Concorde Hotel New York in New York

Ordered the Eggs Benedict. Food was pretty bad. Toast was stale. Eggs were not cooked properly. The cutlery I had was dirty as well. The only reason I gave this place a 2 star rating is cause atleast some of the staff were pleasant and constantly smiling.
Don't think I'd go back here again though.

I'm not coming back here. Everything was expensive. Waiter walked away from me when I tried to talk to him. He brought out one bowl of sauce for my friend and I to "share" when we both ordered it. When I told him I didn't want to share sauces, he argued with me and gave me a hard time. I've never had a waiter be that rude!

I think some of the employees who works here are racists. All the bad seats(which is located in the hallway) are all given to Asians. I asked the hall manager to change our seat because I could see better seat in the restaurant. But he said this is the only seat he can give to us. I felt terrible with his attitude. Also the waiter was very unkind. He almost threw the dishes with big noises. The manager and waiter of wolfgang's steakhouse ruined our precious christmas eve and we didn't want to them any tips, but the waiter kept asking for tips to us. I recommend if you are an asian, and a girl who looks young, you should never visit here.

Tonight my husband and I went out for dinner at Wolfgang Steak House. We usually go to the one located in Park Avenue South and 33 st in Manhattan. That is our favorite restaurant in the City and everybody knows us.
Tonight we decided to go to the Wolfgang located in 54 st and 3rd Avenue. The food is fantastic as always.
However the service is unprofessional and totally off from the one at Park Ave.
We were waited by two young people, a man and a woman. At the end of the dinner when they brought the bill I realized that they had overcharged us by $40. It turned to be that they had put in our tab drinks and desserts that belonged to another table. They corrected the mistake and apologized which was ok. We paid the bill with the debit card and left $40 tip in cash (we always tip in cash) when we were leaving the young woman that waited on us approached us and wanted to know if everything was ok because WE DIDNT LEAVE ANY TIP. We told her that we had given the tip to her partner and she opened the folder where our bill was, looking for the money and not really believing us. We were totally flabbergasted ! I always thought that tip was voluntary and not mandatory. We left 20% tip in CASH and this woman had the nerve to insult us. This is a 5 star restaurant and their employees should behave as professionals.
She had no right to do what she did. I will never go back to this location again. We will keep going to the one in Park and 33.
