The location was amazing, surrounded by the Chicago River. The breakfast buffet was filling and a relaxing environment.The waitstaff was attentive and the view was grand!

Hotel was pretty good. A few little annoyances, but these were made up for by the great location; right on the river with incredible views from the windows. It’s a bit of a mission to get to the rooms (up one elevator through the restaurant to another set of lifts and up again). Despite the 3 elevators from the ground floor up to the 15th reception, they took ages. It’s as if only one of the worked and it’s a direct lift!
The breakfast buffet was pretty standard with run-of-the-mill offerings - it’s quite a walk to the tables from the buffet area so you get you steps in.
Room was pretty good - though it was a good 6-7 minutes for the hot water to run through to the shower. I arrived back one evening to discover the hadn’t made up my room, which was no big deal. What would they have done really other than make the bed. I also had a good 10 minute wait to get by bags which were being held for crud day. It seems only the bellman has a key and he was off attending other guests.
All in all it was a good stay and the location alone was worth it.

It was not a comfortable stay especially due to noisy AC, staff is supportive but all room have the same issue.

The hotel's 15th-floor reception hall is super tall and large, the rooms are spacious and bright, the bedding is skin-friendly, soft and comfortable, and from the window you can overlook the five iron bridges across the Chicago River and the buildings on both sides that are full of stories, and get a glimpse of the majesty of this century-old industrial city... The only drawback is that the water output of the shower is too small!

Restaurant was so dark, needed cell phone light to read menu. Was disappointed that burger had American, rather than real cheese. Staff was wonderful!

Loved the food. Service could be a little better. I truly think this was not the staff's fault. I just think there were not enough of them.

Great quality food, the presentation and taste was worth the price. The space is nice but gets a bit loud. My favorite dish was the roasted chicken.

One of my favorite places in the city. Great atmosphere and great food. The lobster roll could give Maine a run for it's money. Give yourself a little time, and request to have a drink in the Library. It's a cozy speak easy in the basement with amazing drinks. You don't regret it

One of the best dining experiences I've had in a while. The tartare, bone marrow, and mussels are enough to travel back to Chicago for. Don't skip the cocktails - they're perfect. I definitely recommend this place, just ensure you get there early to avoid a wait!
