Amazing lounge and very great location, great breakfast

Very nice service and very good location. The room noise isolation is very good. Quiet and comfort stay!

This is probably the oldest-looking Ritz Carlton that I have visited. It is just like a normal hotel. The location is great, but everything else just doesn't look like a Ritz-Carlton. You will feel this the moment you get of the car. However, it is Boston and everything is overpriced.

Excellent Rooms. Stayed in King Suite - very large, spacious and suite was more of a square making it seem much bigger than it is. Great location. Amazing restaurant / bar - had a little more relaxed feel which we prefer. The bar area had a TV which was great. Lot of luxury hotels don't put a TV in the bar area. Great spot for breakfast. Hotel is one of our favourites.

We celebrated our 44th anniversary with an overnight stay in Boston, and for the third year in a row, The Ritz-Carlton, Boston was our top choice—and once again, it did not disappoint. April is such a lovely time to visit the city: the flowering trees and spring bulbs are in full bloom, and the location is ideal for walking through Boston Common, the Theatre District, Newbury Street, and the Copley area. Important to note they are also located close by to the North End and Seaport District (so much to do and see!).

The hotel itself is steeped in history, with beautifully appointed rooms and an atmosphere of timeless elegance. From arrival to check-in, to the Club Lounge, Artisan Bistro, Avery Bar, and even the Equinox Fitness Center, the Ladies and Gentlemen of The Ritz-Carlton Boston go above and beyond to make your stay exceptional.

A heartfelt thank you to Mr. William Bunce and the entire team for making our anniversary so memorable. Your personal touch—especially the beautiful note and thoughtful welcome amenity—truly made us feel special. We’re already looking forward to next year!

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel, while visiting for almost a week.

I'd like to call out specifically Brian Peatfield, the front desk manager, and Ryan McDonnell, the concierge.

Each of them consistently went out of their way to behave in a fashion that made the trip ever so much more memorable.

Fantastic hotel experience for Boston Marathon weekend.

My family had booked the Hilton Park Plaza nearby but was unable to get a room as the staff couldn’t seem to clean the rooms for many runners preparing for marathon weekend.

We booked the Ritz-Carlton last minute and they couldn’t have done Marriott more proud. The check in process was flawless, the baby’s crib was up in the room within minutes, and the room was immaculate.

Huge kudos for the amazing marathon reception for runners returning to the hotel post race. There were cowbells and champagne for all returning runners.

Thank you to the Ritz-Carlton staff for putting on a truly great service for their guests this past weekend when stress levels are high in anticipation of the Marathon. 🥂

From first phone call and email to last moment leaving, every single staff member of this hotel clearly treated us like royalty and family. I have never seen such remarkable customer care and genuine, heartfelt hospitality. I wish I had everyone's names-- because, truly, EVERYONE treated us so well. Ryan R. McDonnell, Ouijdan Ben Mehdi, all the Valet attendants, front desk staff, restaurant staff, Emily Reed the hostess at the restaurant, Brahim Baissi, room service staff, housekeeping staff, bartender, everyone! And the festive ways you helped us celebrate our birthdays made it all SUPERB. THANK YOU! We will return! :-)
