Welcome Inn Manor in Chicago

I thought the manor inn was pretty cool and historic. However, I visited Chicago for medical purposes. I was about to go under a serious 7 hour operation. It says on their page that they give complimentary drop off service to the University of Chicago and other destinations. So we get up at 5 A.M to leave so the guy can take us to the hospital then says "oh you may want to download Uber while you're at the hospital waiting on your son". It's only a 7 minute drive away and they stated that they would provide a shuttle ride prior to our visit so my Mother can be with me during the day. My Mom and I get to our room and I did not even have a bed to sleep in... all that was prepared for me was a couch. I was not returning there after being discharged from the hospital to sleep on a couch before we take a flight back home. I would have never stayed there if I knew I was not going to receive a bed. Nice people but we were very misrepresented.
