Had a great stay at Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor! The views of the harbor and skyline were incredible, especially at night. Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was friendly, and the airport shuttle made everything super convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

The bed was big and the room was clean. But the service was poor. I called room service to send two toothbrushes and two pairs of slippers. The first time I waited for three hours, I got a pair of slippers and a toothbrush. The second time I got a toothbrush and two toothpastes. In the end, I only got one pair of slippers. I was too lazy to call, so I had to take turns wearing them.

It's OK, the service is good, and they will pick you up at the airport. The location is very good.

The service staff were excellent and very helpful. The view from the room was beautiful, offering a great look at the airport and planes taking off and landing. There is a shuttle bus service to the airport, making it ideal for staying before a flight, as it's only 5-10 minutes away from the airport.

If it's not graduation season, this hotel is not worth the price 😓 The front desk service is quite cold. The highlight of this hotel is its excellent location, there is a shopping mall next to it, and it is convenient to transfer to the subway.

The rooms are very nice. We paid for an upgrade which wasn't worth it as we were looking at another exterior of the building, no view. Room was not clean that I found a pair of dirty socks on the floor. Bathtub drain was stuck always.  Billing was always a mess that it took a number of back and forth to get it right. But the breakfast was great, and the waiters are very responsive and professional.

The front desk (Joyce and her coworker who wears glasses) helped to resolve the issue that my booking of two queen beds became a king size bed in the hotel system. It took some time but Joyce and her coworker eventually helped resolving it.

So what a hotel. A small issue was handled with disproportionate kindness! The ambiance is lively, the space is luxe, the team from bellhop to GM were all exceptional. Thank you all for my short stop with you
