Stayed a night. Building was historical and lounge was spacious and well decorated. Rooms were decently designed but beds were soft. Bathroom was good. Location very good.

Service however was poor. Part of the Hilton group but staff came across indifferent and inattentive. Recruitment may be a challenge or training is lacking but Boston hotel service averaged much better than this. Staff were more keen to use their phones than looking to be of service to guests.

The hotel itself is pretty nice.
However, we have experienced quite a few issues during our stay:

1) the car was trashed and things were stolen from the car and the car smelled foul. Filed a claim and the police report. No one from the hotel or valet or parking garage management followed up yet. Only the staff at reception and the valet person who brought the car actually tried to be helpful or provide any assistance.

2) the room lost power in the morning (probably the faulty hairdryer). Note, that without the power the room phone does not work. Tried to call the reception from the cell phone - no one ever picked up. Walked to reception, they promised to send an engineer to fix things. It took probably 30 minutes for engineer to show up and flip that breaker in the electrical panel.

3) the valet service - it is just not enough of people to handle the busy hours of check in and check out. It’s a narrow street and there’s just no space to safely leave the car for them to pick it up later, cars are double parked and the passing cars are barely squeezing through (matter of a couple on inches).

4) in general, when we arrived to the hotel there was no one at the reception, nor at the valet desk…

Recently stayed here for a birthday trip with my s/o. It looked good from a far but once you get up close you can see how much of a mess it is. First of all, the employees need some serious customer service training. We were hardly greeted, let alone given directions to our room. It felt like the employees were all high schoolers/college students. They would even hang out at the bar during their shift.

The room was okay but uncomfortable bed/pillow, heat didn’t work, and the bathroom door is a slide door (doesn’t close) which may bother some people and I wish I knew prior.

You get charged a location fee for being “in TD Garden”, however TD Garden was a bit of a walk away so it was strange to us. However, no complaints about the location.

Overall, we will never go back to this hotel and we spent our trip laughing at the bizarre things we noticed every time we had to go back. The only positive is we felt safe and the price was affordable.

I made reservations for 2’nighrs . I couldn’t make on time because of the snow . I couldn’t check in online because I bought through ******* app and the confirmation number doesn’t work at Hilton honor app. I am very dissatisfied and frustrated about this matter

Yesterday when we arrived at the hotel we checked in around 4 and were given our key to room 909, when we were taking the elevator there was an awful noisy alarm going off, we continued in the elevator and to our room to the strobes going off for the fire alarm, we exited and went back to the elevator where we were met by a maintenance worker who said it was a malfunction but they were unable to stop it, we returned to our room to get ready for our event with strobing lights in our hotel room the whole time

Clean, modern room. Staff was very helpful with recommendations. Location to TD Garden was perfect!

Nice clean spacious room. Great location. Coffee in lobby in morning. We didn’t spend much time there other than sleeping but we’re pleased with accommodations, staff was nice and helpful.

This hotel is advertised and designed like it’s a high end hotel, but it’s not. The service was terrible - the valet was sketchy and the front desk attendees were not attentive. Also, the elevator is not secure. I wish you needed to use your room key to operate the elevator; it would make me feel more secure. The location is convenient to TD garden, but that’s about it. This hotel was not worth the extra cost. Go to the Canopy if you want real high class service

Everything was beautiful, clean and top notch! Staff was super friendly and helpful! Would stay here again and again!

We chose this hotel because it has valet parking. None was available for an indeterminate time due to inadequate staff (long line of cars did not move for 1/2 hour only one valet). They were nice and canceled reservation without charge. We didn't stay. Amazing.

Drinks are great and well priced, music on the top floor is the best - does get packed quickly but I will defiantly return!

Visiting Boston on July 4th, out for the night. This was it second bar after the first one was too crowded. The cover charge was $20. The bar has three floors. The second floor being a balcony, some appetizers. And the third another smaller VIP dance floor with flashing lights.
the second floor is a VIP like balcony area that had some appetizers, fried Mac and cheese, egg rolls. Beef Wellington etc. Third floor was another small dance floor!
Bartender upstairs became very rude when we left the third floor to use the bathroom and rejoin my friends on the third floor.

Was there with a large group. Everyone was very attentive and I did not have to wait for anything. Great people, great service. Loved the atmosphere. It couldn't have been better.

This place is horrible. They wouldn't let me speak to a manager. Placed my order at 7pm at 10pm still no pizza. The person I spoke to said the driver was out with my pizzas and that's all she could tell me. No estimated time of delivery or anything. I asked them to call the driver to see where they were located and they refused. Absolutely horrible service.
06.12.2017 Samantha
Never ordering from here again. My boyfriend and I ordered a pizza and paid over the phone with our student ID card.....AS WE HAVE DONE IN THE PAST AT THIS SAME LOCATION. When the driver arrived he said we didn’t pay and HARASSED US for 30 MINUTES going back and forth with the dominos store ((it took 30 minutes because he didn’t have his managers direct number and so he had to call the store!! when he called the store they didn’t pick up the phone until about the fifth time and when they finally picked up they had no idea who he was!!!!)) Long story short he gave the phone to my boyfriend and the manager apologized for not telling him it was a student ID and then hung up. My boyfriend gave him back the phone and the driver said “I DIDN’T HEAR IT FROM THE MANAGER HIMSELF SO I STILL DONT KNOW YOU ACTUALLY PAID” and went through the whole process again!!!! I will never order here again. If paying with a student ID is so confusing then DONT ACCEPT THEM!!!!!!!

I am not someone to ever leave negative reviews unless it is necessary. I have given this location two other tries and have been disappointed EVERY time. This time was the last straw. I ordered online and had to wait 45 minutes after the driver left for my delivery - I live 8 minutes away. When I called to ask where the driver was, they don't answer the phones. My food has always arrived cold and is always wrong. ALWAYS. When you call to talk to an actual person, it sounds like a fax machine answers so I am not sure what's going on with their phone system. Please, please don't give this location your money. Also every time they deliver, they call you and say they are outside and make you come to their car. How is that delivery service? I understand this is just pizza and I shouldn't be getting that worked up about it but that's just my point. It's pizza! They don't even have to come up with their own recipes or anything and they STILL always get it wrong. I don't respect people that don't care about their customers. Please don't waste your money.
21.10.2017 TARIQ
some time pizza comes very nice and most of the time bad bad bad.
really I don't now why the management not change the people or at least let us order from other store so we can avoid the store for ever.
18.10.2017 Dan
Late night service can be the most frustrating thing you ever have to deal with.... not ALL of the employees are bad , but some are just downright rude, unprofessional, distasteful. No more 10 or $20 tips, especially after completely f****** up not one but two of my favorite orders and denying all service when you still have an hour of work left (I called 4 times and received a tone).... I like to be nice and tip extra sometimes, especially overnight since I too work overnight but I'm just tired of this s***. I don't think I'll be making any recommendations towards this place or Domino's as a whole anymore.( This is not the only Domino's I've had problems with)
