We had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Place Chicago North. The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile — great customer service throughout.
Our room was spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and a great layout for families or business travelers. The complimentary breakfast had a nice variety and was a great way to start the day.
The location is very convenient with easy access to local attractions and dining options. For parking i had booked a nearby parking garage via spothero which was cost effective vs Valet option.
Overall, a great experience — we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This is a wonderful, clean hotel with friendly staff. We stayed 4 nights and this location is perfect for being a walking tourist and you can easily use the bus and train here as well. We usually choose a hotel with breakfast for convenience and this breakfast was wonderful. Tricolor potatoes, toast, breakfast tacos, French toast, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt parfait, coffee, tea and even iced coffee and syrup flavors etc….I wished there were some gluten free bread options or even just corn tortillas for the tacos, but to please an entire family, it was still impressive.

We had an excellent stay at Hyatt. Room service was great; they kept the room clean when we were out, neatly folded my clothes, and quickly fixed the window curtains. Also had a great breakfast. The food selection was superb. Santosi assisted us during it. She was a joy to talk to.

I booked a King bed, but as a Hyatt member I was upgraded to Double Queen bed with a view. I will book again at this hotel in the future. See below

The rooms are updated with sufficient lighting in the bathroom. The mattress and pillows are comfortable. I appreciated the addition of a closet with a light inside. The floor is impeccably clean.
The front desk texted me to inquire if they can further assist me during my stay. This is a good touch in the service industry.
The full service breakfast buffet is inside a Mediterranean restaurant and the ambience brings a lot of freshness that other Hyatt Place properties don’t offer.

Absolutely fantastic service! The staff here are incredibly friendly and truly go above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay. Our room was lovely and impeccably clean. But the complimentary breakfast? Wow! The selection is truly outstanding – far beyond the usual with everything from fresh fruit and pastries to hot options like oatmeal, waffles, eggs, and sausage, plus unexpected delights like salsa! A special shoutout to Harold, who was exceptionally kind and even offered us a last chance at the breakfast bar before it closed and shared helpful tips about local attractions. Highly recommend!

The hotel is in a good location and is cleaned every day. Although the breakfast is almost the same every day, it tastes good. Overall, it feels like a pretty good hotel.

The hotel has a standard and classic free breakfast, including coffee, latte, bagels, scrambled eggs, bacon, etc.
The front desk also provides apple juice when it is cold. The service is also good. The front desk can store luggage for free.
And the location is excellent. It is very convenient to walk everywhere! Good quality and low price

Took my fiancee and some of her family here and everyone enjoyed there food. Most of us had burgers and they were exceptional. The service was good and in the summer you can sit outside.

Brittany is great! Manager Daniel courteous and friendly! Service is wonderful, food is equally as good. All employees are happy and smiling. We will be back, must stop if you're downtown Chicago!

Best steak for the money downtown. It isn't quite up to par with the big names, but costs half as much and is 90% as good. The servers are personable and capable. Super convenient access to the Red Line.

Fantastic food, great service and was open Christmas. The teriyaki steak was out of this world and even something as simple as minestrone soup would not be mundane. Great price for the quality highly recommended!!

What a delicious Christmas lunch!! I know it wasn't traditional but it was one of the only place open in Chicago and it's been on my list to dos, So it was ment to be. I had the meat loaf and it was tasty!!! The staff were very kind and helpful and helped us with anything we needed

Excellent food and excellent service!!! Waitress was very nice and attentive despite a packed restaurant and lines out the door. Good ambiance. Busy place but u don't feel it. Recommendation is Very High without any reservation!!

The food was delicious and the seating is unique--in the "booth" area, you sit on pillows around a table. We enjoyed our meal. The only problem is that they charge extra for rice, and is not included with curry dishes. Other than that, we enjoyed our meal, and everything came out quickly and still piping hot.

I am a Thai lover n we explored this place while roaming around downtown Chicago. I have tried different flavors of Thai and this place n their dish is my new favorite! Very crowded but happening place n very good service. Everything was garden fresh n delicious. Their chicken satay is must try with peanut chutney. Cashew chicken n ginger chicken were also delicious!

Friendly, fast service. The food was lacking flavor. Thai food is all about great spices coming together and I did not get that from my drunken noodles dish. Also, it had too many vegetables. My husband loved his curry rice and shrimp though.

Amazing food, cool family restaurant. The stuff is super friendly, and they are always looking around and checking if you need something else.

Went to a friend's party here. Ran into a bunch of people I knew. Really good time. They seem to treat customers very well, their systems had trouble charging us, which is always nice.

I get the feeling that this place is ran by a guy behind several #metoo tweets. The inside of the restaurant is nice but the waitresses dress in very tight and very short dresses. My girlfriend commented that you could almost see one of their butts hanging out because the dress was so short.
The food is alright but you can get far better Mexican food in the area for a similar price. The drinks are alright, minus the lonesome blueberry that ended up in my girlfriends margarita.
This was our second time there. I don’t think we’ll be returning. This might be for some people but I’d rather spend my money elsewhere.

This is definitely a place that you have to go if you're planning to visit Chicago! They have a really nice foods and good selection of drinks. I particularly recommend the tapas, they're diversified and tasty! ?

The food here is terrific. Tacos are totally the bang for the buck. Great atmosphere. And the place is huge great for groups.
