Really great breakfast options. Not just a muffin and coffee. Mini omelettes, sausage, potatoes, cereal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, juices, coffee, make your own waffle, breads, scones, muffins!

Located in a very clean, well-lit, safe feeling area. Clean rooms, great service and staff, and a great breakfast to start the day. Located by many food options, a 9min walk to The Bean and 12 min walk to Willis Tower.

This hotel was located in a perfect spot. The hotel itself was beautiful. The service was great. The breakfast wasn’t amazing but it’s also a hotel breakfast so I didn’t expect much.

Our room was quite spacious and comfortable. Only a few rooms on each floor and it was SOOO quiet!!! We stayed two nights and I had the best night sleep I have had in forever. Good location. We were able to walk to Soldier Field comfortably. Highly recommend.

Great location and clean rooms.

Robin made us feel welcomed from the moment we walked in. We called down 2 times for different reasons (more pillows and a blow dryer) and both were handled quickly.
I really appreciate Robin's kind and bubbly personality each morning.
Breakfast was good. Coffee was even better.

Shout out to the cleaning staff and breakfast staff. You guys do a wonderful job!

Stayed at this location for 6 days. Great location, near the pink line and red lines. Breakfast was pretty standard for a free hot breakfast. Considering the location, I was expecting it to be a bit noisier, but I had good, quiet night sleeps on a comfortable bed.

Special call out to Robyn at the front desk. Very helpful and friendly (including letting me know a nearby store had cheap ponchos- as the last day of the outdoor festival I was attending was hit by rain). Also, I didn't get the name of the housekeeper that worked my floor during my stay, but she was very friendly and the small little touches on cleaning my room (like fashioning a toothbrush holder with a small towel) was great.

Great location, clean rooms, good breakfast. Elevators are small and can be slow, but this should be expected in an older building. The breakfast had a good variety of food and drinks. Our room was clean, though the shower drained slowly - the water pressure was great. We ran into one issue asking for fresh towels (we had been gone all day, arriving back at 7:00 p.m., and nobody had been in the room from housekeeping). It took a while,but we did receive fresh towels. Overall, it was a good stay, and we would stay again.

Great happy hour specials! Food was delicious and the drinks reasonably priced. Will definitely be back. Went on a Thursday at 5pm and this place got a little more crowded around 6pm but still had no wait. It's large enough for large groups, and plenty of room at the bar for a quick drink or meal.

We came in for breakfast and were promptly seated. The decor of this place is amazing and the service was great. We split the French toast and the western breakfast. Both were out quickly and were delicious. Thanks for a great start to our day!

Great server. My companions enjoyed the fish and chips and shepherd's pie. The onion soup was okay but I wouldn't order it again. Pretzel bites with cheese were great.

Had a private company party in the downstairs area. Amazing food and great drinks. The fish and chips were very filling and the sliders were perfectly cooked(medium rare-medium). I would absolutely come back again and actually pay this time.

They provide quick and friendly service. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming it feels a bit like a neighborhood pub while being downtown. Our server Elephant and Castle is a must stop on all my trips.
