Everything was fine except the management. We asked at the beginning of our stay if we could extend a late checkout because of a late flight and we kept getting told check in tomorrow check in tomorrow and then on the day we’re checking out. Oh sorry we can’t do anything with attitude like we were bothering them. Very rude for a hotel I’m paying $1000 a night for. We won’t be coming back. Everything else was lovely.

The hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation. The rooms are newly decorated and beautiful. The service staff is very friendly and professional. It is one of the few hotels in the United States with such a strong sense of service. There are many restaurants, shopping malls, parks and other places within walking distance.

Four Seasons Boston was the most satisfying hotel in Boston during our trip. It has elegant decoration and a magical room with unlimited meals for children. Except for the high room rate, everything else received 5 stars.

I have stayed here several times. It is indeed a good choice. I prefer the old Four Seasons to the new Four Seasons. The room is clean, the breakfast is good, and there is a girl at the front desk who can speak Chinese, which is great.

Opposite Boston Park. Close to Chinatown. The hotel is low-key, but low-key luxury. The snack room on each floor is super considerate, but there is no kettle, so you can't make tea. You can buy some hot tea in the coffee shop in the lobby, but there is a time limit and the room is relatively small. It is also expensive in this season

This place was fantastic!!! And it's always quite crowded so plan ahead and make a reservation. New Year's Eve dinner was complete with an added ham and dessert and drink. The place is unique is you pick out all these gmo-free fresh meat grass-fed, fish, clams , noodles and then a salad buffet in for small added fee you can add the ice cream dessert bar. It is handicapped accessible. One of the most wonderful things is that if you have a food allergy and give you a separate like business card and after you've picked out everything you want have cooked you hand it to the person and they cook it in a special area where it is allergy free!!!

Went here for a date night with my girlfriend and it was well worth it. Be sure you are ready to eat because they have just about every type you want. We went through three full plates each. Watching the chefs cook is half the fun because they are really skilled and you can tell they enjoy what they're doing. A great place to go if you're looking for a fun and filling dinner!

Interesting place. It’s a buffet with grill. You choose your ingredients and take it for grilling. Plenty of seating available. Servers and service was pleasant which added to the experience. Overall we all enjoyed the place and would definitely recommend it. Vegetarian options available so it’s an added bonus.

Came in on Monday night; place was fully packed but got a table shortly after arriving. First time going and the waiter/server gave me a quick rundown of what to do and where to go. Also gave recommendation for both Fire and Ice sangria. Had a blast watching the cooking process and will be back to try out more drinks.

Our whole family really enjoyed our dinner. Well-priced, lots of fun. The chefs in particular were really engaging with the kids. Food was yummy, too! Cocktails are all sugary messes, but you don't have much time to drink. Fun concept!
