Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor, Boston1 / 23
9.1
Boston, 101 Harborside Drive (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Nice, clean place and warm hotel crew, slippers, drinking water in the room and mini bar missing.
Had a great stay at Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor! The views of the harbor and skyline were incredible, especially at night. Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was friendly, and the airport shuttle made everything super convenient. Would definitely stay here again!
The bed was big and the room was clean. But the service was poor. I called room service to send two toothbrushes and two pairs of slippers. The first time I waited for three hours, I got a pair of slippers and a toothbrush. The second time I got a toothbrush and two toothpastes. In the end, I only got one pair of slippers. I was too lazy to call, so I had to take turns wearing them.
It's OK, the service is good, and they will pick you up at the airport. The location is very good.
The service staff were excellent and very helpful. The view from the room was beautiful, offering a great look at the airport and planes taking off and landing. There is a shuttle bus service to the airport, making it ideal for staying before a flight, as it's only 5-10 minutes away from the airport.
What an incredible location! Nestled between the airport and the harbor, the views are absolutely priceless. It’s the perfect escape, offering both convenience and breathtaking scenery. Every time I’m in Boston, I make it a point to return to my favorite spot — the Hyatt. It’s simply a must!

Very friendly and professional
Overall it's good, but the room this hotel gives is not facing the view room, and there is no bottled water. You have to ask the front desk for one bottle a day.
The room is comfortable, clean and the service is friendly. I took my two children to spend spring break. The location is good and it is convenient to go to museums and universities. Both adults and children are very satisfied and happy.
The hotel is located in the Back Bay area of downtown Boston, with a good and safe location. The subway (Green Line Kenmore Station) is next to the hotel, and it takes about ten minutes to walk to the core area of Newbury Street in the commercial district. It is close to the Boston Museum of Fine Arts and other places, and it takes seven or eight minutes by taxi. The hotel is clean and tidy, the...
The lobby on the first floor is under renovation, and the lobby on the second floor is quite small. The dark-skinned young man at the front desk had a so-so attitude when checking in, so the first impression of staying here was average, not a five-star impression! After checking in, toothbrushes and slippers need to be requested, so there is a little gap... Fortunately, the location is excellent and...
THANK YOU for making our visit to Boston a memorable one. This hotel is great - location, staff, service... Our Fenway Park view from the window made it extra special. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed. Hotel has access to bar, restaurants and train. We cannot stop talking about our stay and how awesome it was. I wish I remembered the names of every single staff member so...

An amazing hotel, fantastic service, lovely rooms. Very happy with this hotel and would stay again.
The service was extremely friendly and welcoming. The location is very convenient, with many attractions and subway stations within walking distance.
Great hotel location and friendly staff. Hot chocolate and snacks at the hotel lobby gives a welcoming feeling. The only down side was the room was noisy, can constantly hear the sound of water flowing in pipes.
Lovely hotel, Staff are very nice and helpful. Location was great in the heart of Boston, very comfortable and convenient.
I was a bit worried after reading some online reviews before booking, but it turned out to be much better than expected! Thumbs up! 👍
I really loved this hotel in the city center. It's super convenient, just a ten-minute walk from South Station. The room layout was well-designed; even though it was a simple studio, the bed was very comfortable, and there was plenty of space for luggage. The staff were incredibly friendly. We asked for hot water and also to heat up some takeout, and they brought both a kettle and a microwave directly...

If it's not graduation season, this hotel is not worth the price 😓 The front desk service is quite cold. The highlight of this hotel is its excellent location, there is a shopping mall next to it, and it is convenient to transfer to the subway.
The room was very neat, clean and new. Very comfortable stay.

