Staypineapple, An Artful Hotel, Midtown in New York

very chic place, well located.

Great location, convenient transportation.

Very close to Time squares and has everything we need.  We did have a comfortable stay there

I'm really glad I decided to shorten my stay with THE NEW YORKER and instead chose to spend the rest of my NYC trip at Staypineapple!




Right off the bat, Staypineapple gave me a great first impression—it's super clean and feels very functional. 




When I went to check in my baggage before heading off to Boston, the staff at the counter kindly explained that they couldn't accommodate that but recommended a nearby baggage storage service instead. I totally understood their reasoning and really appreciated how thoughtful they were in offering me a solution!




The lobby was just lovely—clean and cozy! I was thrilled to find drinking water (and even carbonated water!) readily available on tap. My room was tidied up every day, with the cleaning staff going the extra mile by folding my blanket and providing fresh towels. I had an impeccable experience overall—great job, Staypineapple!

Perfect location for Penn Station and Times Square.
Close to subway. Hotel room in nice, with soft bed.
Was a peaceful stay. Free item from the lobby fridge each day. Coffee machine in room. Nice bathroom.
No communal garden if you see it pictured.

A very well-located and well-appointed hotel with excellent service staff. Highly recommended!

Amazing stay here. The location is prime, walking distance to everything. There is essen, many restaurants, and even a laundromat nearby. If you found a reasonanable price go for it.

I wanted a location close to Penn Station. So this was ideal, about a 10 minute walk The room was perfect for my needs. Sure, it was small but this in Manhattan, so unless you want to pay top dollar that is pretty much expected. I suppose I should have asked when I couldn't find an ice machine but as soon as I did ask fo it, it was delivered in a matter of minutes.. Next time I will ask to have the "Virtual Butler" service explained to me. It took me a day to figure out all the particulars, like the pull out Keurig coffee machine and under the bed pull out suitcase storage thingy. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I did find the plush comforters a little weird but perhaps I am not quite as "continental! as I thought. All in all, I will totally stay there again when I have a chance.

Very clean room especially the toilet. Size of room is abit small, kind of expected in NY. Location is perfect!
