The hotel offers a wide range of room types including various deluxe, premium, and parlor suites with views of the ocean, mountains, or city. Guests can expect amenities such as air conditioning, free parking, a fitness center, spa and wellness facilities, and a 24-hour front desk. The hotel includes an on-site restaurant and bar, a small garden, and a pool area. Multiple reviews mention spacious rooms with balconies offering partial city, mountain, or ocean views. While the hotel has strong ratings for cleanliness and location, some guests note the rooms are dated and the pool is small. The property also offers family rooms and facilities for disabled guests. Very close to the beach, making it convenient for sightseeing and dining. You can see the sea from the elevator lobby on the guest floors, and enjoy a partial city and mountain view from the room. Services like parking and housekeeping were prompt. The breakfast buffet didn't have a huge variety, but the small garden outside the restaurant was lovely, and the dining environment was comfortable.

Not bad, but still a bit different from hotels in China. Make sure to book a sea view, otherwise it's not worth it.

Amazing hotel location for the price! 5 minutes walk to the beach, big rooms, lovely queen size beds, and there were so many free services and lessons for the Christmas season. You can borrow a free surf board / beach chair and all, which is really useful considering the ridiculous prices for their rental at the beach! We stayed here for 11 nights and loved our stay.

Huge shoutout to Magdalena for being an amazing housekeeper and really doing such a good job everyday, as well as the two F&B director and manager who were conducting all the free Christmas classes, from poke bowl making to cocktail mixing and gingerbread house design. We had a lot of fun!

The hotel location is located one block from the beach. Room is dated

The front desk staff treated Ctrip customers with blatant discrimination, assigning me to the worst possible room – on the lowest floor, in a corner, right next to a noisy machinery room or a large game room. What was even worse was being moved from that corner room to a cockroach-infested room on the 10th floor. Swarms of cockroaches were hiding around the mini-fridge inside the TV cabinet. When I took a shower, they'd migrate to the warmer bathroom and even crawl onto my clothes. The Hilton's subsequent service and handling of my complaint fully exposed their ugly disdain for customers and for Ctrip as a booking agent. They were completely indifferent throughout, even blaming Chinese guests for opening their doors or balcony doors too frequently, supposedly letting cockroaches in. The security manager came to address the room issue and chose a truly *threatening public relations approach*, essentially asking, 'Are you going to stay or not? If not, go find another hotel on the street, but you still have to pay for tonight's room.' You all can decide for yourselves, but the Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort destroyed my vacation without question. They also once assigned me a sauna where the entire ceiling was dripping water. There was constant buck-passing and a complete lack of responsibility, no hint of an apology whatsoever. I will absolutely blacklist this hotel. All the staff members discriminated against Chinese people, were rude, and completely unhelpful. Their attitudes when answering questions were terrible, and they offered no other services.

Clean, great service and rooms have a fantastic view. Real close to Waikiki Beach so you're never short of things to do!

Few minutes walk to Waikiki Beach, they only provide valet service, no self parking. Nearby got a lot of restaurants for you.

Let's start with the positives: The moment you walk in, you're greeted by a stunning ocean view, and I woke up to the beautiful beach every morning 🥰. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful 🫶. The room was also very spacious; coming from Tokyo to Hawaii, I really appreciated the upgrade in space 😍. There are many bus routes right outside the hotel, making it easy to get to Pearl Harbor. The Pink Line of the 'Waikiki Trolley' also stops directly at the hotel entrance, which is great for going shopping at Ala Moana.

Now for some areas for improvement: The room didn't have many amenities, and there was no free bottled water. It's a bit far from shopping and dining areas; getting to lively spots usually takes more than a 10-minute walk. However, if you love surfing 🏄‍♂️, this is a great choice as the beach is just a short walk away.

The room was comfortable and spacious, with a balcony overlooking a small garden downstairs and huge fish in the pond! The front desk staff were very welcoming and gave us a corner room with an L-shaped balcony, offering views in two directions. It's close to public transport and the international market, but the hotel's swimming pool is tiny!

Very outdated hotel. mountain view room was dark, and mountain is not diamond head - just a small hill view. Staff are friendly.

When they started charging for birthday and and other celebration signs that divers placed in the fish tank that was the first sign that this place was going downhill. Food here was better about 10 years ago.

lots of fun for little kids. they are closed for renovations. nobu bar will be opening up here. the "tanked" guys will be building the new aquarium.
09.06.2016 Shane
The aquarium is amazing and there are mermaids in the tank in the evening. The food was so delicious that I have been back multiple times. Each night the buffet changes. The breakfast buffet it huge and has an amazing selection of fruit, pastries, hot and cold choices. Wow
25.03.2016 Todd
The entire restaurant experience revolves around the spectacle of the aquarium. It is very entertaining. They have beautiful women in mermaid outfits that will swim by. Visually memorizing. But based on their food, it's really not worth it.

Two conditions gives this McDonald's only 1 star: 1.- Customers chit-chat loudly and management permit them to be disruptive. If you want a quite place to enjoy a meal 'this is not it.' 2.- Third World Countries female employees also shout and yell to communicate with each other, and they treat American customers as "I can do anything I want and you have no recourse."

Go to stop when I didn't want to waste all my money on food! Good service!!

Not a long queue..Food was excellent..place was clean..friendly staff although there should be more advertising on the outside as I walked past it twice not knowing it was there..Google to find it! :)

It's literally off of wakiki beach, so its very convenient. Food is actually not bad, I forgot to try their spam meal, but other than that I had a pleasant time there the employees are pretty nice and the food was always nice and hot. They don't have bathrooms which I thought was weird, especially since the building looked new. We came here almost every day because it was close to our airbnb.

Great place right across the street from Waikiki beach.
Big, with open air windows bringing the outside in. Ka y looked after us with 11/10 service.
Everyone must visit to read the story of Edna and Lauren who set this place up.
Must haves: coconut shrimp and the coffee ice cream cake sweet but beware, it is big enough for four!!
Casual, place, good value food with friendly staff from front desk to service.
04.12.2017 Sharni
They might have a happy hour but don't let it fool you, it's only for the 15 seats at the bar which are usually all taken and not for the rest of the restauarnt. Absolute con.

You just lost a table of 6, and we will not be returning.
Legit, don't bother saying you have a happy hour because you don't.
01.12.2017 Cassidy
We love Cheeseburger in Paradise! This place is always pretty busy, but we have honestly never had to wait for a table. A little tip for anyone if you happen to go at a very busy time with a wait. Download the NoWait app and put your name on the list before you arrive! Of course their burgers are delicious but have you had their chicken wings yet? THEY ARE BOMB! Get a burger and wings and you will be glad that you did! My husband and I usually order chicken wings and a burger and share both and we are both more than full and satisfied because the portions are pretty big!
12.11.2017 mack
The wife and myself both got the signature cheeseburger and fries. The wait time was pretty good but our fries came out cold and a smaller portion than I was hoping for. My burger was great but my wife's was under cooked.
01.11.2017 Don
Nice place in the heart of Waikiki. Always busy but the staff is able to handle the crowd. Food is always good and the drinks are great.
