.

My wife and I dined at Duke's on Saturday, December 2nd for our 33rd anniversary. Everyone at Duke's made this a fabulous evening. I called prior to making reservations to check on vegan options for my wife. They had a wonderful appetizer and a main course dish that could accommodate my wife. She said it was one of the best meals she has had. Our server Nicola was fantastic. He made sure everything was just right. Top notch service from management, to the kitchen and servers. I highly recommend a visit to Duke's for any occasion. I would give 10 stars if it was possible.

Really slow service in the barefoot bar part. It’s open seating. Good luck finding anything because it’s a popular place right off the beach. Even on a weekday I felt lucky finding a spot. Mai tai was strong & the fish tacos were amazing!!!

Amazing food, very friendly staff. This was one of our favorite places to eat while in Waikiki. I loved how it felt so homey and wasn't pretentious at all. I found it by asking locals what the best place to eat was and they were so right!!! I will definitely be going back when I go back to Hawaii! Such good food! Reasonably priced for what you get also!

This may be a famous spot, but it's not even remotely as good as these reviews make it seem. The drinks are syrup and sugar bombs, the fish and chips came to the table drenched in oil. Yes, it's fried, I know, but proper temperature of the oil and draining before plating would've been nice. The only saving grave was the staff, who are very welcoming and warm.

Good fish tacos! A little spicy though so if you cannot tolerate heat I would get something else. Everything at our table was very good! One more thing.. there isn’t a sign on the outside of the area where they are located. When we asked a salesperson across the street if she knew where Duke’s was she said that she gets asked this question “ALL OF THE TIME!” Duke’s needs to hang a sign outside of their location to fix this.

Didn't have to wait very long to be seated, must have made it before the rush! The drinks were huge, and the soft drinks had free refills. The portion sizes were very generous. I had the Fish & Chips which was really delicious, it was amazing. Sadly I was too full for desserts but maybe another time! We had an amazing waiter too, he was always very polite & friendly.

It should be noted though that inside it can be very noisy. But what do you expect, it's a very popular eatery.

Great restaurant, would recommend to others!

When we visited this place was PACKED we were told about a 30 minute wait and to our surprise we waited maybe 10 minutes before we were seated! Once seated we did feel like our server was rushing us. I totally get that they were slammed and had a lot of people waiting but when I'm out to eat I do not want to be rushed and I want to enjoy a drink and an appetizer and then my meal. We ordered apps and asked for them to come first and they arrived at the same time as our meal so that was disappointing. We didn't even start eating and we were greeted with our check. The food was great, but I definitely don't like feeling rushed out of a place, especially one that isn't on the cheap side.

Delicious food well worth the wait. Large crowds every night mean you'll have to wait unless you get in early, but they give you mobile alarms so you can go check out the stores while you wait.
Wonderful staff that are quickly available and very friendly.
10/10 will definitely eat here again! ?

Very busy but food was great. Nice service. Part of restaurant is open to the elements and birds looking for a crumb. It was my birthday the day before, and the servers sang Happy Birthday (in tune !) and I got a small chocolate sundae with a candle. Many, many choices in food and cheesecake.. moderately priced.

Always a great show. I love the fact that he does close up magic!!! When he makes it "snow" it's great. Living in Oahu I know I won't see snow. I know what he does isn't real snow but for me.... Well, it's a fabulous experience.
