On the other hand, room had some serious issues: the air conditioning split unit produced so much noise throughout the night which made it impossible to get any kind of quality sleep. No phones provided in the room which is intentionally discouraged any communication with reception. Due to room density, hotel may need more than 3 lifts to service guests during peak hours.
