Stayed a couple of nights. Nice architecture and classical hotel ambience. Rooms were spacious and decorated the traditional way ie normal furniture instead of fancy space saving style. Service was good and location is fine in the CBD.

We stayed for a week in this hotel and i honestly can say it was perfect throughout!! Especially the concierge Ali was sooo helpful in guiding what probably be the first and only visit to Boston in being a full, worthy delicious and authentic experience!! Thank you everyone, if we ever come back you would definitely be our only destination.

Decent hotel. Cleaning staff is top notch, front desk is nice and accommodating. Gym is ample but basic, lacking leg equipment. Downsides are that the WiFi is absolute garbage. It’s difficult to get work done in your hotel room when the WiFi is spotty and is extremely slow. There is no spa. Also you should give an option to opt out of the incidentals, I don’t anticipate spending money here. But the absolute diabolical highway robbery of them all, is the $72 nightly rate for valet parking … 😱

I really don’t enjoy writing this because I enjoyed my stay and had great service from the hotel but I feel like i need to after having my toiletry bag stolen from housekeeping. I have tried to contact them and even filled out the form online and no luck! Such a shame! I would have definitely came back before this happened!

This place was excellent from start to finish. Professional staff as well as great location within Boston. The rooms were spotless and our stay was very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again. It was beautifully decorated and convenient to have a choice of 2 restaurants downstairs in the hotel itself which we took advantage of.Staff was extremely attentive and paid attention to detail in our experience.

Wonderful getaway for our girls weekend with my daughter!! From the moment we pulled up the valet was very helpful and helpful with advice on what to do. David at the front desk made sure we had a great room. Concierge Barry found us a great restaurant on a very busy weekend. The beds were great too. Good breakfast and restaurant downstairs. The views from the room were beautiful!! I highly recommend this hotel!

I had dinner at the hotel restaurant and loved it!

+ Amazing location, solid gym and staff were very friendly.
- Expensive for what is availible

For an expensive hotel in Boston's financial district it was rather underwhelming.

The downstairs bar was nice for breakfast and had a busy evening atmosphere regardless of the day of week.

However, the rooms felt dated. The cleaning staff seemed reluctant to do their job. Every day, other guests' finished room service trays were left in the corridors for the entire day and even into the next. It wasn't pleasant walking past old left over food. I expected better of Hilton.

This was my first time visiting Boston as we were coming in for PAX East for the weekend. We stayed there for 4 days and it was overall a great experience at the hotel. The help desk was very informative for the questions we asked as well as the bell hop. The only complaint I would have is the restaurant, we had a server that was lack luster to say the least. Also, when the food is brought out the sever did not know where to put it since they did not remember who had what. I dont usually mind that but the hotel was upscale so I would think its expected to know where the dinner meals go. But all in all i enjoyed the hotel and I will be back next year.

Great bar, great food and amazing waiters

We attended a private party there. The appetizers and buffet meal were very good. The shrimp and oysters were a hit, and I was particularly impressed with the cheese and fruit offerings. The staff were pleasant and helpful for the most part. The proprietor seemed rather stressed, and I didn't see him smile at or engage anyone, which made me wonder if he was thinking instead about the money he was possibly not making from his regular Saturday night crowd. (We noticed several small groups look disappointed to read the "closed for private party" sign on the door.) I heard multiple complaints during the evening about it being much too cold in the venue, but I don't know if anyone addressed this directly to the staff. The loud music made it unpleasant for conversations, and the passive-aggressive playing of "Happy Trails" around 9:45pm did not go unnoticed.
I would make one last suggestion for the bar staff to simply keep a few pitchers of water available for those who were not drinking alcohol (i.e.: designated drivers) to help themselves.

Would not have stopped here usually, but we were pressed for time and needed a quick and relatively inexpensive place to stop for a bite. Bad choice. Tables werent cleaned. Food came out slow as heck. Only good point was our waiter was extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, it'll be worth the extra $.

