Magnificent view and great location, near both Central Park and Broadway.

I stayed at this hotel for my entire trip to New York.
The location and view were perfect, and the bed configuration was perfect for three people.
The breakfast menu didn't change much, but it was nice to be able to start my day with a filling meal. However, one thing I overlooked was the size of the bed.
It was a double, not a queen (it was listed, but I didn't see it).
I'm not sure of the exact size of the single bed, but it definitely felt smaller than my bed at home. Also, there was no electric kettle, so I requested one, but the one I received was rusty inside, making it unusable.
Despite a few shortcomings, I still recommend this hotel. Besides the location and view,
even though it's a high-rise building, there were no issues using the elevator.
The room was spacious enough for my luggage, and
the washer and dryer were very convenient.

Located in Midtown Manhattan, the hotel is within walking distance of landmarks such as Central Park, Times Square, the Museum of Modern Art (MOMA), and Broadway. The surrounding area boasts vibrant shopping and dining options, is safe for nighttime outings, and is conveniently located near subway and bus stops. The rooms are small but offer stunning views. Daily housekeeping and a generous breakfast are provided. A gym and laundry room are available.

The room was on a high floor, very quiet and clean, everything was great. The bed was very comfortable, perfect for jet lag. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful. Given the high prices near Central Park, it was a pleasure to have fruit in the morning.

The location is excellent, 10 minutes from both the central shopping center and Times Square. The food is decent, and the breakfasts are average. There are plenty of cafes nearby, and a short concierge desk at the entrance.

I was very satisfied and had a wonderful two weeks here. I especially want to commend the friendly staff: Farida, who cleans the room, Brother E (forgive my mispronunciation of his name), who works in the restaurant, and the enthusiastic front desk staff—everyone was so warm!
Highly recommended for long-term travelers. The microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, kitchenware, and kettle are all essential! The view is also beautiful, and the environment is safe.

Nice view. But they ask you deposit 100 usd fir security. I didn't get refund yet.

This was a problematic hotel in many ways. We spent 3 nights. We booked this hotel because the rooms had a full kitchen and out of loyalty for my Bonvoy points. I regret it. The fridge and freezer didn’t work. The stove top they brought didn’t work (they replaced it with one that barely worked). There were no forks in the silverware. Leftover food was in the fridge when we first entered the room. Housekeeping wouldn’t bring us 2 clean towels after repeated requests and not servicing our room. The cabinet cover of the microwave opened only partially and it was a hazard given the layout. The front desk staff were all nice and friendly. However, I’d never stay here again.

Clean and good location. However unless you need the amenities of a Residence, just stay at the courtyard in the same building, it’s nicer. This hotel was renovated by the lowest bidder. Has the “landlord special” look if you get what I mean. Shower head is old and the shower door isn’t sealed well so water got on the floor. Also the smoke detector in the room has a bright green flashing light on it which lights up the room when you’re trying to sleep. Also the elevator is loud at night.

It’s surprising just how vastly different my experience at the Courtyard was vs the Residence Inn. The Courtyard was by far much nicer. Our room at the Residence Inn was dusty. The shower door had a crack in it that allowed water to leak out and the shower head had mold on it. The smoke alarm blinks throughout the night, flashing bright green. The bed was clean, so if that’s all you care about, the rest doesn’t matter.

Although you can have a NY dinner experience it is the most overpriced place in the most over priced City. $22 for a hot dog? C'mon man! I'm willing to indulge some places just because. This isn't one of. If on the other hand you like being crammed into a tight, noisy space to get mediocre, expensive food, this is your place. The only thing it had going for it is location. Enjoy.

Service was amazing and the food was great, also one of the few restaurants open at 7:30 AM near Park Central Hotel. But when they say "The Finer Diner" they certainly do mean it. Expect to pay about $20.00 per person (~$55.00 for 2 people).

Busy place but well worth the 10 minute wait. I see a lot of customers ordered the chicken pot pie whick looked really good.I ordered the Old Fashion Brooklyn Burger and it was the best burger I ever tasted. My wife ordered the chicken noodle soup which was delicious.

Love the fries here! The spaghetti rocks, too. But, please ask for your burger to be well done if you prefer it that way. Even though the menu states it's cooked well done, mine wasn't. Another was cooked for me to take out...which I didn't bother eating, so what a waste.

Expensive and the food is just "okay", but the decor is incredibly well done. It truly places you in a fifties style diner with bustling waiters racing around this overcrowded spot. Each booth is lined with small plaques of famous patrons and it's fun seeing who sat where you are and trying to remember who's who. I head in once every six months or so for a diner breakfast (blueberry pancakes!) or pie, and brush up on my knowledge of old celebrities.
