I chose this hotel based on its “wonderful” reviews on *******, but unfortunately my experience was somewhat disappointing. The room was not very clean. There was visible grime on the bathroom walls and baseboards, and the towel rack and toilet paper holder repeatedly fell off. The hot water never got truly hot; even after maintenance checked it, we were told this was the maximum temperature allowed due to a city ordinance. The TV also wasn’t working when we arrived, though it was later fixed.
On a positive note, the staff was friendly and the hotel itself was very nice. I just wish the room had reflected the same level of care as the rest of the property.

I arrived after midnight because my train was over 7 hours late. The receptionist was exceptional, professional,courteous and very informative and accommodating providing all information needed for a first time visit to Chicago. I will definitely stay pin this hotel again because it was clean and wonderful service. The beds were comfortable and the accommodations made me feel very comfortable and safe.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating bringing us a fan to our room and helping us find our way around town. The hotel was very modern and clean. I would definitely stay again.

There were always inexplicable knocks on the door, twice in the middle of the night and once in the early morning. There were also sirens from time to time downstairs. The environment had a big safety problem and it was impossible to rest well!!!

Good location to reach out all science places. Giordano’s deep dish pizza is very near from hotel. Walking 5 mins to Skydeck Chicago building.

The room is moderately sized, and the sanitary environment and facilities are all good. It is very close to the train station. There is a famous chain pizza restaurant at the door of the hotel. It is also a ten-minute walk from several famous attractions such as the Art Museum and Millennium Park. You can also walk along the riverside trail to enjoy the scenery and go shopping at the Luxury Mile.

Hilton Garden Inn Chicago Central Loop located nearby the station. This is super conveniences to getting there. Many coffee shop, convenience stores and restaurants are located surrounding. Gym room is good and this is why I chose Hilton Garden.

I chose this hotel for the purpose of taking the train. The train station is right across the bridge. The room is tall, spacious and clean. Due to time constraints, I did not choose to have breakfast in the hotel. Note: The hotel can provide breakfast.

It's right next to the tallest building in Chicago. It's very convenient for food, accommodation and entertainment. It's 1,000 meters from the train station and 300 meters from the subway station. It's so convenient.

This is a chicago style deep dish pizza joint. Well known for its pizza and food in Chicago. It serves both filling and good tasting food at a very decent price. The food service is good and friendly just as they say it is the city of brotherly love. The food portions is generously share-able. The vibe is a nice family sit in style type. The building is a brick and mortar style.

This restaurant has a lot of awesome menu items. The food is really good. Great atmosphere. Large plasma TVs hang displaying any sport games of any Chicago team. But be warned. Their menu is pricey. Perfect place for a casual date or a place to hang with the boys.

It has the best Chicago style pizza out there! I’ve got delivery from them before, but eating here is definitely a different experience. Only comment is that after you order it’s 45 min to wait while your pizza cooks... which kind of sucks. But if you get appetizers and friends, you should be fine!

No wonder this place is so well renowned, they serve really delicious deep dish pizza. Carefully baked and each pizza takes around 45 minutes in making. It's worth the patience. The pizza is very heavy and it takes a big appetite to have more than 3 slizes.

Always great pizza and good service. Been here a few times and have always had great pizza. The service staff or attentive and friendly. The times I've been there it hasn't been overtly busy so can't say if the service would be any different, but my experience has always been great.
