During my winter stay in New York, the room heating was practically nonexistent; there was no warm air, and the bedding was incredibly thin, essentially just a sheet and a light blanket.

Moxy NYC Downtown was a great place to stay! The room was phenomenal with plenty of space and the bathroom had plenty of toiletries and towels! The reception area was really clean and everyone was following covid guidelines! We loved the view from our room too! It was great to wake up in the morning and see the city!

We had an amazing stay at Moxy Downtown New York! The hotel itself is super stylish and in a perfect location — really easy to get around the city. But what really made the difference was the incredible service from Isaac at the front desk (I hope that’s his name because he truly deserves the credit). He was so kind and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The vibe of the hotel is great, the facilities are modern and clean, and overall it just felt like the perfect place to stay. Honestly, 10/10 — we’ll definitely be back!

I had a great stay at this location. Isaac was very nice enough to hold our bags after we checked out for us to explore before getting on the train back home. Rooms are clean a little smaller but it's New York you don't go there to stay in the room. Also found it interesting in a good way that they had a basketball court. It was a great stay!

I was there celebrating my birthday so they made accommodations providing a room upgrade with a city view and a few free drinks.
When checking in staff were friendly and attentive. They’re pretty good with luggage hold too so feel free to arrive early and hold until check in.
If there’s availability the morning of your check out you can extend the time from 11am to 12pm.
Breakfast - you order from the table vs buffet style which is nice. Had the breakfast sandwhich which was okay, good for the price.
All in all decent stay.

Overpriced for the food you get. The staff is very friendly and the service overall was excellent. The food is ok, just not that great to be priced at this level. The place is a bit too packed for my taste there was like 6" on each side between our table and the next. With these prices they don't need to squeeze that extra table in

Have eaten at this location a couple of times. Service is very good, and the ambiance is nice (not too loud, well lit, etc). Most recently had the burger au cheval (with a fried egg and melted Swiss) which was excellent. Fries are always great here. A very nice spot for business or just any time you need a nice meal! Price is not cheap but decent value for Manhattan.

Service was fast, employees were very nice but their name tags need to be updated. I had to get close to Victor my cashier to see his name which was smudged out. He even had to assure me that I read his name correctly.

Every time I come in at 4:30 there’s no food being served cash registers off but have customers inside eating, sleeping or just simply sitting down in the dining areas.. and I once had a employee tell me they weren’t open but yet the doors were open people were inside and there were employees working and it says open 24 hour on the sign outside and online.. the false advertising has to stop.. and I will be calling corporate

One major letdown is that the upstairs section has been closed on two occasions, although it was later in the night they have no excuse, this city is about getting to the top not being on the same level. Another letdown, that was more apparent when looking for seating was the poor job of anyone who oversees the cleanliness aspect. Again, this city has a lot of people and although it's McDonald's you should expect a little more than it looking like a zoo. Three stars for the time, food, and hours.

This place can sometimes get very busy and overcrowded. Nevertheless, they great customer service here. Orders are taking quickly and efficiently. Facilities are well maintained.

Great burgers, for fast food. Be careful ordering. They only seem to serve meals. Ordered JUST a burger and got unwanted fries too. Also charges deposit on water bottles.
