The hot water takes about 10 minutes when you want to shower I don’t understand it

Room was needing some love. It took 10 minutes to get hot water. Such a waste. Room was drafty

We stayed one night due to a canceled flight.
There was no hot water for showering while the temperature outside was -7°C.
The bathroom was not well cleaned and there were hairs on the towels.
Very expensive for what it offers

The shower in my room was odd. There was no way to turn the shower head on? You could only fill the tub.

We really enjoyed our stay here. There’s so many things in walkable distant. Plus the free coffee was very nice on a cold day! We will be back

Rooms cleaned daily (unless you opted out) and the staff was very courteous and helpful!

The room was actually quite nice for the price and overall situation. Comfortable bed, good shower, towels that didn't suck. Only issue is that the elevator (I believe) makes this horrible noise every time it's used, and it's basically impossible not to hear in your room. It's a self inflicted wound that the hotel could solve, vs the outside street noise. Bring ear plugs.

I WAS SO SCARED BECAUSE OF THE REVIEWS BUT IT WAS SUCH AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE, the receptionist Samantha was exceptional, excellent service. I will be staying again!!!The location is perfect. Good area.

Lovely coffee shop. Great location, big enough to accommodate a lot of people. Free wifi, lots of places to plug in.. Which means there are lot of people camped out there for a long time. Good dessert selection if you are into that!

I had a bagel with cream cheese for breakfast and a hot tea. Both were so delicious! Also, I picked up one of their unique juice blends for my boyfriend. He loved it and said it helped pick him up for the morning. I recommend trying everything they have there. Their variety was spectacular. I was visiting the city and stopped here for breakfast, definitely a great choice!

I love the Bean. I love the friendly staff with their great sense of humor. I love their cushioned seating. I love their interesting herbal teas. It's often packed, but it's packed because it's a great place to hang out and work. I wouldn't necessarily recommend it for a good place to have a nice long co-working session---it's not quite conducive to that. Think "I want to write or read by myself in a comfy space."
