Outstanding guest service experience. We had our 12 month old grandson with us. They immediately brought us a quesadilla, fruit and cheese plate to keep him happy so we could relax and enjoy our drinks and appetizers. Food was excellent. It is refreshing to see such a well managed restaurant with a high bar for customer service. Well done.

What a perfect end to my short vacation. The service was impeccable. The crab cakes are the best I ever had (when it comes to crab cakes). The macadamia nut crusted mahi was delicious. However their famous chocolate souffle was to die for. I am now in a food coma.

Truly astonishing! !! The service was out of this world.... we were hesitant to go to a nice restaurant with our 10 month old daughter but they catered to her needs beyond ours and that meant a lot to us. The food was out of this world, cooked to perfection. We felt pampered from the moment we walked up the steps. Thanks for the great evening!!! Do make a reservation though....

I went with my family and there were 14 of us sitting at a large table. We had one server and he freaking nailed it! We were never low on drinks, there were never any empty/used dishes on our table and our server was so enthusiastic about everything. The appetizers, main dishes and desserts were so delicious! My siblings and I went back a few days later because we had such a great experience the first time!

We are now back home in Orlando, Florida and I'm so lucky that we have a Roy's here! Can't wait to go back!

Great food. Lobster cobb salad was excellent, and the popovers, too. Service from waiter was adequate. Service from management (due to an issue with the temperature on one dish) was outstanding and exceptional.

Excellent food, and AMAZING service. Andrew and Jamie went out of their ways to make our experience unforgettable. They somehow managed to trick us into telling them it was my parents 30th year anniversary so we didn't think anything of it, and when desert comes around, here comes an unexpected personalized cake with "Happy 30th Anniversary" on it. It really made our night and my parents were thrilled. The steaks were cooked to perfection, and the char that they develop on the steak seals in insane amounts of flavor. We will be back on our next visit to Waikiki. Thank you Andrew and Jamie.

We have been here a few times, but the first was for our engagement dinner . It was pretty darn good. Everything from the bread (poppers) to the steak was well prepared. They have a liver pate that is divine Their steaks, which is the important part, were seasoned well and prepared perfectly. They used to local sweet lobster which was very good. We always get the mash potatoes as a side and it is so creamy and flavourful. We always experience excellent service and have a nice time. We have never had a bad experience there and will be going again.

Clean and classy location. Bread pudding dessert is exceptional. Crab cake appetizer was fishy and not cooked enough - order well done if you're going to try.

I'm Korean. The name is KYEONGSANG AN. We had dinner here on our honeymoon on October 21, 2017. I traveled without knowing that I lost my brown little bag. I knew I had lost my bag at 10 am the next day. There were two passports and $1,700 in the bag. I decided to report to the police and wait.
However, on the following day, I rented a car and went to the Korean Consulate General to make a temporary passport. The restaurant staff, Mr. TERRY VANNASING says he brought a bag to the consulate this morning. My passport and money were still there. Thanks to him, I was able to have a happy honeymoon. I really appreciate him for this position. I would like to come back to Hawaii again. Thank you again.~^^

I love a place that is both fun for adults and kid friendly. The waiters are patient and helpful when it comes to having a table of kids. We went for happy hour, since they have a great menu and good drink prices. After being “stuck” in Waikiki for a few more days than planned (thanks to Space A) we loved the prices and the amount of food that was provided. Kid’s menu come with main dish, side and drink. Lots of food and a good selection. Not usually one to find the chains and frequent them but since we are expats now, we were happy to find a place with a great menu and good ambience. Highly recommend!

I had a FANTASTIC afternoon here one afternoon catching up with a very important family member. The bartender was VERY knowledgeable, very friendly, answered several questions about the beer and drinks and even let us sample a couple of items.

High class place, yet affordable. Just like the one back home in San Antonio. They hire the best people at Yard House and you always have a great time!

Very popular place in Honolulu. We arrived there about 8 pm and waited almost 40 minutes before we could pick up. At the entrance you are given a sort of sensor warning that you have to keep. When it lights up you must go back to the front desk and be accompanied to the table. Luckily we waited until we found a place at the bar counter where we could taste two great beers typical of the place. At dinner the menu offers classic burgers, salads or even fish. We opted for 2 worthy burgers without any shadow of doubt.

This location is absolutely amazing! We went during happy hour and got amazing deals on food and drinks! Fern! He is incredible! The greatest bartender I've seen in awhile! Recommend this place for any and all occasions! The management is also great at circling around and checking in with each table!

It is amazing every time I go. Great atmosphere, decent prices, delicious food. I had the eggs and bacon, with a side of wings. All great.

Great food and drinks, awesome range of sport to watch and you even get your own speaker to listen to whatever TV you are watching at the time. Will come back and spend more time there. A must visit in Waikiki for the sports bar drinker.

Stayed nearby at the Sheraton so just a easy 5-minute walk. Our party of eleven was seated quickly, within a couple minutes of arriving and all service fast and friendly. Large TVs surrounds dining areas with a good variety of sports. Food arrived also quickly and hot, with generous portions and plenty to share. Would suggest picking a few items to share instead of one dish per person unless you’re really hungry! Had to go for the pastrami sandwich and wasn’t disappointed. The corned beef and pastrami eggs Benedict with country potatoes was a little salty, but one has to figure that it’s got two meats combined so it will naturally be like so. Would return for drinks and dessert... was just too full from the large portions to order any!
