The room was perfectly clean and unique. The decor was modern up-to-date, and perfectly unique. Love the ambience every single staff that greeted me were kind and friendly. Would recommend staying here anytime.
Also, charged for hotel amenities (pool, spa) even though don’t use b/c don’t really have time
The location is fabulous, close to the French quarter but far enough to be in a quiet area. The room was spectacular, amenities were incredible. The restaurant had great bites, rooftop bar had great cocktails
The hotel is extremely impressive. Every detail was very well thought out. Staff were great. We will definitely stay here again.
Great swanky hotel. Such cool vibe and setup. You won’t be disappointed.
26min later still not there and he said he was coming down. We had to leave without seeing anyone for check out otherwise we would have missed our flight. Another family who also was waiting had to do the same thing

I really liked the Hotel and the staff was excellent!good location for walking to French quarter.I raved to family about how nice the hotel was and my experience .
Everything was perfect! Super clean and bed was comfortable.
See picture attached, Besides the room was supposed to be bigger than the regular one and it formally was but the layout made it useless as there is just some weird corridor which makes part of the room
They gave me room on the fourth floor, so instead of nice cityview as was on the picture I got an ugly one to the construction site and parking with homeless people wondering around
When insisted the issue to be reported to the management, the guy started calling someone telling the story with a rude language using all types of F words in presence of my 11 y
The hotel is recently renovated, so everything is relatively new. Booked a corner suite which was more expensive then regular to have more space and better view

The location is amazing, you can walk anywhere in no to time. The staff is unmatched. The hotel is beautiful and has an incredible pool.
Parking is not cheap, they seem to have no free options for parking. We took the valet option, they were amazing. I tracked my car using my phone and those guys have to park 5 blocks away then come back to the hotel
I hope they get good pay and tips! Service was quick when needed. The AC was not working correctly. When I called about it, the maintenance technician was knocking on the door in just a few minutes
What a great hotel! Amazing service and atmosphere inside. Couple tips, Don't stay on the Bourbon Street side if you want to sleep in early. Way too much music going on with that side
My only regret was not having much time to enjoy the hotel for longer. Stayed one night but made sure to get up early to enjoy the hotel before my flight
After a little messing around with the room we booked (noisy due to close by building work), the hotel was excellent. No issues moving room

We paid close to $200 per night and it’s not worth it, there are 4 star hotels and far better ones with better amenities like pool, rooftop, views in the area for the price range
The room was spotless, Could use a few more electrical outlets near the bed. the staff was professional and kind.
There are a lot of surface lots very close and saw you can get day passes for about half the cost of valet’s price…the lots were maybe half full the whole time we were there
Beautiful charming hotel in a great location. Elise at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind, helping navigate extended stays on 3 rooms for our family
Spotless, spacious rooom. Great lounging areas with many places to relax and kick back with a drink. A lively bar scene at the hotel bar.
The hotel was decorated for Christmas and all the staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend and stay there again.

Entry and exit is permitted at the Hilton ($20), but not at other adjacent sites. We discovered the 6th floor patio on the day we checked out
Very close to Bourbon Street and nearby shops. Quiet area. Free coffee. Helpful staff.
The room was clean and neat, great it has a bathtub. Meet the expectation but the hotel is too far away from the metro station. That’s fine if you are a beach-goer, but not recommended if you like to explore the city
It's good because it's close to downtown. The room is clean and nice, but the elevator is a bit noisy. There's a window, but there's no view at all.
A block away from Bourbon Street. Parking is available via the Hilton around the corner but check in early for your parking or you will be walking a couple of blocks extra
Also there’s little groceries nearby

The gardens and pool were beautiful, although the pool was on the cold side. The only thing that wasn't perfect was that the new paint wasn't sticking to the old paint in the bathroom and was bubbling up
We did not use pool but the area looked nice. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and very comfortable. If you want to experience history and a great area
The location of this hotel, in the French Quarter , is ideal. Its very easy to walk to tourist sites or pickup locations. There is no elevator so if you are staying here with heavy luggage request a room downstairs
The staff was delightful and incredibly helpful, especially Molly. The beds were very comfortable and had the best pillows I have ever encountered in a hotel
Amazing accommodations for the French quarter. Safe and convenient and walkable. Friendly and amazing staff and the restaurant and bar are top notch
An honor library book shelf would have been a wonderful addition. The front desk person was able to find me a loaner book when I finished mine

Had a great stay! The hotel was spacious and quiet. We also loved the restaurant for breakfast. There was also a close Irish bar on the corner that was a convenient distance.
Great staff but hotel needs some cosmetic updating overall. Got a corner suite upgrade after heater was stuck on in our first room. No bar or restaurant but they do put out water all day and coffee in the morning
I loved the proximity to the French Quarter. Next time I would get a balcony room or one with a window that opens.
The pool did not look nearly as blue and clean as in the photos so did not use it, though others did
I was a bit disappointed in this as I was visiting from the Northeast and was excited to take advantage of the beautiful weather! Water pressure in the shower was also a bit low. Overall had a very good experience
Also- not a huge deal and this may have just been me not looking hard enough, but I didn’t see the hot tub that is advertised

Great breakfast, location wonderful, staff was helpful with directions towards canal street, bourbon street 5min week ,right in the center of all the action
Great service, the room was spacious, and the breakfast was good. The hotel is close to french quarter and staff is friendly.
The hospitality from the moment you walk in the door until check out is impeccable. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was clean and had all the amenities needed to feel like home
Also found stray hairs on clean towels. Notified staff and they “cleaned” it immediately. Looked like they vacuumed and mopped. Staff friendliness was hit or miss
The rooms was clean and cool just wish the pool would've been open.

