Very comfortable hotel. Excellent bar and restaurants. in the heart of Cambridge with lots of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.
Nice hotel
Always my top choice
Coffee maker a bit fiddly but fine when we figured it out. Faucet water pressure a bit weak but shower pressure was fine. Bathroom fairly compact but with good fixtures, not cramped and shower itself quite spacious
Mattress extremely comfortable. Parking $50 a day, but then again this is Cambridge. Dinner at Henrietta’s very tasty with excellent service. Room service quick and efficient with very good food
Although rooms are not particularly special in terms of their hard products, they do a great job adding a sophisticated touch. Also, food at Henrietta’s table is very delicious with a lot of local ingredients used
Room was nice, though I could definitely hear the person walking (and showering) in the room above me. Other than the noise (and the high price), a nice hotel

My stay at the Colonnade was great! We came for a concert. The rooms were very clean and the staff were friendly. Alexander was wonderful! The rooftop pool and bar were a great plus
While we encountered a minor issue with a toilet, it was addressed promptly and did not impact our stay. The rooftop pool was a highlight, offering a relaxing atmosphere, and Isaiah at the bar provided excellent service
The only complaint I have is the amount of yellow jacket bees that are swarming the pool and the lounge chairs. We ordered food and could barely eat, due to how many bees were around
Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail went above and beyond any hotel experience I’ve had before. I can’t thank them enough for adding so much joy to a weekend I’ll remember forever
I had the absolute best experience staying here for my son’s wedding weekend, and I have to give a special shout-out to the incredible Alexandre at the front desk and Norman the doorman
From the moment I arrived, they made me feel like royalty. They were warm, welcoming, and endlessly complimentary — the kind of people who turn a nice stay into an unforgettable one

The bed was big and the room was clean. I called room service to send two toothbrushes and two pairs of slippers. The first time I waited for three hours, I got a pair of slippers and a toothbrush
What an incredible location! Nestled between the airport and the harbor, the views are absolutely priceless. It’s the perfect escape, offering both convenience and breathtaking scenery
The second time I got a toothbrush and two toothpastes. In the end, I only got one pair of slippers. I was too lazy to call, so I had to take turns wearing them
The service staff were excellent and very helpful. The view from the room was beautiful, offering a great look at the airport and planes taking off and landing
Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was friendly, and the airport shuttle made everything super convenient. Would definitely stay here again!
There is a shuttle bus service to the airport, making it ideal for staying before a flight, as it's only 5-10 minutes away from the airport
This is one of the most cohesive hotels I have ever been to! Each team of the hotel is perfection from housekeeping to food (better than many of the restaurants off site) service, they don't miss a beat!
The location is great for walking around Boston and the view from the 16th floor is breathtaking
Amazing stay in Boston. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms are updated and clean, the health club was top of the line, and the location is very convenient to a lot of our favorite places in Boston.
This hotel has a very good location and a great view. Breakfast is ordered and it is quite satisfactory. The only small regret is that the door lock broke on the last night, which almost delayed my return home, hahahaha
Lovely hotel in a great location. Rooms were excellent and cleaned to a very high standard.
We ate in the restaurant for breakfast each day and the staff were amazing as was the food.
Would highly recommend this hotel.
Amazing hotel! Gorgeous, centrally located and with a great view of the harbour. The staff and concierge went above and beyond to send me things I left at the hotel and make sure everything was received on time
The gym is brand new and has a nice sauna steamroom and golf screen. Food is amazing as well, best clam chowder Ive ever had in the north east. Would gladly recommend this place to friends n family

Although the Wi-Fi did not work on the first day due to a power outage caused by a nearby fire, the rest of the stay was comfortable. The location was great and the room was spacious.
The service is warm and proactive, and I checked in early, which also helped me avoid the fee
Normal all things are appropriate the location is near to Boston common
I stayed here for three nights for a city trip. I was a little nervous about what I would find after reading the reviews. The hotel is on the older side, but it is fine for a city trip
There was cleaning every day and towels were replenished. The shower is the least comfortable. The shower curtain barely holds back water and the jet is hard
This property is well located near public transport, Mass General Hospital, good restaurants and a Whole Foods which we found helpful. Boston Commons and the Freedom Trail are within walking distance

