Everything and i mean everything was amazing about this hotel every single staff member is super sweet and friendly, rooms are spotless and big and prefect, prices are great if you bundle. There is plenty to walk to around if not train right down the road the only thing that was bad was the parking ill never ever take a car again no where to park at all.

We are torn about this review. Partly because we cannot do printed justice to how well you run the place and partly because we don’t want anyone else to know how well run it is so that we keep availability all to ourselves whenever we need you. Hmmm. What to do what to do….

The staff at 3 PM was a highlight. Everyone was professional. My issue mainly was the room and the fact that this hotel did not show adequate photos of the room prior to my day the room itself was clean. There were a few damages that could easily been fixed some spackling work.

The room was like a stylish apartment, had two bottles of water in the fridge, sofa bed was comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly. Housekeeping was friendly too. Someone was always there to open the entry door for you. Would have loved to have a few snacks and drinks in the room (would have been happy to pay!)

Downside room was not ready at three for check-in heating and air conditioning. System was so loud. It woke up multiple times at night as well as the overhead fan.

Beautiful room that felt much cozier than a nondescript room at a chain hotel. The breakfast buffet had delicious eggs. Nice gym for a quick workout.

This is usually a wonderful hotel. So are the sister hotels. They are comfortable in great areas. Unfortunately I had a recent experience with a woman named Kristina who may or may not have been the morning manager. I travel with a highly trained service animal and she doubted his authenticity. I can understand that because I do bat appear to be disabled or in need of service animal. I was happy to answer her suspicions and even gave her more information than they are allowed to ask for. Unfortunately she became hostile and aggressive towards me. Cursed under her breath and implied that I was a liar. She then canceled the second night of my stay and arrived at my door with security to remove me. I have stayed at this hotel several times and have never had to deal with such unprofessional and hostile behavior. It’s a shame because everyone else has been typically extremely professional.

I think about the Connecticut lobster roll I had here all the time. It was that good. And I'm from New England so I've had my share of lobster rolls.. and this one was definitely in the top 3.

It's a good lobster roll. Like, really good. But 50 bucks for two of them is a little intense, which is the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars.

Great place, good comfort food, good drinks options including craft beers and cocktails. Food arrived quickly and in good size portions. First visit and we'll be back again!

Absolutely fantastic place! I was looking to grab a quick bite to eat (but not fast food) before I got a train to head home after a weekend in New York, and I stumbled upon this place. I love the setup of the restaurant and how wide the menu selection is. All of the staff were super friendly, cheerful, and attentive. There were a lot of options to choose from (which I like) and I wanted to get quite a few things off the menu. I definitely want to return so I can try the other options. The lobster roll was really good. I can't say it's the best one I've ever had, but it certainly was up to my standards and I enjoyed it. In addition, the chips and fries were fantastic!!
