Okay hotel. Close to times square. There are so many marriott hotels. Experience is so so. Room is small, view is okay. I think there are better hotels for the price I paid. No space for luggage. Toilet is small.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent from start to finish. The room was clean and everything we needed was within easy reach.
What truly made the difference was the warm and professional service. A special thank you to Golden and Wayne from the front desk— both were incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming throughout our stay. They made us feel right at home and ensured everything went smoothly.
Thanks to their outstanding service, this trip was even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!

Surprisingly even before we checked in I got a message from the hotel that for the two day stay they don’t service our room!!Excuse me? Hotel prices are in the stratosphere costing many hundreds of dollars a night and you will not service the room?
The rooms were nice, with nice views but we noticed dust on the desk, the shower door was not closing in one room, the shower handle came off in the other room, empty body-wash container in the shower. We tried to call the housekeeping but nobody picked up. Obviously they have a very serious problem in the housekeeping department and I suggest the hotel management looks into it. They did not service the room coffee bar. We had to ask them multiple times to bring us supplies for the second day.
The location is superb in midtown, walking distance to everything, great views, nice hotel but the service?!?? Usually we are not fussy about the service, but there are some basics that one expects from a Marriott hotel. Some changes really need to happen in the housekeeping department!

I absolutely LOVED the room we picked in this hotel. I traveled with my 10 year old and wanted to make sure he got to experience NYC in all its glory which is why i went with the corner room with views of Times Square. I was floored with the views. Floor to ceiling windows that wrapped around the entire room including the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, bathroom was spacious and had both a shower and tub. Service was great, location 10/10 walking distance to Central Park, Times Square, Grand Central, Broadway Theaters etc. I will be staying here again undoubtedly.

The only good things about the room were the view and the fact that there was water and a coffee maker. That’s it! Everything else was outdated. The towels were terrible — thin, old, and worn out. The shower was leaking, and it was impossible to take a shower without flooding the entire bathroom. The showerhead had mold on it.
We specifically asked for a decent room. By the way, we paid a premium for a corner unit — and this is the disgrace we received!
Also, it’s my birthday — and I’m a Marriott member.
Just look at the “lovely” view from the hallway outside our room. Do you really think it’s pleasant for guests to look at that filthy, stained carpet? How can something like this be acceptable?
This place is a complete mess — a real pigsty!

Great hotel for a couples trip, our corner room had a nice view of area buildings to the north and was big enough for us to not feel crowded. Service was very friendly and helpful. The 3rd floor lounge was a great spot to take a break once or twice during our visit. The location was perfect for our needs - only a few minutes north to Central Park, a few minutes south to Times Square, a few minutes east to MOMA and Fifth Ave, and lots of nearby coffee, dining and drinking options. The art in common areas was also cool. I hope to return someday.

Although you can have a NY dinner experience it is the most overpriced place in the most over priced City. $22 for a hot dog? C'mon man! I'm willing to indulge some places just because. This isn't one of. If on the other hand you like being crammed into a tight, noisy space to get mediocre, expensive food, this is your place. The only thing it had going for it is location. Enjoy.

Service was amazing and the food was great, also one of the few restaurants open at 7:30 AM near Park Central Hotel. But when they say "The Finer Diner" they certainly do mean it. Expect to pay about $20.00 per person (~$55.00 for 2 people).

Busy place but well worth the 10 minute wait. I see a lot of customers ordered the chicken pot pie whick looked really good.I ordered the Old Fashion Brooklyn Burger and it was the best burger I ever tasted. My wife ordered the chicken noodle soup which was delicious.

Love the fries here! The spaghetti rocks, too. But, please ask for your burger to be well done if you prefer it that way. Even though the menu states it's cooked well done, mine wasn't. Another was cooked for me to take out...which I didn't bother eating, so what a waste.

Expensive and the food is just "okay", but the decor is incredibly well done. It truly places you in a fifties style diner with bustling waiters racing around this overcrowded spot. Each booth is lined with small plaques of famous patrons and it's fun seeing who sat where you are and trying to remember who's who. I head in once every six months or so for a diner breakfast (blueberry pancakes!) or pie, and brush up on my knowledge of old celebrities.