The indoor pool was a huge hit with our children, and we loved unwinding in the relaxing hotel atmosphere after a day of exploring Boston
Will be coming back for special occasions! Our room view was amazing as well, bed was very comfortable and everything you need was at your finger tips!! Room service is outstanding, we came back from the city and our room was clean and everything was arranged nicely in the bathroom!
On another note, I was doing my hair for our dinner and realized I didn't have hairspray to make aure the style would...
The spacious and luxurious rooms were perfect for our family, with stunning views of the city. The attention to detail was remarkable – from the welcoming gifts for our kids to the personalized service at every turn
I made an appointment with friends to have afternoon tea together. It feels similar to the Peninsula Shanghai. I didn't read the menu carefully and ordered an ice cream
The breakfast is great. Staffs are very nice. Location is very good will stay again!
Very nice hotel, the guy at the front desk is from Shanghai, very professional and handsome. He took the initiative to help order lunch. The afternoon tea on the first floor is very good

Great hotel location and friendly staff. Hot chocolate and snacks at the hotel lobby gives a welcoming feeling.
The only down side was the room was noisy, can constantly hear the sound of water flowing in pipes.
Great location, and the rooms are nice and clean. The hotels charge a daily hotel fee at check-in that is explained on the hotel's page as being for all amenities, including making sure the rooms are filled with snacks
Rooms were well furnished with quality linens and bath products, as well as complimentary snacks. A free drink at the lobby bar was a nice touch too. Ate at the connected restaurant which was fantastic food
However, I found that the snacks and water filling in the room is inconsistent, and sometimes not refilled, especially if you're like us, and only wanted a bag of chips or cookies every now and then
Hotel was in a great location in Boston. Public transportation options extremely close and so are options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Everyone was very friendly and helpful during our stay
They even brought us chocolates mid-stay, and the housekeeping staff asked if we needed more water. In short, they were very thoughtful and attentive. The cafe downstairs was also nice

We came into town to visit friends, some of whom live north of the city and others who live south of the city
Lots of additional amenities but seem to be missing some of the key ones (like breakfast).
The hotel is in a good location and the room facilities are comfortable.
Elegant hotel within walking distance of the center. Nice room. Friendly staff.
The room was very neat, clean and new. Very comfortable stay.
This was a convenient location to easily get to central meet ups, as well as for enjoying kid friendly attractions like the aquarium and the museum of science
We paid for an upgrade which wasn't worth it as we were looking at another exterior of the building, no view. Other wise the hotel was clean, bed is very comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful
We would like it if the bar stayed open later. 10 pm on a weekend is too early to close
Wow the service from the time of your arrival to the time you depart is truly top notch. Everyone we came into contact with was amazing. My boyfriend and our pup stayed for a night and had a great experience
Great staff; from check in to concierge. Beds extremely comfortable.
I stay at this hotel on January 17th 2026 the guy that work over night and the guy that does valley parking was so helpful. And the hotel was clean and was a great size. I would definitely stay her again
Location, housekeeping, bed and linens, amazing shower with controls in the right place, aromatherapy-worthy amenities, blackout shades that actually work, great restaurant breakfast, helpful and friendly front desk staff, gorgeous public spaces, new gym, everything great
This is probably the oldest-looking Ritz Carlton that I have visited. It is just like a normal hotel. The location is great, but everything else just doesn't look like a Ritz-Carlton
You will feel this the moment you get of the car. However, it is Boston and everything is overpriced
Huge kudos for the amazing marathon reception for runners returning to the hotel post race. There were cowbells and champagne for all returning runners
Amazing lounge and very great location, great breakfast
Very nice service and very good location. The room noise isolation is very good. Quiet and comfort stay!
April is such a lovely time to visit the city: the flowering trees and spring bulbs are in full bloom, and the location is ideal for walking through Boston Common, the Theatre District, Newbury Street, and the Copley area

