We really enjoyed our 4 night stay. Front desk was helpful and knowledgeable for us visiting from out of town. Beds are comfy, bar is nice, coffee shop is convenient albeit a little slow, and SUPER friendly housekeeping/doormen. We really loved it here and location is great for little Italy, Chinatown, and shopping in soho!

Overall, I had a pleasant stay — the service was good and most of the staff were genuinely kind and helpful. The manager, Latoya, was especially amazing and went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth with a lost item.

However, I did have one small issue with a front desk employee whose attitude and communication could be improved. It didn’t reflect the otherwise warm and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel.

Aside from that, the rest of the team was lovely, and I appreciated the effort they put into making guests feel comfortable. With a bit more focus on front desk communication and attentiveness, this would easily be a five-star experience.

We chose this hotel because it’s just around the corner from the San Gennaro Festival in Little Italy, and it could not have been a better decision. I’ll admit, I was a little hesitant after reading some of the reviews, but our experience was absolutely fantastic.

Check in was seamless, and the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised with an early check-in and an upgrade to a much larger room. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and inviting, and I loved that they always had water available at the front desk.

The food was excellent, and every part of our stay exceeded expectations. My sister, aunt, cousin, mom, and I all stayed at the hotel, and we each felt so well taken care of. The staff’s kindness truly made the trip extra special.

I would stay here again, and so would the rest of my family. It was a wonderful and memorable experience from start to finish.

Very lovely in a simple way. Staff pleasant. Only complaint is that bathroom had limited shelf or counter space; no place for toiletries and such.

Despite what others may say, 11 Howard is one of the best spots to stay. It's a little different than a traditional hotel. You're welcomed by someone who holds the door for you as if you were the most important guest. There's a small front desk (if you could call it that) but very helpful staff. They provided complimentary water, more than once. It's a hip, clean place to work and stay. The design was very welcoming and chic. Service was prompt, though I would say that they may have been busy at one point where they were unable to bring our bags up. It wasn't a problem though to pick it up. Rooms have a tablet to request anything needed. Breakfast was actually really appetizing and filling, especially the acai bowl. Rooms may be a bit on the smaller side for a king but very high ceilings. The view wasn't too bad considering we were on the seventh floor. The amenities such as the higherDose and gym were clean. Overall, a great, mellow, modern hotel with timely, albeit busy at times, service. They still went above to make sure our requests were met, doing so with a smile. Check in and check out were a breeze, no hassle, and definitely no pretentious or stuck up staff. Would stay again
