The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendl.and accommodating . Very nice restaurant and food is very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed at the parking garage for the medical center across the street for $20 a day. Air conditioning ******. Staff are just ok.

Nice clean rooms. Staff is always smiling. The bar area could upgrade the sound system as the acoustics are muffled.

Nice enough of a hotel for the price but I found 50 dollars a night to park a bit expensive. They don’t supply free coffee other than what is in the room. There isn’t a free breakfast and the breakfast menu is expensive.

Staff was very professional and helpful. Room was extremely comfortable. Location was walkable and perfect for what we needed. Shuttle service was excellent as well.

the location is directly across the street from the four hospitals in the IMD complex. perfect if you are in town for a loved one's hospitalization

Not a bad stay at all. I stayed here with my daughter for a couple days after being discharged from the hospital. It was quiet and comfy. The desk staff were very friendly, as well as the valet team. I will definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel.

No parking, like ain’t no one want to park in the hospital at night and walk the longish walk to the hotel it’s dark where that parking lot is located and also that fact that you have to pay for parking in the lot of the hotel is ridiculous.. like we’re already paying for the night and to an extra for parking.. no sir never going back to that hotel.