We held a offsite executive meeting at the Le Meridien in Cambridge. Went well! Ashley and Kara took care of every single detail and made the meeting run smoothly without any issues
I thought I would be anxious on the day of, but Ashley went out of her way to make the day special so I didn't even have to worry about the execution of the event. What a delight during what can be a stressful day
very spacious room, lots of space and drawers, staff are super nice and helpful, location is perfect for my MIT and Harvard visits. will definitely stay here again for my future Boston trips
From the first conversation I had with Ashley Sullivan, each fine detail was attended to and addressed with plenty of time and flexibility like a wedding requires. She handled the entire event with such warm hospitality
Rooms are clean and well-appointed, but some are starting to show their age a bit (a leaky tub faucet here, a drooping door handle there, small scuffs on furniture, etc
I had a wonderful stay — the room was very clean, comfortable, and well-kept, and I was really impressed by how friendly and helpful the staff were throughout my visit

The Grab and Go Bistro offered a good selection of breakfast choices, while the quality of dishes served at the Bisuteki (Japanese restaurant) by the lobby has much room for improvement, given the high prices! I also liked that the hotel is sandwiched between Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods Market, with a Blue Bikes dock just a couple mins walk from the lobby, very convenient
I still quite like Courtyard hotels; the facilities are very convenient. It would be perfect if the bathtub in the bathroom were replaced with a shower stall.
Nice hotel with two supermarkets very close by. Public transport is a little inconvenient though with bus stops several minutes away and the T a 20 min walk.
The room was of comfortable size and I particularly appreciated that the room was made up daily. Friendly staff and good service in general
Big room with a wonderful river view. Bathroom ua also very big.
A very nice hotel, clean and convenient the location

The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for travelers traveling by plane or train. I took Amtrak to South Station, and then walked to the hotel in just over ten minutes
It's even more convenient for the airport, with the Silver Line Airport Express taking just over ten minutes. There's also a walking path to the Silver Line Convention Center Station, making it convenient rain or shine
The hotel is conveniently located; you can take the SL1 line directly from the airport to a stop near the hotel, and it's also quite close to the subway station
I booked a king room in the Artist Tower and stayed in the Patron Tower. The two towers have different styles, so the free upgrade was a pleasant surprise
The sink is positioned between the bathroom/shower area and the bed, which felt quite cramped. There's a small sofa and a small coffee table opposite the bed
At 300 euros a night without breakfast, the value for money isn't great, though even with that, it was still one of the cheaper hotels in Boston

Our flight arrived late, so we didn’t get to explore the hotel facilities. The location and cleanliness were good. There was service, but not much warmth or hospitality
It’s a straightforward business hotel—functional, but nothing beyond that
Excellent hotel and location. Very convenient.
In terms of the Hotel, gym is small, only few machines in so you need to time it well to use it if you don't want go share it with others. Our room smelt, we could not establish why
Location was perfect, quincy food market next door. Plenty of good restaurants around. Walking distance to little Italy and state house to follow freedom trail
The front desk service is good and free coffee is provided in the lobby. The only drawback is that the takeaway I ordered this time was not delivered to the room. I hope to have a better experience in the future
The location is excellent and it is convenient for shopping and dining. The room cleaning, extra bed and turndown service are very good and the attitude is good
The food and drinks were fantastic. Service was great, decor was also brand new. Excellent experience overall.
A bit old-fashioned, but the service was excellent. Very pleasant stay.
I chose this hotel when I went to Boston for the first time. The room is very large and practical. The only drawback is that it is along the road and a bit noisy, not suitable for guests who need quiet
Excellent hotel. I got COVID while I was there and the staff was so helpful. They brought me hot tea to help every so often and were so empathetic about my circumstances.
Very clean rooms and helpful staff! This was my families 2nd time staying here on our visit to Boston. Front desk staff were very welcoming and accommodating! The area around hotel seemed very safe
From South Station to the hotel is closer than I thought only $25-35ish for Uber. For subway take 15 mind from the hotel to the station
The room is big and clean, the shuttle bus service is so good only take 10 mins or less if no traffic from hotel to airport
Another plus for this hotel was that it was very close to the airport and they do provide a shuttle to the airport!
The parking lot was almost full when I arrived but I managed to find a spot. The Hilton app didn't have my virtual card ready so I checked in at the front desk. The shuttle lleaving the hotel was fine, I waited 5 mins
My partner called after 24 minutes of waiting and then it was another 20 minutes till they came. If they said it was going to take that long I would have been more than happy to call an Uber

