Excellent location, making it easy to get around. Overall, from the facilities to the service, and the environment to the staff, everything left a deep and wonderful impression on us. We'll definitely recommend it to friends and family. The daily prices, however, fluctuate quite a bit.

Service: Typical New York style, quite serious and by-the-book. If you arrive early, they'll take your name and number and call you when a room is ready.

Room: Although small, it's very clean. The location is excellent, very close to Times Square with lots of attractions and shopping nearby.

The room was very clean, and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. It's quite spacious for a hotel near Times Square in New York. The location is convenient for transportation, and the receptionist on the first floor is very friendly, always smiling and greeting me when I come and go, even remembering that I've stayed here before. There's no water in the room, so remember to buy some outside and bring it in.

The hotel's location is great, and the breakfast was delicious. However, the soundproofing is really poor; I could hear people walking and talking in the next room all night long.

We had a wonderful time. Everything was amazing, very clean and the beds were comfortable. Location is excellent. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating especially thanks to Yoni.

Very good. Excellent customer service. Good meals. No wait time. Perfect for a quick but very filling meal.

The food was good besides I had hair in my food and in my water glass. I expected to pay nothing for my meal because that was absolutely their fault. They did make me pay and gave me a 10% discount so I will never go back. I should have just walked out.

Very cool Diner not far away from Penn Station and Times Square. Great place to get the Diner experience in the middle of everything. I had Eggs Benedict for breakfast and it was so good! Service was very friendly and came with ice cold water several times.

Typical diner food but I enjoyed it a lot. My 50% beef 50% bacon burger went down a treat really. It was quite busy but then you expect that near Madison Square Gardens and it didn't affect the service.
