A bit noisy.
The most important factors in choosing a place to stay during this trip to New York were location and price. Tuscany Lux Urban is a 10-minute walk from Grand Central Station and a 20-minute walk from Times Square, making it a great location for sightseeing. There were no homeless people (beggars) around the hotel, so it felt safe. There is a Chinese-run mart about 5 minutes away from the hotel, but it seems that they sell things at high prices because they are Asians, so I recommend using other markets (CVS, etc.) even if there is a distance. Hotels in Manhattan and around Times Square are very expensive, but Tuscany Lux Urban was much cheaper despite its good location.
There are no auxiliary facilities such as a swimming pool, gym, or rooftop in the hotel. The hotel itself is old, but the interior of the rooms is generally clean, so there was no inconvenience in staying. There are toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and hair dryer in the bathroom. Towels can be requested every day, and body wash was requested, but it was replenished a few days later because the hotel was out of stock. Cooking in the hotel is difficult, and there seems to be a refrigerator, but it doesn't seem to work properly.
The facilities may be lacking compared to other hotels, but the price is so cheap that it offsets the shortcomings.
I recommend this to those who are most concerned about location and price when traveling to New York, and who mainly tour outside and don't care about using the hotel facilities, and I think they will be satisfied. 😀
I may revisit for my next trip.
Amenities are limited, only towels, soap and a hair dryer, so you need to bring your own.
Large spacious rooms, all the amenities in the room (the only thing missing is cups or a tea/coffee maker, but that's not necessary!). Large spacious walk-in closets and showers. And great views (the photo shows the view from the window).

The location is also great - close to noisy areas, but in a quiet place, with many restaurants, cafes and shops nearby.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express our dissatisfaction with the experience we had during our stay at your hotel from October 17th to 23rd, 2024. Despite the high expectations we had for your establishment, several issues occurred that significantly impacted our stay.
For 3 to 4 days, we did not receive clean bath towels, despite making three requests. Each time, we were assured that the issue would be resolved promptly. However, not only was it not addressed, but on two occasions, housekeeping knocked on our door at 11:30 PM to deliver small towels instead of the bath towels we had requested. Being disturbed at such a late hour is unacceptable and baffling, especially in a hotel of this caliber.
Considering that we paid 1,870 USD for our stay, we believe that the service we received fell far below the expected standard. Therefore, we are requesting compensation for the inconvenience caused during our stay.
We hope you will take our complaint seriously and respond appropriately to our concerns.