Decent distance from all types of transportation. I stayed five days, and was more than satisfied with the amenities, such as breakfast, a gym, pool, and 24/7 coffee and tea
The hotel's location is great, and the facilities and environment are excellent. The service is also very good. The only downsides are that breakfast is a bit boring, and the soundproofing in the rooms could be improved
We had a great time at the hotel. Everybody was very nice and helpful. We stayed three nights during our visit to Boston and we couldn’t be happier. The room was clean and spacious with all the amenities we need
You can hear people in the hallway quite loudly
Was at the seaport district area for a meeting. Room was comfortable and clean. Location was ok. Breakfast was lovely and warm and a pleasant touch to every morning. Good value for the price paid.
The pool was small but well maintained and there were plenty of clean towels. It was walking distance to many attractions including the aquarium. However it was a bit far from the seaport district
The room was spacious and styled like your grandma's house. Well maintained but not modern which I think is keeping with the history of this place. It was a very nice stay and I will be glad to head back in the future
I absolutely loved this place! Great location, really incredible price, The rooms were even impressive. I would absolutely come back to this place, made my trip really nice. Valerie at the front desk was remarkable
Lenox, Keep up the great work!
She did an amazing job and I was so touched by the birthday greeting! We upgraded to the room with the fireplace which was amazing!!! It was the best feeling coming back from a day of exploring to have a fire lit within a few minutes of requesting it
The hotel and the staff are absolutely top notch!! The wonderful bellmen were all so nice and professional, every single front desk staff we had always had a big smile and were more than happy to answer our questions
On a cold night having drinks by a fire in the city is such a treat! This hotels staff has the best hospitality I’ve encountered in a long time, so welcoming and accommodating

If you're in terminal E the shuttle pick up is in front of door E 202. - The hotel has hot water but it takes awhile for the shower to heat up. As a layover hotel, I have no complaints and will use them again
I used this hotel for an 11-hour layover and everything went well. - check-in was quick and smooth. - The complimentary shuttle runs every 30 minutes between 3 - 5 am; then every 20 minutes after 5 am
Good hotel. Large parking lot, close to the airport. Perfect room and clean. Bar was not very busy, but the house salad with chicken was excellent!
I didn't use pool or gym but did look at them and seemed clean and in good condition
The hotel location is very good, friendly staff, and room is clean. Recommended!
I assume all rooms come with it, but no one asked me when I was there. Hot water and coffee are available at all times. There are plenty of shuttle buses that go to every terminal

The tv in the bedroom would not turn on. No coffee available after 930. Pool was great! Very comfortable accommodations. The little market was convenient
Enjoyed my stay at this Residence Inn. Rooms have a convenient kitchenette. Bed was comfy, and while the bathroom wasn't the most up to date, it was decent. Staff at the front desk and working valet were friendly
Cleanliness throughout the property. A nice free breakfast. The valet staff was good. My room was lovely and crystal clean. Desk staff were also professional, friendly and helpful,
Great location. Close to the city center. Beautiful view of the marina. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly reception. In short, we enjoyed our stay!
We ended up at the Residence Inn after arriving at our disaster air b&b (on our honeymoon nonetheless)
Nice environmental- good breakfast and outdoor patio- definitely coming back!
