One of the best NY city hotel experiences I've had for that price range! Midtown is always hectic but given that this is a stones throw away from Times Square the street is surprisingly calm & needless to say hyper convenient to walk/ subway/ uber to anywhere.
Very spacious room (for NY), immaculate bathroom with Malin & Goetz high end amenities, clean linen & AC/ heating. Can be noisy if you're on the street side, but for NY it is ok. Gym is okay, has a lovely lounge/ working area downstairs w/ good WiFi & serves as a good quiet place to work or order in so you don't need to eat in your room. Service was excellent also - very happy & 100% would return.

Great location. The room is compact with most things I need. There’s also ample seating area at the lobby with free water/coffee/tea which is greatly appreciated.

The location is very convenient because it is near Times Square and the bus stop. If it was next to Times Square, I thought it would be too noisy, but it was very quiet and nice. And the front desk staff were very kind and listened to all our requests. They even brought us a kettle and a microwave, so we had a very comfortable stay. There is a gym in the basement, so it is good for working out, and the lobby is quiet, so it is good for meetings. It was nice that we could get water as much as we wanted from the lower floor. The cleaning service was also good.

The perfect hotel in New York. The location its really good for visit all the city. The subway its near. Near the hotel there are fastfood, restaurant, shop... everything you need.

The room is not big but very clean, the air conditioning is powerful and the heating is sufficient. It is an old-fashioned hotel, and the lobby downstairs is very beautiful.
It is worth mentioning that the aunt at the front desk is very enthusiastic, and hot water and coffee are always available downstairs, which is really helpful in the cold winter.

This hotel was a great experience for a first-time guest like me. The check-in process was a breeze, thanks to Ricardo’s friendly explanations. What impressed me the most was the personalized and interactive check-in process. The hotel’s location was convenient, with everything a tourist would need within walking distance. The subway station was also nearby, which was a plus. The hotel room was clean and well-appointed, with all the essentials. The overall experience was excellent, and I highly recommend this hotel.

Super nice place. Very dim lighting with fireplaces. Not too crowded but all the seating is often taken. Delicious cocktails. Definitely stop in, get a drink here and then go walk around the city.

Music was too loud. Food was really mediocre. For a veg pasta that costs $24 it really didn't live up to expectations. Had to send the pasta back because it was wayyyyy to salty. Not just a little salty. But like sea water salty. Molto terribile. Nice decor but that's about it.

The music too loud, way too cold and the cocktails just badly mixed - last one depends on the barkeeper, the rest happens every evening. The environment is sweet. They could do much better.

Prices are what you expect from a midtown Manhattan swanky hotel bar. The reason to come here is the best smoked old fashion I've ever had in my life. They light a real hickory stick and let the smoke infuse on the spot. Must try!

Great salads and fish and chips. They have a good wine and cocktails menu also. Coffee is the best in town, the manager will come to you if he sees something that is not right, so you can expect great service from waiters, which is exceptional. Open til late. Good music. Definitely a must visit!

Highly recommend! We visited several times as we always enjoyed each meal. The food is excellent, the staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing. Make sure to try the walnut crusted salmon. Delicious!

We were able to get a table for 10 by calling ahead on a Friday night. The food was great. The rolls were hard on the edges, like they had been left out for a while so that was weird. They were good about keeping our waters full. Seemed to attract a trendy crowd. Wasn't too loud. The Christmas decorations were lovely. Good experience overall

After a wonderful dinner with the family, we realized that my son left his brand new mouth retainer wrapped up in a napkin on the table which was cleared. The staff here were amazing!!! They literally had everyone on the lookout for it and we eventually found it. The staff and manager were so wonderful and accommodating plus the food and beer were great!

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Food was delicious. I was there with 7 people and half of us ordered the Coconut Curry Chicken and we all loved it! We'll definitely be back next time we're in New York!

Good Indian foods, little too spice. The restaurant ambience is not that great but the food is good. The price is also okay compared to other Indian restaurants in the area. We went there during our trip to NY and liked eating at this restaurant. I would recommend going to thhis restaurant if you don't mind spice food.

Horrible, unprofessional, and liar people work here! The food I ordered looked like leftover and smelled meat since I don't eat any meat that was unacceptable to me. I want the food changed to fresh food or my money back but the guy lied about the money I gave him. They took some of my money and no replacement food. I hope they do not give that food to someone.

It's okay if you're craving Indian food and this is the closest place to go to. But if you really want Indian food and love Indian food or want to try Indian food for the first time. Don't visit this place, find some other place in mid town.