Love the menu and the food specially the pizza, so crunchy! I ordered fettuccini but didn't like it so much.. The service could be better, good prices though ??
10.10.2017 Cynthia
Have eaten here many times before, we enjoy the pizza. Went for lunch yesterday -- only about 3 -4 tables occupied when we got there. It took about 8-10 minutes before anyone greeted us or came to seat us -- a sign of things to come. After being seated (in a booth behind another patron and near a family who already had their food), no one ever came to our table. It seemed every time I would look up, there was someone different from the wait staff coming out of the kitchen -- doing who knows what. However, no one ever came to our table. We left after about 15 minutes. The person who seated us was at the front counter, but didn't even acknowledge us as we left. Do yourself a favor, and forget this place. If you want good pizza, go about 200 feet around the corner on State Street to Crush Pizza!!

MOTHERS, FATHERS, FAMILIES BEWARE!! "Kid-friendly"??! Not in the least. I had a terrible experience last week at this location and emailed Bertucci's corporate office immediately after returning home. This it has been almost a week and I still haven't gotten a response from anyone. I am still shocked by my experience and decided to let everyone know, especially people with children, how I was treated at this so called "kid friendly" restaurant. I was unable to share my email I sent due to its length. Long story short, after sitting down and ordering food, my two year old son had a tantrum and after not being able to calm him down, I took him outside for a walk in his stroller where he fell asleep. When I returned, the manager told me I could not bring my son in the stroller back to our table because the stroller was a fire hazard. Her solutions for me were to leave my party (of 6) and sit alone at a different table near the front. Or that I could take my food To-Go and leave. I was so stressed out after my sons tantrum and having to spend twenty minutes outside walking around to get him to sleep. I couldn't believe that the manager gave me such a hard time. Ultimately, my server was happy to accommodate us and moved our seats and made room at our table for my sons stroller. By the time I got to eat my food, it was cold. Had I not been held up at the front of the restaurant by the manager, I would have had a hot meal. The manager never apologized. And I can't believe corporate hasn't reached out to me to make things right. There was plenty of space for the stroller, completely out of the way of foot traffic. The stroller was no bigger than a wheelchair. Does this establishment not allow handicap people in wheelchairs because wheelchairs are fire hazards? I'm still shocked. Never been treated this way in my life.

It is typically a very good place and very consistent food but stay away on the Monday 3rd of July or the Friday after Thanksgiving. Management seems to not be experienced to know that many sandwich and salad restaurants in the area close on those types of days (before and after holidays) driving many non customers to Bertuccis and they consistently fail at staffing and the ability to properly serve lunch timely and quickly. Typically a decent place for lunch but they do struggle to get you in and out within an hour. Food is solid and staff is friendly. Management may need to be trained or have more experience.

Great place! If you want the place from the tv show, go to the one across the street from the park around Boston Square. We got tricked into going to one in a shopping area.
30.11.2017 Mark
Enjoyed the drinks and Cheers theme here. Obviously it is not the iconic TV set bar but it evokes the feel. It is helpful to be aware of this to avoid disappointment. Staff were helpful. We did not eat here so cannot comment on that aspect. I envisage this is heaving during tourist season, try to go during day off season.
29.10.2017 Raunak
Absolutely loved the place! Friendly staff, great food and drinks and comforting warmth of a local bar. It couldn’t have had been better for a quick evening snack over the Halloween weekend!
27.10.2017 jenn353535
Unbelievable. Hostess stood around looking annoyed while there was a line up about 20 people long. Lots of Empty tables. It got to the point where a bunch of us just walked to tables and sat down, the hostess did nothing. And then a few of us left after the servers walked past repeatedly and wouldn't even look in our direction. First ever day in Boston and quite possible the most appalling service I've ever seen in any establishment
04.09.2017 zackally828
First off people that come here expecting it to be exactly like the show are crazy, it's Faneuil Hall a major tourist area obviously not where a tv show was filmed. The food is on par with any decently priced restaurant/ pub and our server was extremely fast and courteous. The prices are exactly what you'd expect to pay in a city. If you were an 80s kid and watched the show this is a great place to eat and tell your kids about a classic tv show.