We were booked into a room with 3 people and at check in there were only 2 sets of towels and robes, which we mentioned in the morning and were given extra towels
Room and overall decor of the hotel were lovely. Location is very convenient, close enough to all the sites but not so close as to be bothered by the partying when you want to relax
In the evening we received a surprise delivery of Macaroons, which was lovely but also for 2 people. At the next days room refresh the setup was again for 2 people
Service of the staff was attentive and helpful. One minor suggestion would be better tracking of room request
Every time we mentioned anything it was very quickly addressed but it would have been nice that once a reservation is for a certain amount of people the amenities are setup based on that number of people
Most importantly I cannot say enough great things about the employees! The level of customer service is unmatched! They are the kindest people and genuinely are interested how your stay is and what activities you are up to! They take their time to make you feel so special

The hotel does have a very nice sauna/fitness center and small pool to enjoy. Overall we had a pleasant experience and would stay again
The bathroom was nice & large, super clean too And very importantly, it was in a great location - near the heart of French Quarter, good food readily available
Sadly, grocery store was a few blocks away so make sure you don't need much from there. Also, you must valet park and it is expensive and our bathroom had an exhaust fan that would not turn off
The staff is amazing professionalism is at its all high standards. I stayed for 10 days and used all of the benefits, including the pool and laundry room. I wish they had desk in their rooms
la Belle Maison has a good location in the French Quarter. It was a second time staying there
Enjoyed my stay for my first visit to New Orleans. Centrally located, a quick walk to the French Quarter, and easy access to the trolley line. The room was spacious and had everything we needed

Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The two ladies at the reception were especially sweet and kind — they made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of
The courtyard is gorgeous and the quaint saltwater pool was an amazing way to ail our feet from walking all day everyday
They made us feel at home away from home and were always so accommodating of everything we needed! The bellmen took care of us and were all 3 very helpful gentleman as well
We will absolutely be staying here every time we visit! The location is great, the room was perfect and always kept clean and the gals at the front desk were SO good to us
The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made it easy to relax after exploring the city. What really stood out to us, though, was the staff
French Market Inn is a great hotel, perfectly located — close to everything, yet far enough from the loudness of Bourbon Street to enjoy some peace and quiet

Great location, lovely modern spacious rooms and fantastic staff - those at reception and at the bar were awesome
Lovely courtyard to sit in when the weather’s good and you can walk from the hotel to nearly everywhere you want to go. The king beds are big and comfy
Everything was nice about the room. Very clean. The restaurant there was absolutely amazing. The food was perfect. The girls were very professional and lovely to talk to. Thank you.
Very expensive and hoity toity but if you can afford it then it’s worth it. I had trouble ordering room service and getting ahold of the front desk by phone.
Central location, top marks for amenities We were absolutely elated about staying here. The best location in all of the French quarter. Super close to everything but not in a loud area

The hotel is located between the business district and the garden district, slightly away from the French business district. It is a garden-style hotel with good parking spaces, suitable for families and children
Park on the lighted side of the hotel it's Free the Security Personnel told me not to worry about leaving my car there Rooms wonderful but you have to go get extra towels if needed
There is a microwave in the room which is more convenient, but there is no kettle to boil water. The staff are all black and very welcoming. The bed is extremely high after adding a mattress
People who are short may not be used to it. Please pay attention to safety when getting out of bed at night. The room does not have a bathtub. There is a seafood restaurant next door
This was one of the BEST Hide Aways in the Garden District. Kool Front Desk the ENTIRE Staff was So Helpful and on Point. It was raining when we arrived but just the ambiance the setting so Fresh
Voodoo BBQ, 24 Hour Tavern and the Trolly all Right there. And it WILL be my go to Spot when I'm in NOLA☝?✌

There is a nice little area right outside for them to do their business which is a hard find in New Orleans. I cannot wait to come back and stay here again!
It was really interesting to stay in an old sugar factory. It was really cold and when we were there and the heat hard a time keeping up with 74. Other than the lack of heat everything was awesome
Nobody came to our room to clean it or change out the towels - that is pretty standard in a hotel unless you put out the "do not disturb" sign which we did not. It was ok for us though since we are pretty neat
Easy to walk to quarter, aquarium, Canal St, Jackson Square, etc. Pool small, but warm for kids. Breakfast included was nice, but often out of items
I love the architecture and decor in the hotel. The location is amazing! There did seem to be some service issues - maybe they were short-staffed
BRAVO!! The Hotel was nicely appointed, and the finishes top notch. Heated pool turned out to be a real bonus for our group

