It was a weird experience. There was an asian main (jamal) at the reception. Completely unprofessional and arrogant. He asked me to wait about an hour.as he said i can't find ur booking. I asked him to find by booking. But he was busy at phone loudly. I was having cash for deposit. He said once i Will find ur booking then we will see this matter. Rhen after an hour he said i can't. And he didn't let me check in as i was submitting deposit in cash. I can understand the policy as so many reviewers wrote that they don't return the deposit so that's why she didn't let me in. I asked him to request his boss he said he will not he must be sleeping. It was 10 pm. I requested that i am tired... Will check out in morninf. he didn't agree to refund Either. I was tired and insisted begged but he didn't listen. Then i just left. And booked another hotel. This hotel is not recommended they should improve their services and should train their staff that how they should treat customers.

Location is very good. There were some kind of bugs that bit. Price was not that transparent. When you checked out, they even didn’t mention the additional facility fee that was not collected by trip.com. Until you checked the bank statement you saw it and you called the hotel to know.

Beware of the 'resort' tag, it doesn't apply here at all. The front desk staff's service is very careless. I left my glasses in the room and have emailed them multiple times asking them to hold them for me since I'm returning in April, but they never reply. Terrible customer service.

The Hotel was actually not so good, broken wall, and strange smell.. so bad I had headache for a week! Breakfast.... better go to the bar..

This is very very bad hotel and awful choose to live there, means Room ,bed, dirty elevator, bad breakfast, especially very bad front desk service.... promised to return deposit after two days,but deducted more so is liar...

Advantages: Excellent location. Limitations: Very poor Wi-Fi, if business guests need to work in the room, it is basically impossible. Breakfast, no eggs or bacon. Only bread, cake, drinks and coffee. Small room. This price is acceptable. In short, it is worth recommending.

Super nice place. Very dim lighting with fireplaces. Not too crowded but all the seating is often taken. Delicious cocktails. Definitely stop in, get a drink here and then go walk around the city.

Music was too loud. Food was really mediocre. For a veg pasta that costs $24 it really didn't live up to expectations. Had to send the pasta back because it was wayyyyy to salty. Not just a little salty. But like sea water salty. Molto terribile. Nice decor but that's about it.

The music too loud, way too cold and the cocktails just badly mixed - last one depends on the barkeeper, the rest happens every evening. The environment is sweet. They could do much better.

Prices are what you expect from a midtown Manhattan swanky hotel bar. The reason to come here is the best smoked old fashion I've ever had in my life. They light a real hickory stick and let the smoke infuse on the spot. Must try!

Good Indian foods, little too spice. The restaurant ambience is not that great but the food is good. The price is also okay compared to other Indian restaurants in the area. We went there during our trip to NY and liked eating at this restaurant. I would recommend going to thhis restaurant if you don't mind spice food.

Horrible, unprofessional, and liar people work here! The food I ordered looked like leftover and smelled meat since I don't eat any meat that was unacceptable to me. I want the food changed to fresh food or my money back but the guy lied about the money I gave him. They took some of my money and no replacement food. I hope they do not give that food to someone.

It's okay if you're craving Indian food and this is the closest place to go to. But if you really want Indian food and love Indian food or want to try Indian food for the first time. Don't visit this place, find some other place in mid town.

I had brunch here early December. There was no way I can reserve a seat through opentable (indicated there was no availability) so we were there around 11ish. There was maybe 2 people before us waiting to be seated once the place opened. They seated us right next to the Christmas tree - what a treat! Brunch was good - I really enjoyed their assortment of pastries. My glass of rose had something floating in it so they got me a new glass. It was overall a good experience.

Accommodated our request for a table in Garden (for 8 people). The table change was seamless.....food great tasting... served timely... Portions adequate .... Service was white table cloth and linen napkins.... Water and drink refills were serviced without fuss. This was a family celebration dinner, and it could not have been nicer.... Another family member suggested we go to this restaurant and we were glad they did.... We will be back!
We had chicken, pork, fish and steak frites dishes, no complaints.... from anyone!

Amazing place. It was an honor and a privilege being here for our annual Holiday Party with my coworkers. This place for this year’s holiday party was a perfect choice. There’s a large area to dance. The staff is friendly. Food was tasty & delicious. Near to public transportation.

Came here for birthday dinner evening before the parade. Wasn't expecting much as chose for location but was pleasantly surprised. Food was excellent and was super kid friendly. Will return. Thanks for making my evening special

It's one of those iconic places located in and near other iconic landmarks with it being situated in Bryant Park and right behind the famous New York Public Library. I wanted to try this establishment since it is iconic but I just never got a chance to until until I had a work lunch. Lunch is usually really packed so be sure to make reservations or get there early.

We sat on the rooftop with a nice view of Bryant Park and buildings overwhelming us from above. We ordered a bunch of salads and sandwiches for lunch. The food was standard- the salads were good and sandwiches nicely made. I think you could easily opted for a more economical version at the Wichcraft in Bryant Park, but for the view and atmosphere, Bryant Park Grill is nice.