Great staff; from check in to concierge. Beds extremely comfortable.
I stay at this hotel on January 17th 2026 the guy that work over night and the guy that does valley parking was so helpful. And the hotel was clean and was a great size.I would definitely stay her again. Thanks you they help
The rooms are very nice. We paid for an upgrade which wasn't worth it as we were looking at another exterior of the building, no view. Other wise the hotel was clean, bed is very comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We would like it if the bar stayed open later... 10 pm on a weekend is too early to close.
Very clean with amazing staff and guest services. Rooms are nice and adequate with very comfortable pillows and bedding.
Everything about this hotel (except for the valet parking and the stupid "resort fee" which I absolutely detest) makes it my new favorite place in Boston. Location, housekeeping, bed and linens, amazing shower with controls in the right place, aromatherapy-worthy amenities, blackout shades that actually work, great restaurant breakfast, helpful and friendly front desk staff, gorgeous public spaces...
Front desk Nick was less that hospitable upon our checking in. He was not only short and sarcastic in his responses but he made us feel like he was doing us the biggest favor by being there. Nick has absolutely no business being at the front desk let alone the first impression for this particular location. Julia however, the restaurant manager couldn’t have been more hospitable and accommodating when...

Nice location and great service!
Just ok. Excepted more luxury and higher service
Room was not clean that I found a pair of dirty socks on the floor. Bathtub drain was stuck always.  Billing was always a mess that it took a number of back and forth to get it right. But the breakfast was great, and the waiters are very responsive and professional.
Very close to the airport and the station.
Amazing. We were in the city for a show at the Wang Theater and the location was perfect (2 min walk). As far as Boston hotels go, the price was not crazy for a king room and the room was beautiful. Nice bathroom, nice mini fridge selection, super comfy bed and we were nice so they tried to get us the best king room available and we were placed on the 12th floor with city views.....perfect and the...

I absolutely loved this place! Great location, really incredible price, The rooms were even impressive. I would absolutely come back to this place, made my trip really nice. Valerie at the front desk was remarkable. Lenox, Keep up the great work!
The staff are all so welcoming and professional, even down to housekeeping. They were so accommodating and upgraded our room when there was a drain issue in bathtub. Room was always so clean and welcoming when we returned after a day of exploring. And the location is perfect. Room service was amazing every time all the food was so good.
Had a wonderful stay in a fireplace room on my birthday. On a cold night having drinks by a fire in the city is such a treat! This hotels staff has the best hospitality I’ve encountered in a long time, so welcoming and accommodating. The drinks and food at the Irving were delicious and the ambiance is top notch. Will definitely be returning!
My husband and I stayed here for a few nights to celebrate my birthday. The hotel and the staff are absolutely top notch!! I recently stayed at the Lenox for the first time in December and I can see why the rave reviews! The hotel is historic and charming. It is centrally located and very convenient. Boston is fun, and this hotel is one of the factors that make us feel that Boston is very good. It is an old building of more than 100 years old, and it feels very good to live in it. The hotel's location is excellent, and the breakfast is great too. Even though breakfast was included in my booking, I had to pay extra for the gratuity. It's an à la carte breakfast, but the variety was quite rich. Overall, the food quality was good, and it tasted delicious!
The best & artistic hotel in Boston downtown!
I called the reception from my room to request a kettle and to ask about a few other matters. I tried calling several times, but no one answered. When someone finally picked up, I explained my request, and they assured me the kettle would be sent up. However, I waited for two hours and nothing arrived. very spacious room, lots of space and drawers, staff are super nice and helpful, location is perfect for my MIT and Harvard visits. will definitely stay here again for my future Boston trips
We held a offsite executive meeting at the Le Meridien in Cambridge. Went well! Ashley and Kara took care of every single detail and made the meeting run smoothly without any issues. Thank you to all the staff there, A/V, catering, service! Everybody there! THANK YOU!
Front desk and bell staff — including Ashley and Jacob — are top-notch! Breakfast buffet is good. Onsite ATM is handy. Rooms are clean and well-appointed, but some are starting to show their age a bit (a leaky tub faucet here, a drooping door handle there, small scuffs on furniture, etc.). But you can’t get a better location if you’re headed to MIT!
Room is clean. Bed comfortable.
I was fortunate enough to have my wedding here this past weekend. I say "fortunate enough' because it was a perfect day. From the first conversation I had with Ashley Sullivan, each fine detail was attended to and addressed with plenty of time and flexibility like a wedding requires. She handled the entire event with such warm hospitality. I thought I would be anxious on the day of, but Ashley went...