The Hotel Mazarin is well located for visitors to the city of New Orleans. The rooms are lovely and the courtyard is very pleasant. Our group enjoyed breakfast here and found it very well priced
Everything wonderful except for the bar. It’s a wine bar and we didn’t drink wine so maybe that’s why we were treated like we really weren’t there. The Hotel is wonderful just skip the bar.
We loved it! Parking was easy, the front desk was amazingly helpful and the superior room was clean and comfortable! Great price. Great staff and great area! Will definitely come back!
William and Sonya were incredibly friendly and helpful in making sure we got there when a parade was coming through. Super easy check in with very friendly service.
Loved the hotel. Very convenient to everything in the French Quarter. The two bars were fun and just awesome. Close to the action but far enough to be quiet.

the garden district is definitely where you want to stay and the streetcar runs parallel with the hotel the pool is cute and the breakfast is fresh and yummy :) pretty much 5 star across the board :)
Every one was friendly and helpful. We did struggle a little with the air conditioning ( sometimes too warm sometimes too chilly). We had stayed here before as the hotel is just a few blocks from our daughter’s house
A word about the hotel staff, from the front desk, to the breakfast hostesses, to the maids, to the maintenance workers, to guy with leaf blower in parking lot I bow to you, not one of you failed acknowledge us with a smile and a down home southern greeting – we felt so welcome we felt we were at home
Loved this hotel! The location (gorgeous!), food options (Superior Grill next door), room amenities, layout and how well-cared for everything was. Super friendly front desk personnel, too.
I'm probably a generation or two behind in my comment but breakfast “it was da’ bomb!” Onsite parking was convenient and secure and I never felt the need to worry about my car or my safety
Convenience, location ease of access to local transportation was great. We drove in mid afternoon on Tuesday and didn’t drive it until leaving late Friday afternoon

Perfect location in the heart of the French Quarter
The hotel had the following: Clean rooms Nice pool and courtyard areas Coffee ready every morning Very attentive and friendly staff No bar No restaurant Great location to Jackson square Quiet relative to anything nearby Pillows were a little chunky Valet parking was easy - 42
We stayed in windowless room and this is good room if you want to have good sleep til morning since you cant tell if it is morning or not but in other hand if you need some sun to your room or outside view you have other options
This is by far my favorite "home base" for visiting the Quarter - location is wonderful, ambience is incredible (better than many, many more pricey options) and the staff always welcoming
Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the courtyard was a great place to unwind after a long day on the road. Staff were friendly and efficient, and check-in was easy

But, staying at the Herman House was fun, just across the street from the main building and it had a really cute little courtyard. They offer plenty of towels and water in the room each day
The people at the Dauphine Orleans Hotel were very nice and helpful. They made our stay very enjoyable. The balcony was a perfect touch
Everyone at the front desk was quite helpful. The pool was clean and had ample towels. The room itself was spacious and clean. I would stay there again.
Perfect location! The staff was beyond excellent! There is a bar attached to the hotel, which was absolutely adorable. Definitely would stay here again when in New Orleans.
I was charged more than a dollar and room could have been cooler. Pic is our view from room

very relaxed hotel with a bar and all the employees I met were just good people The front doors lock at night so you need to have a room card to enter which I thought was good for security purposes
The staff were very friendly. Although we arrived early, they kept our luggage until we were done with the conference. Rooms were clean, and staff were helpful throughout our stay.
#positive #I was happy with the Convenience of transport, Mosquito control measures, Hotel Smell, Bed comfort level, Value for money; The location of the hotel is very good, within 10 walks from Bourbon Street, the room is big and clean and comfortable to live in, but the service at the front desk is not very friendly
com help facilitate the process of moving to another room, but it took me two days so it was initially unpleasant
There's also no safe, no closets (instead of closets, there are a couple of hangers on the wall). There's no sink in the bathroom; the sink is in the room with the bed
Without a doubt best hotel staff I have ever had. I mistakenly left my wallet and they were very helpful throughout the process of getting back. The manager, John, was especially helpful. Highly recommend staying here!

Head the other and you have a combination of high priced and affordable art galleries and shops. If you like a great dive bar a block from Erin Rose. If you like upscale and fancy hit bars like the Carousel Bar
The rooms were clean and well cared for. Staff was always friendly and helpful and the location was just perfect 1/2 a block from bourbon Street and within walking distance of most attractions downtown.
An older hotel of course but well maintained and taken care of. The hotel is in a prime location right beside bourbon street. Because of this it can be loud at night, which didn’t bother us too much
Location, location, location! Rooms were clean and great for the price. You are in the heart of Bourbon Street area. Walking distance to public transportation. Head one way and you have night life
