Amazing stay in Boston. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms are updated and clean, the health club was top of the line, and the location is very convenient to a lot of our favorite places in Boston.

Our tub was filled with someone else’s hair!!! We got an additional $100.00 credit towards breakfast, but it still wasn’t handled very well…receptionist had a bit of an attitude…

The hotel is absolutely exquisite. Our room had almost the entire back wall made of just glass to overlook the harbor.

Beautiful property right on the wharf, with impeccably appointed rooms. Staff was professional and attentive. Excellent restaurants and overall outstanding stay.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Rooms were excellent and cleaned to a very high standard.
We ate in the restaurant for breakfast each day and the staff were amazing as was the food.

The room is quite large and the environment is very good. There is a harbor outside the window. It is one of the best hotels in Boston.

This hotel has a very good location and a great view. I am very satisfied with it. Breakfast is ordered and it is quite satisfactory. The only small regret is that the door lock broke on the last night, which almost delayed my return home, hahahaha

The staff is extremely professional and polished. Exactly what anyone would expect out of a 5-star establishment.
The rooms itself is a bit older. But amazing views.
The gym is brand new and has a nice sauna steamroom and golf screen. Only the gym itself is 24hrs.
Food is amazing as well, best clam chowder Ive ever had in the north east.
Would gladly recommend this place to friends n family.

Never again. Three of us had dinner at Nebo last night, 12/18/2017 and all of us left hungry. Can the portions get any smaller? It's an Italian restaurant, right? Spaghetti with baby clams although delicious, was barely a quarter pound of pasta which is not that expensive to make. The fish was excellent but that was just it, a slab of fish with sauce and capers (no pasta). The other pasta dish was also a very small portion. The $32 bottle of Chianti was excellent. All in all, not a great experience when three people leave a restaurant hungry.

It was ok. Honestly, I don't know what the hype is about but there was very little authenticity with this place. Every meal was just ok, the bread as an appetizer was heavily burnt and it was still served to us. The Bolognese pasta was very bland and had nothing special going for it.
