Great location. Walking distance to so many areas. Bed is comfortable and nice bathroom. Rooms are small but quaint. They were able to let us check in early after a cruise which was nice. We asked for coffee in the room and they brought a Keurig with 3 pods. Would definitely stay here again.

We are Hilton Honors members for years, and we were very disappointed with hotel. Room amenities not what we expected from a Hilton Curio level property with premium pricing. No phone in room to call for service. No desk work area for setting up laptop. Most Hampton Inn's have much better setups.

The room was pretty but the fact I had to wait 1/2 hour for hot water was ridiculous and when I used the hairdryer the power went off the staff were great and very responsive. They were kind and accommodating for my mom’s special needs. Location was good and price was reasonable just need to work on plumbing and electrical. Also no coffee maker in room or front desk I need coffee

The restaurant and bar are under renovations! This would have been helpful to know before our stay. Hilton’s website had beautiful pictures of the bar and food, also our reservation included a daily food credit. What a joke!
The portable air conditioned lobby offers 2 chairs and bottled water, soda and a few snack for sale. No self serve water or coffee.
It’s too bad the room focuses on design not functionality. It offered NO COFFEE POT and a tiny fridge packed with water to purchase. The desk barely held my laptop. It did offer branded wallpaper and pillow, plus bathroom lights that turned on with an app.
On our second day when we asked for our room to be cleaned we were informed that we should have asked the night before.
Curio, this is not. Hilton should be ashamed of misrepresenting this property.

The location was perfect, but wouldn't spend the money on this hotel. There was a birthday party going on next to us (they even had a sign on the door). I called the front desk because of the noise but it didn't make any difference. In the morning they insisted they went up to the room to ask them to be quite, but they 100% did NOT. Very disappointing for a "high end" hotel. I would rate lower, but the bed was comfortable, hotel was very clean and the location to Metro was great.

I just loved this place!! Had tickets to a U2 concert at the Garden and the Kimpton Onyx could not have been more perfect! Three minute walk to the Garden and right in the North end where all the good food is!! The staff was very friendly and they even sent me a complimentary fruit and campaign tray to my room...so cute! Rooms are small but adorable and the pillows are sooooo comfy! Very quiet, even after the concert let out. I will definitely be back and would recommend this hotel to anybody, especially for the location. :)

Access easy, clean and comfortable, it means very useful hotel. It is located near red line of subway in Boston so good for access, besides near hotel you can find a lot of foods. Easy access to walk for center downtown. This hotel is very pet friendly hotel. When I have a check in, dogs were walking down to a elevator, the dog looked like just like the GUEST, not pet. I love the style. The room was very modern, clean and good air conditioner. So I could have good time here!

Very nice hotel in a great location near the TD Garden and the North End. Plenty of bars and restaurants within 1-2 minutes. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the room was trendy. Didn't try out many of the amenities.

Visiting Boston on July 4th, out for the night. This was it second bar after the first one was too crowded. The cover charge was $20. The bar has three floors. The second floor being a balcony, some appetizers. And the third another smaller VIP dance floor with flashing lights.
the second floor is a VIP like balcony area that had some appetizers, fried Mac and cheese, egg rolls. Beef Wellington etc. Third floor was another small dance floor!
Bartender upstairs became very rude when we left the third floor to use the bathroom and rejoin my friends on the third floor.

This place is horrible. They wouldn't let me speak to a manager. Placed my order at 7pm at 10pm still no pizza. The person I spoke to said the driver was out with my pizzas and that's all she could tell me. No estimated time of delivery or anything. I asked them to call the driver to see where they were located and they refused. Absolutely horrible service.

Never ordering from here again. My boyfriend and I ordered a pizza and paid over the phone with our student ID card.....AS WE HAVE DONE IN THE PAST AT THIS SAME LOCATION. When the driver arrived he said we didn’t pay and HARASSED US for 30 MINUTES going back and forth with the dominos store ((it took 30 minutes because he didn’t have his managers direct number and so he had to call the store!! when he called the store they didn’t pick up the phone until about the fifth time and when they finally picked up they had no idea who he was!!!!)) Long story short he gave the phone to my boyfriend and the manager apologized for not telling him it was a student ID and then hung up. My boyfriend gave him back the phone and the driver said “I DIDN’T HEAR IT FROM THE MANAGER HIMSELF SO I STILL DONT KNOW YOU ACTUALLY PAID” and went through the whole process again!!!! I will never order here again. If paying with a student ID is so confusing then DONT ACCEPT THEM!!!!!!!

I am not someone to ever leave negative reviews unless it is necessary. I have given this location two other tries and have been disappointed EVERY time. This time was the last straw. I ordered online and had to wait 45 minutes after the driver left for my delivery - I live 8 minutes away. When I called to ask where the driver was, they don't answer the phones. My food has always arrived cold and is always wrong. ALWAYS. When you call to talk to an actual person, it sounds like a fax machine answers so I am not sure what's going on with their phone system. Please, please don't give this location your money. Also every time they deliver, they call you and say they are outside and make you come to their car. How is that delivery service? I understand this is just pizza and I shouldn't be getting that worked up about it but that's just my point. It's pizza! They don't even have to come up with their own recipes or anything and they STILL always get it wrong. I don't respect people that don't care about their customers. Please don't waste your money.

Late night service can be the most frustrating thing you ever have to deal with.... not ALL of the employees are bad , but some are just downright rude, unprofessional, distasteful. No more 10 or $20 tips, especially after completely f****** up not one but two of my favorite orders and denying all service when you still have an hour of work left (I called 4 times and received a tone).... I like to be nice and tip extra sometimes, especially overnight since I too work overnight but I'm just tired of this s***. I don't think I'll be making any recommendations towards this place or Domino's as a whole anymore.( This is not the only Domino's I've had problems with)
