Didn't take the breakfast in hotel so no comment on about food Nearby got a mall and easy to get food and a little shopping there

But…There is NO SWIMMING POOL! Please update your page on 3rd party platforms to reflect this. The pool has been closed for years so says the staff there… Gym is good however, and the staff were great

My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The location is convenient for getting around the city, though it’s a bit outside the main downtown area

I recently stayed at Courtyard by Marriott Boston – South Boston, and it was a great experience overall. The staff were very friendly and professional, making check-in and checkout easy

Still, it’s a solid choice for anyone visiting Boston who wants comfort and good service at a reasonable rate

Location wise, it’s not amazing unfortunately

Behind the hotel, there's a beach, perfect for watching the sunset and enjoying a relaxing sea breeze. Secondly, the service is also excellent. It offers a warm, personal touch, quite like hotels back home

Good location and service, walk distance to metro station, star market and beach. Coffee is not good in the room.

The hotel's location is decent. It's about a 20-minute drive from Logan Airport and not too far from the subway station. The rooms and elevators are a bit dated, and the bathroom doesn't have an extractor fan

They provide complimentary airport pickup, fresh chocolate chip cookies are provided daily, and refreshing lemonade is always available

Breakfast is also quite basic

While it's a bit on the outskirts of Boston, it's quiet and comfortable, and getting a taxi is convenient. Complimentary breakfast is a definite plus. Rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and the service was good

This was a good place to stay, not too far from airport or cruise port. Included breakfast was good. Appeared to be an older building, with a outdoor pool in the middle, but in good condition

Everything was great, start to finish. The woman at the front desk was there when I checked in and out, and she was very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely come here again!

Front desk staff could be friendlier. The maintenance a d shuttle drivers were so nice and helpful. My room door locked me out. Always had trouble with the lock. Rooms are clean and comfy.

The Ramada was very close to everywhere you want to be in Boston. If you didn't have or want to take a car they have transportation to the airport and to the local subway station

Wifi not working, no key during the stay because key system went down for 2 days. Noisy at night.

The free shuttle service to/from hotel to the JFK metro station is good and the return schedule is flexible (per our phone call). However, the paid shuttle to/from hotel to airport closes too early (9pm)

As expected from any Hampton Inn. Parking was definitely a plus, especially in Cambridge. Breakfast was excellent too! Self serve and convenient

The staff were very friendly, and the room was clean and of a comfortable size. The breakfast selection was also quite good

It was great that it was within walking distance to TD Garden, and although I had to cross a bridge, I felt safe even when walking late at night

I stayed in a room with a balcony on the second floor, facing the swimming pool on the first floor

The parking is a highway ripoff, but that's not a complaint of The Verb, it's just what the market is. But $73 to park a car for a night is ridiculous, There are garages for a fraction of that across the street

Verb has its own bar, swimming pool and other facilities. The front desk staff is very friendly. The location is convenient and it is close to supermarkets such as Target and Star

I love all the old school records and had an opportunity to catch up with Prince, Bob Dylan among others. The deco is retro which is really nice and fitting. I also enjoyed the 24 hour hot and cold coffee on tab

Boutique hotel was cute design. Restaurant had great food and service. I was assigned a room facing another building within a few feet of small window in room. Felt like a college dorm room. Bathroom was nice and modern

Location was central to Newbury St, Copley Square and not too far away to Boston Commons. Rooms were decent but the windows did not do much to keep the noise out

During online booking, the resort fee was listed as $25 per night, but important information about additional mandatory charges only appeared after payment was completed, when cancellation was no longer possible, wich is disappointing

Because the final amount paid was much higher than expected, we realized that for the same total price we could have chosen a better hotel without additional hidden fees - which we in fact did for our following stay

Carry your own bags, not enough towels, couldn't check in before three ( I don't mean you couldn't get into the room, you couldn't even check in!) No-one to help store luggage, etc

It's a very old building with everything very old, including the sink and bathroom essentials. Nothing fancy but decent for your stay. No complimentary breakfast or anything. Room service seems mediocre but neat

It's conveniently located by the water front and the mass general hospital so that's a plus. Don't go in expecting anything great but be assured that it is a decent place

Nice hotel. Breakfast was very good. There is a shuttle that can bring you to the JFK subway station, we used the shuttle and it was very convenient. Rooms were good. House keeping did a great job. We enjoyed our stay.

There was no internet the whole time and when my key stopped working, which was probably my fault from putting it near my phone, the front desk acted extremely annoyed to have to assist.

The room size is OK, but for 1500 yuan, there is almost no service, so the cost performance is not high! If my friend hadn't already booked it and was only staying for one night, I would have just given it a try.

This is an airport hotel with free shuttle to airport and car rental services. It is convenient for our family. There is also a supermarket across the road. Groceries there are cheap.

The "pool" is more of a community bath, too small to really swim in. Overall a decent experience, at a very reasonable price

I stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Boston Crosstown Center for four nights during a business trip, and had a great experience. The location is convenient, with easy access to downtown and public transportation

The location is excellent, the communal areas are stunning, and the rooms itself were adequate. If you're not only visiting Boston for the hotel, this is a terrific spot to stay

The walls are rather thin, the shared bathrooms were compact but usable, and at night, the radiator clicked loudly enough to disturb us at least once every night

A wonderful vantage point for exploring Boston. Not far from Fenway Park, terrific bars, and fantastic shopping are located over on Back Bay.

This is a friendly charming lay back place. My wife and I and all the other guests we have met adore it. Couldn't be happier.

The housekeeping sign was placed on our door as well as another guest and housekeeping was not completed. Not sure about any of the other rooms, but we could hear our neighbors in their restroom from our restroom

Other than that, the rooms were decent, the common areas were outright beautiful, and the location is stellar. A great place to stay, assuming you're not visiting Boston for the hotel