Good location and service, walk distance to metro station, star market and beach. Coffee is not good in the room.
The hotel's location is decent. It's about a 20-minute drive from Logan Airport and not too far from the subway station. The rooms and elevators are a bit dated, and the bathroom doesn't have an extractor fan. Breakfast is also quite basic.
The hotel's service was excellent in all aspects. We were pleasantly surprised to find a microwave in our room, which was very convenient. Slippers were also provided.
Decent stay for the price. Near the MBTA red line so it’s quite convenient. There is a Vietnamese town on Dorchester Ave, around 15 mins walking from the hotel, which offers excellent food options at affordable prices.
About a ten-minute walk from the subway station. It's not in the city center, but the distance to downtown is still acceptable. The air conditioning in the hotel was terrible. I arrived in late April and still needed the heating on. It was either scorching hot, with the room approaching 30 degrees Celsius, or not warm enough, only 19 degrees. This is the second time I've visited this hotel, and each time I've stayed for more than 10 days. It's in a great location, very convenient to go anywhere, and most importantly, it overlooks Quincy Market. I also specifically chose this room type.
Our flight arrived late, so we didn’t get to explore the hotel facilities. The location and cleanliness were good. There was service, but not much warmth or hospitality. It’s a straightforward business hotel—functional, but nothing beyond that.
Excellent hotel and location. Very convenient.
Location was perfect, quincy food market next door. Plenty of good restaurants around. Walking distance to little Italy and state house to follow freedom trail. In terms of the Hotel, gym is small, only few machines in so you need to time it well to use it if you don't want go share it with others. Room was big, dated. Everything was perfect. Thanks
Could do with some updating, particularly the reception and lounge. Housekeeping was hit and miss. We asked for some glasses in reception and had to wait 45 minutes for someone to bring them. The coffee pods in the room weren't topped up every day and one morning, a half used bottle of hand-wash appeared (not ours nor the hotel brand). The hotel is definitely a bit run down, but it has a nice atmosphere. The rooms are clean, and they even provide two bottles of water. The room was spacious, clean, and had a bay window. The staff were quite friendly.
Had high hopes for the Copley Square Hotel. Unfortunately, it fell short in a lot of manners. I stayed at the hotel pre-pandemic and enjoyed it. Since then, the lobby has been refurbished and no longer has that boutique feeling. Not a big deal, but it had a very different vibe. Also, the halls we dark and dirty, and the room smelled musty. Is an old hotel with full of character. Lift is a mixed of modern and old. It is well situated, across the road is a huge supermarket. Amtrak train station is just 5 mins walk away. Boutique hotel was cute design. Restaurant had great food and service. I was assigned a room facing another building within a few feet of small window in room. Felt like a college dorm room. Bathroom was nice and modern. In sum, just disappointed in the room assignment since I paid $700+ a night.

Checking was easy and we went off to find a very clean and appointed room. The stay was very good, and checkout was just as good. Great experience!!!

Wonderful staff, comfortable clean and boutique feel. Highly recommend for business travel. Great location too
Design of the lobby in the room, quality of the mattresses, friendliness and responsiveness of staff. The only problem we had was the TV could not connect to our phone to play Netflix; the receptionist said another room was having the same problem and it could not be solved at that time
We arrived exactly at check-in time, but the room was not available until half an hour later.
The room was wonderful, the bed was heaven. Room service was delicious and the overall aesthetic and ambience of the lobby and common areas were fabulous
The front desk (Joyce and her coworker who wears glasses) helped to resolve the issue that my booking of two queen beds became a king size bed in the hotel system. It took some time but Joyce and her coworker eventually helped resolving it.
So what a hotel. A small issue was handled with disproportionate kindness! The ambiance is lively, the space is luxe, the team from bellhop to GM were all exceptional. Thank you all for my short stop with you
