I have gold status member of hilton but the reception reject my gold status and nothing benefit. I stayed with hilton around the world and never have problem but this hotel make it diffical and only say no.

The room was very comfortable, clean, and felt high-quality. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the Wall Street Charging Bull. It's also very close to Trinity Church and the New York Stock Exchange.

Front desk was helpful in assisting us with a HVAC issue. Breakfast was not spectacular, even pricey, but it was doable with the breakfast vouchers. Water temperature fluctuated during shower between hot and cold. Other than these small issues, it was a nice stay.

This Garden Inn in Manhattan, New York, is an absolute gem for short-term stays, offering unbeatable value for money! Its location alone is a huge win, right in the heart of downtown. You can walk to the Wall Street Bull in just a few steps, and public transportation nearby is incredibly convenient, making sightseeing and dining out a breeze. The front desk staff were super welcoming, and some even spoke a bit of Chinese, which made communication effortless and instantly felt like home. The cleanliness was decent—perfectly fine for a regular stay. The only slight drawback was that the facilities felt a bit dated, but the location and transport links more than make up for it. It’s truly ideal for a short visit!

Great location, rooms a little small, free coffee and tea in the lobby and lounge, ideal for exploring south Manhattan and taking a ferry to Brooklyn or Staten island.

The hotel boasts a convenient location, with a subway station just a few minutes' walk away. Right across the street is the Ferry terminal, where you can catch a free ferry to see the Statue of Liberty. Wall Street is also only a few minutes on foot. The hotel is very clean, with housekeeping daily, and the front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The only downside is that my room had a connecting door to the next room, so I could clearly hear conversations next door – the soundproofing is quite poor.

The hotel room is very small, no parking lot available, not recommend for those who is driving there, park at nearby parking cost me $135 for 2 days.

The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. 
The bathroom was nice with piping hot water. 
The breakfast and the service in the restaurant were awful both at breakfast time and lunch. 
Kay on reception was the only member of staff who made us feel welcome and always smiling and very helpful. 
We stay in nice Hotel suites all over the world so this was overpriced and underwhelming.

My go to place for lunch, place the order online and just pickup. Customer service is great. Location is very clean. Have also eaten there and although it's really busy during lunchtime you still feel cozy and not at all bothered. Lines are usually very long but move at a decent pace.

Very spacious chipotle and usually very clean so are the bathrooms. The food is well seasoned but the portions size can be very little and cheap if you don’t ask for more. Amanda the cashier was very wonderful and helpful, when needing help with the restroom and ordering more food to go, she was patience and friendly to be at my service, had a good experience here

The service at this location is fast paced, but often very crowded during lunch time hours (12 - 2pm), so you end up waiting 5 - 15 minutes in line to place your order. Because of how crowded it gets, the service by employees is usually a rush, so don't expect the neatest burrito when you go there. There's lots of tables and stools at the windows on the perimeter of the restaurant. Also, table tops are often messy, so make sure you get extra napkins before you sit down to eat there. Other than that, if you like Chipotle you'll like this location.

Loved this bar, its a must visit when in the area. The staff were all so kind and helpful and it has a relaxed, upmarket feel. We had the bison sliders when we visited and they were amazing! The beer selection was vast and varied and the staff were very helpful when it camed to making a choice.

Just went to see soccer games. You want wall to wall games? Go to Becketts. Only bad thing I saw ( just went for a game maybe missed it) only 1 bathroom per gender. Line backed up for men.

We have been here before but last week we were surprised by the prices they dare to ask now. Three glasses of Chardonnay for 57 dollar!

We had the pleasure of making our children’s wedding last week at Battery gardens. The wedding surpassed our expectations. The venue was exquisite with the most incredible views. The food was wonderful. The catering manager Anna oversaw every detail from to initial booking to the end of the party. The staff was attentive courteous and friendly. Consummate professionals. We didn’t have to worry about one thing. We were truly able to be guests not only hosts at the wedding. Absolutely awesome!

Our daughter’s wedding was held at Battery Gardens on August 12, 2017. The weather cooperated …no rain. One of the reasons we chose Battery Gardens, the first being the fabulous food, was for the view. Our guests enjoyed mingling on the terrace during the cocktail hour and even ventured down to walk along the river to catch site of the boats and Statue of Liberty.
Our coordinator, Donna Ahern, was great. She helped us every step of the way, and went above and beyond with all of our requests and questions.
Everything went smoothly and a wonderful time was had by all.

Had my daughter's wedding there in June. Flawless. Beautiful setting, inside and out. Great view, excellent food, drinks and service. Our coordinator Michele was excellent. With so many wedding venues to choose from, I am so glade chose this one.
